Anyone recall Edi Maintenance? It's been a while since I'd started and mentioned it and I bet you all thought I'd forgot about it; you'd be 100% right. I did. I randomly came across it, and it'd been so long since I opened the file, I honestly didn't even recognize part of it. So, I set to it with renewed vigor and got it finished. Stayed up late as hell rendering Edi Maintenance, and now I just need to sort the sounds for it. Should be ready for release next Saturday (preview below). Probably won't have music, just some ambience and sound effects. It'll be a freebie. Also, gonna release a loop of the 'good' section.

    Sancus Program 3 is continuing apace, which is nice since it got stuck so early. Once I get the machine setup made things do tend to fly. I kinda wanna do a little Zjai intro animation before it though.

    A couple other ideas for Mass Effect themed animations are bouncing around in my head. Might start a few of them and see if any click. Ashely Williams, the Geth, Varren (Krogan pet lizard things), Liara T'Soni, The Mirage #2? Seems like The Mirage is overdue for a sequel, right?

    Lastly for this Weekly WIP; Fallout. Yeah I know; I just released Protect and Service, but I still have an itch for it (I've started a new Fallout 4 character as well), so I might make some kind of loop or a couple posters or something just to let it run its course.

    Another week gone. Time flies when your SFMing?

    So Sancus Program 3 is off to a rocky start, and by that I mean it's still not going. For some reason I can't get the machine idea sorted to work with the position I want to use. The original idea was a sort of chair themed one, but I scrapped that quickly for a better viewing position, but 4 attempts to sort how it'll function have failed. Not giving up on the position though. I might have to fine tune it some, like where the arms will be.
    Miranda Lawson is gonna find herself with some company in Sancus Program 3 as well, incase some people have missed that piece of info. I had an Original Character created as a sort of "mascot" character. It's not the one I was going for at first, but long story on that later maybe. This one is amazing and I can't wait to start having her in projects. Yes, I'm keeping most info, especially a view of her, secret til Sancus 3 gets released. The most I will give away is her name is Zjai and she'll have the means to bounce around universes/genres/themes when I want to use her in things outside of Mass Effect.

    Protect and Service - Fallout - Lucy MacLean took a slight break this week. Sancus Program 3 setup, testing the OC Zjai, and creating a small loop with a new Dragon Age - Morrigan model (animation posted yesterday here and on X free for all with a Supporter+ Tier alt) ended up the focus. With a small loop and lots of pranking with Zjai out of the way, Lucy can get back to it soon. Taking a bit longer to finish that one that I had thought it would, but finish it will.

    So, I did a small reaction poll on Discord about who to use for a streamed animation. The idea is, since so many people seem to enjoy streams of my creations, to fully make a small loop type animation only on streams. Well, the results are in and Warhammer 40k Sister of Battle won the poll (model shown below). Teen Titans - Raven was a very close second place. I already have the scene figured out for the good Sister, just have to get it going; which that starts later tonight. FYI Discord access granted to all tiers.

    Here we are again. Another week gone. Another weekly to post.

    The first section (I decided to make a second song addition) of Sadako is finished. Now I just have to find another song I like for it to continue on. The original project, which stalled til recent, was meant for Halloween; obvious theme/concepts. That hasn't changed, sorry to say, so even if I got this rendered and ready in the next few weeks, it'll sit and wait til Halloween. Gives me a ton of time to do the second section and no matter what the first will be released, so Halloween 2026 is already finished, basically. Frees up the time near then for other things.

    Protect and Service: Fallout is back on track after a pause. Lucy has a first/second parts as well, but only on a single song. Instead, halfway, she gets repositioned. Well, she finally got her change the last few days. Lucy is the main focus now and will be released ASAP.

    And in other news, I've mentioned a few times about Original Characters. I had one commissioned a while ago that didn't turn out so well, which is why despite technically having her, I've not shown her. Eventually I'll have someone fix the rest of her. However, I do have another being made and it's going really well. I'm so excited to have that character being made. She's meant to be the 'brand' character for my things, taking the place of Marie Rose from Dead or Alive who was meant to stand in for Gwen Tennyson from Ben 10. I devised a concept that allows her to be in any genre/universe/theme/concept other characters would be; so she can be with Mortal Kombat one time then in Silent Hill, followed by Life is Strange (although that might be a little too strange honestly....) Point is she's meant to be flexible and "flexible".

    A shorter Weekly this time. Took some time off this week for my birthday and some other things.

    The Letter is render ready. I'll give it a couple more eye overs to look for issues, then start that asap. Should have it ready for next Saturday. I intend to do a free release angle and some upper tier angles/loops/pics/etc. Sorry for not doing that as much lately.

    I don't think I'm gonna have anything ready for the 4th. Not a big deal though. At least I have the Trilla animation going anyways. Once The Letter is ready, it's back to that and Fallout again. Which reminds me; the Fallout - Protect and Service - Lucy MacLean will be a Tier 2+. No freebie with it. Not sure about Trilla yet.

    Lastly for this week, I've been in talks with a model maker/porter about an OC and I'm very excited about it. They're a good model person; I've used several of their models before. More on that as it comes along.
