Dr.Midday's Final test build and preparing for Brigit
So finally, Dr.Midday is complete and I can consider her a full character now! She can now interact with all current content though I'm sure a few bugs and mistakes must have slipped through the cracks, so please let me know if you find anything.
There's a few things I want to talk about so First I'll get into the changelog and updates for this version and go from there.

The new Statuses menu will display a character's current active affects, just like the one in battle.
Now with the Doctor all done and ready for stress testing, It's Brigit's turn now! So I'll share abit about the brawler.
Details about Brigit
Brigit is a rude, boastful, arrogant girl, with the skills and strength to back up her mouth.
She hails from the sun worshipping nation of Sectaria, a land actively ruled over and protected by the Goddess of Fire. The Sectarian people, like their goddess, specialize in martial arts and war. One's standing and prestige in those lands is determined by strength and will. This applies to royal blood even more so.
Brigit is an heiress to the sectarian royal family, and a contender for their throne. To prove herself the most worthy of all, Brigit will challenge the Serferus Realm, the most dangerous opponent available.
As a character, Brigit will specialize in dealing out damage with the Pyro element. She's got an extra trait I'm looking forward to sharing soon once I begin her testing phase with you.
Now with a new year beginning, I've had the desire to share some of the first thoughts and concepts I ever had for Lilith Descent, I follow a lot of other creators and learning about their early thoughts and ideas always fascinates me.
This is the first ever screenshot I took of Lilith Descent, two years ago now. I like to keep this particular image in my folders as a reminder of the progress I've made.
I'm going to make another post either later today or sometime tomorrow about this subject for anyone interested.

This'll be a small update but I wanted to share my progress so far and a few of my thoughts.
So first off, I've finished all of Dr.Midday's base skills, her battle dialogue, most of her npc dialogue and all of her battle art and sex states. I've also finished the Power Core weapons she uses and added them to the chests pool.
Right now she's almost ready to stress test, I just have to finish the last of her npc interactions and her skill tree. I'm hoping I can find the time to finish and release her test build within the next week so you can try her and potentially uncover any bugs or oddities.
I've also got a small piece of art I did for fun.
The large serpent like creature is a Dithonion, a creature from the Serferus designed by my buddy @AureatePen.
Like you might imagine, the Dithonion will be hunting down the ladies with aggressive sexual intentions. I plan to have the Dithonion spawn on a floor as a boss and actively hunt you down unlike normal wandering enemies. It'll be one of the ways I'm hoping to inject more life into the dungeons.

Progress Update, Dr.Midday Design and Collectables
So far I've made some great progress on Dr.Midday's character, it really feels like laying the foundation with Samara and Treu has really benefitted my approach on implementing new characters into the game.
Let's get into where I am currently in the process.
Dr.Midday's Personality and Character
Dr.Midday can be characterized as a mad scientist, Loyal to no nation or organization and interested only in her research into demons and the Serferus Realm, both of which she is obsessed with.
When and if she joins Journey's party, it'll be for her own gain. While others might see the creatures of the dungeons as threats and abominations, Dr.Midday see's them as potential subjects for observation and research. She knows more then most about the Serferus realm and what Journey's sister may be up to here.
Sly, Intelligent and calculating ladies with flexable morals is an attractive concept to me in an adult setting and writing the dialogue for Dr.Midday between her and other characters presents me with fun and unique opportunities.
Her Battle Progress and Skills
Now for actual progress on her gameplay. Her battle art is completely finished now, that includes of course her torn, state, various in-battle sex states and other icons and the like.
I'm now in the process of designing and implementing Dr.Midday's Skills and her Skill Tree. The good Doctor provides the Cryo element and higher Elemental Power, which will improve her ability to inflict status effects to enemies in any scenario.
The Doctor possesses a special trait that'll allow her Cryo based skills to Freeze opponents under certain circumstances that'll be useful for upcoming enemies.
Generally in terms skills and abilities, The Doctor will be among the best status effect appliers and enemy controllers.
As for Dr.Midday's weapon, she'll utilize Cores that'll apply her Field research cannon with elements, damage etc. just like the weapons of other characters. Unlike Journey, Samara or Treu. Dr.Midday doesn't utilize magic or weapon arts and instead will utilize the Technology skill type.
Testing Dr.Midday soon
I'm almost done with her gameplay skills and then all of the accompanying dialogue and interactions will be implemented. At that point I'm going to prepare a test build for Dr.Midday with the intent of having her skills and gameplay stress tested.
This build won't have her H-Battles yet but once any bugs are found and fixed, the next test build will be for testing her H-scenes. This way I'm hoping you'll get to play with the Doctor very soon!
Once her skills and H-Battles are tested by you and any issues dealt with, I'll move on to Brigit next.
Collectables
With the upcoming test build coming, I'll be having the first few collectable images implemented as well.
I intend for them to be unlocked by finding clues and secrets in the game that relate to npcs or exploration as a method of rewarding curiosity. The collectables will include lore and details that aren't directly presented over the course of normal gameplay.
My hope is that they'll be both interesting and enjoyable.
That brings me to the end of this update, it's been a busy few weeks for myself outside of Lilith Descent but I'm still satisfied with the progress made so far.
