More like DecemBURR... Total Progress Report – December 2025

Get it? Because it’s cold outside? Honestly, a rare thing to happen these days. It actually snowed and didn’t immediately melt into a brown, mushy sludge. That’s pretty nice, and makes the shorter, darker days a little brighter.

This past month I kept thinking that there way something up with my arm because the muscles in the bicep/tricep area would get sore and stay sore throughout the day, but after waking up today, I think it’s more to do with sleeping on my neck wrong, which is causing tension everywhere else. I am going to have to do something about my pillows...

Corruption Crucible – December Roadmap & Commercial Release Plans

This is the month that I get down and dirty with some major overhauls and bits of polish as I look into a commercial release. The initial plan is for a simultaneous release on both Steam and itchio. This means that I will need to get the Steam version up and running and get it submitted for approval before I can plan for any concrete dates. Once it’s approved, there’s generally a two week “waiting” period where people can wishlist it to give it a boost to the algorithm when allowed to be released. Once I know when I can release it on Steam, I will prepare for the itchio release to go live at the same time.

Steam is a little bit tricky due to their policies revolving around updates adding new adult content to the game after it’s been approved. I will have to submit any updated that bring extra erotic content (like the handful of new enemies and levels I will bring up in the next section) as a DLC, be it paid or free. There are people who will miss out on it because it’s technically a separate download, which frankly sucks that it’s how I have to do things, but when there are big updates, I will get the word out to those uses the best I can.

The target price is $15 USD on itch and the equivalent of Steam’s regional pricing on their platform. The adverts for Subscribe Star will be removed for the Steam version due to their policy on outside links, but I will keep the menu button on the itchio version (I will remove it from the in game UI for both of these versions). The “Cheats” menu will be removed for both versions, keeping them exclusive to the Tainted and higher tiers. The Steam version will have Steam achievements, tied to the unlocks already in the game (CGs and Bonuses).

Naturally, I want as much polish in the first release as possible, so those who may only play it the one time can get a polished, well-crafted experience. Aside from the brand new UI overhaul that I’m showing off in the video attached to this post, there is the difficulty system to implement that I didn’t have enough time to get to last month (it can be quite complex) and I would like to add more secrets to each of the levels (so they all at least have 1 minimum).

There’s a ton of hot ideas in the poll, so get over there and make sure you’ve left a vote for your favorites! It we reach the next goal of $1600/mo before this poll ends, then I will also be adding the second place idea to the new content so that’s all the more reason to cast your vote, even if it doesn’t look like your most wanted idea will win this time.

In addition to that, we also reached the milestone celebration to add the UFO and Kissing Lips enemies to the game for even MORE BIMBO CORRUPTION! applause These were enemies that I originally intended to be in the game, but for budget reasons, I had to cut from the initial plans. The UFO enemy is inspired by the Cacodemon/Pain Elemental from DOOM, while the Kissing Lips are the equivalent to the Lost Soul enemies that the Pain Elemental spawns.

Where are we going to put all these new enemies?! SECRET LEVELS, of course! They will all need their time to shine in an environment where you can really get the most out of them, so more levels is the logical option. I plan to put some hidden exits in the current level that will lead to the new secret levels containing the bonus enemies. Whether or not I want to make it a whole chain, or just 1-offs, is yet to be decided.

Once the extra polish and tweaks are done and the commercial releases are all taken care of, I will be adding everything, so expect to start seeing these in the January update (it takes Zinovia time to draw them, and me time to add them once she’s done. With the winter holidays coming up, it will be a busy time for all of us so thank you for understanding).

Aside from the difficulty implementation with the sliders/more customizable version for those access to the Cheats menu, I have some other things I would like to try and get implemented for the end of the month that revolve around refining the combat experience.

The big thing is the gunplay. Aside from tweaking some aspects of the Spin Gun, the Hot Glue Gun, and maybe adding a customizable quick swap key, I want to enhance the hit detection of the non-projectile weapons and add a little more impact to the feel of combat. The idea is to add some stopping power to each shot, halting movement and delaying action for some enemies and even the player for a split second when they take damage.

The hit detection for the guns might get a bit of a rework if I have the spare time to dig into that code as well, but that’s a more complex endeavor that needs to be worked on very carefully to ensure that the guns still work correctly.

I am still planning to add some other things like controller support and some general UI tweaks like an aiming reticule that can be turned off or on in the setting menu. I am happy to hear any suggestions everyone has for QoL (Quality of Life) changes in the future.

The art for Chapter 2 is also done and ready to be revealed in the middle of next week as a little treat.

Lustfall’s Final Chapter

Since Corruption Crucible takes full priority and my budget demands I get a release version of it out asap, this has been on the backburner. So far, the RPG Maker update didn’t explode the project, and I was able to get the cards with the art made and into the game, so all that’s left on that aspect is to make the 15-20 cards that don’t have art and import those into the game. After that I will want to go over things and change a few lines that talk about adding more stuff through Subscribe Star, since I intend for the project to be finished once it’s released.

I am really happy that I get to bring Corruption Crucible to life, and look forward to adding the new enemies and levels after the game is released on Steam and itchio! I’m having a ton of fun and learning so much about Godot, which when compared to RPG Maker, has unlimited possibilities for even kinkier and more ambitious ideas!

More thoughts of future ideas, projects, and improvements to come in a devlog towards the end of the year, since it’s a good time for a little introspection.

• BOSS LEVEL The Core: Step into the chamber of the Core and use everything you’ve learned to blow it to hell! This boss is no walk in the park, but if you’re observant and learn the patterns, you’ll be able to come up with a strategy to make it through no problem. Just be careful of the enemies spawning in and be sure to keep your ammo stocked. I heard that the AoE from the Jupiter Cannon is very effective.
• Bimbo Raygun: Once you’ve SMASHED the Core like you do the subscribe button, you will have a little secret extra for when you go back to replay levels. The “6” key is a very weak weapon that works like the Spin Gun, but if you finish off an enemy with it, they are transformed into jiggly alien bimbo babes. If you interact with them, they will give you some health for your trouble.
• Level Results and Unlocks: Is a sense of pride and accomplishment not enough for you? Well, it’s your lucky day. Doing well in each of the six levels will let you unlock bonuses that you can toggle on or off on an individual basis in the Level Select menu. Killing all the enemies will bump your max ammo up. Avoiding capture will give you a small bonus to your escape when you do get captured. Finding all the secrets (when implemented) will give a small bump to your melee weapon damage.
• A SECRET HAS BEEN REVEALED: Some of you might have noticed a secret wall to activate in Level 6. Well, now there’s a big dramatic pop-up for it and other secrets. I haven’t implemented all the secrets yet, so levels without will not unlock the melee weapon bonus, but I am going back to the older levels with plans to add some in.
• New Settings Meu: Be sure to check the tabs at the top of the menu, it’s hard to see right now! You now have more granular control over the game! A few small QoL options were added alongside a big new tab!
• REBINDABLE KEYS: Now you can set the keys to be whatever you are most comfortable with. I have a simple 2-button mouse, so fancier computer mice with their extra buttons might cause the display to look weird.
• Pretty Stars: There’s been some tweaks in older levels to show off the brand new Skyboxes! If you are lucky enough to spot a window, take some time to stare off into the vastness of the astral void.
• CGs are ALL HERE: All of the currently planned CGs are implemented! Once you’ve unlocked them, you can see them at the gallery anytime you wish!
• Power Boots added to some levels: Where relevant, the timed power-up, the Power Boots, have been added to several levels. These allow you to walk over damage floors without taking damage.
• Blood! Glass! Explosions!: New particle effects have been created for enemies, glass objects, and the Core itself. Now Extraterrestrials bleed when damaged, and attacking glass objects like tubes or bimbo TVs have a shatter effect for a bit more visual punch.
• Various tweaks and adjustments: Various other small changes that I could cram in before the holidays.

You have access to a whole menu of various cheats to turn on and off at your leisure. These range from the standard stuff like infinite health/ammo, to things like faster struggling and early weapon unlocks. There are even some cheats to make the game harder, including making it harder to escape capture and easier to become captured.

• Another TWO New Levels: Play though Big Discoveries and Slut Science as you make your way to the core of the Extraterrestrial Base. With plenty of new tricks and traps up their otherworldly sleeves, you’ll have to do more than just blast your way to survival.
• New Enemy, Alien Scientist: While they prefer to study you from behind the safety glass, these pesky foes will melt your brain with the strange beta-waves they emit from their eyes. Avoid being in their line of slight unless you want your mouth filled with their Extraterrestrial cock!
• TWO New Struggles: Our new foes will happily hypnotize you into sucking their cock, making it hard to focus on struggling to break free from their bimbotizing gaze. In addition to that, the two new levels are filled with special transformative gas to give their new human some tits with proportions that are out of this world. Trying to get back up is tough, and trying to struggle too intensely will wear you out.
• New traps!: With buttons that trigger any kind of object under the sun and breakable glass tubes that you don’t want to find yourself trapped in, there’s plenty of new obstacles to keep an eye out for.
• Sticky New Gun!: Enemies and other objects too fast for you? Slow them down with the optional Hot Glue gun. If you can figure out how to snag this weapon in level 6, you can shoot blobs of anti-enemy glue that sticks to them, slows them down, and dishes out damage over time.
• Menu Overhaul: With a powerful new title screen to show off, the menu you know and love has been completely overhauled. Now there’s plenty of other options like a Settings Menu, and a CG Gallery!
• Settings Menu: Now that the settings menu is here, there’s a few options to mess around with. It will be expanded on in future updates, but for now you can change Fullscreen/Windowed, various volume settings, and even toggle the option to automatically switch to your melee weapon when your current one runs out of ammo.
• Level Intros and Game Over CGs: Each level now has a stylish text intro (skippable) leading into it, and when you die, you’ll be treated to a hot game over scene and a CG! The Latex CG is the only one completed, so every death results in the latex scene for now. In the next update, the enemy or capture that kills you will have a matching game over scene and CG.
• Jam out with Music: Added title screen BGM alongside a music track for each level and a spooky ambient track for the game over scenes. Music should still play even when the game is paused.
• The Power of Ambient Occlusion: I spent the better part of yesterday studying up on some performance improvements for Corruption Crucible. Now the levels should look better with no more unintentional blinking lights! Performance should generally improve over the ALPHA-03 build.
• Alien Hunter Aiming: These fellas have been improved to fire at the player, even when there is a height difference, meaning they can now shoot up and down as well!
• Out of Ammo Notification: You’ll now get a message (with the UI chirp) when you try to fire a gun while out of ammo (or not having enough to fire it). There’s an option in the new Settings menu to swap to the melee weapon when this happens (off by default).
• Spin Gun BUFF: - Modified the Spin Gun to do incrementally more damage the more times it hits the same enemy consecutively, regardless of how close or far away the target is to you.

• NEW Cheat, Parting Gift: Added a new CHEAT that causes enemies to fire off an encasing blob at you the moment they are killed. These blobs, unlike the Hunter projectiles, will instantly capture you, so don’t get complacent!
