0.16 Pubic Release!

For previous supporters and people still checking out the game, we're releasing the public version of 0.16!

Improvements over 0.15:

Dozens -- probably hundreds -- of bugfixes. Also, If Claire left someone at home, they reach out in an attempt to connect; Full audio overhaul -- new cues across the Prologue and Act I for deeper immersion; Massive copyedit pass through the Prologue -- tightening, cleaning, and now through most of High School!

and for the doll: New short hair options for Claire -- long hair options to come in 0.17.

Another big change from the last public version: there are now three potential arcs in High School and all three jobs available in Act I. More ways to see how options matter, more content to check out.

We hope it will inspire you to support the continued development of the game and get access to the full complement of content, art and paths!

v0.16 drops for all Dossier +!

The Quietest Release Week We've Ever Had

Here's a stat we're genuinely proud of: one hotfix was needed.

Normally, release week means a scramble — the first wave of players finds the edge cases, and we patch fast. This time, the first wave went in and the build held. That's not luck. This cycle included the deepest bug-fixing pass Blue Swallow has ever had, hunting problems before they ever reached you.

A huge part of that is JoMOtta, whose testing and reports this cycle caught issue after issue before release. If the build feels solid tomorrow, you know who to thank.

If anything does surface once thousands of playthroughs hit it, we'll move fast as always. Report anything strange in Discord.

One More Thing

Blue Swallow has a good problem: it's gotten big. The full release is closing in on a gigabyte — even zipped. Every update means downloading it all again, unzipping it all again, hoping you grabbed the right version.

We've been building something to fix that. Imagine logging in and just playing — the current build for your tier, instantly, on any device, always up to date. No downloads required. And for those who like keeping a copy on disk, that option isn't going anywhere.

Full briefing soon.

0.16 Early Access Release

0.16 has dropped for our veteran supporters on the Discord!

This is the release where the old threads really crop up...and get tangled. Cornado finally talks, someone above Tao starts coming into focus, and Jacob -- your pick from the poll -- gets his hooks into Claire. Nate keeps pulling too, and he's not the only one who knows it.

As always, dozens -- probably hundreds -- of fixes from your callouts. You make this game better with every report.

Breakdown:

Nate's arc keeps pulling

👑 Jacob steps into the Honeypot -- your pick from the poll!

First real conversation with Cornado -- and it doesn't go where you'd expect

A first follow-up surfaces on whoever's really running things above Tao

Someone returns to Manila -- your old life catches up with the new one

Another day of Club work across all three tracks -- this time with real consequences

If Claire left someone at home, the distance is starting to bite

Two new animations! Claire goes down and people going down on her!

Full audio overhaul -- new cues across the Prologue and Act I for deeper immersion

Continued copyedit pass through the Prologue -- tightening, cleaning, and now through most of High School!

Dozens of new pieces of passage art.

New short hair options for Claire -- long hair options to come in 0.17

Shout out: JoMOtta! Not only fixing bugs but adding content of his own!

Want early access but can't support at the same level month-in and month-out (we totally get it!) drop down to Agent Applicant or Origin on those tough months rather than dropping out completely, that'll keep the 'streak' alive!
