Slurpy makeout commission

A finally-finished commission for Melody! The pitch for this one was an especially slurpy makeout session, lots of tongues and drool... Starring Umami at the center, with friends Mimi, Zoey, and Emma providing their slurpyness to the scene. :P

Quite a fun project, four characters made it one of my larger scenes to do - lots of contact points to pose and get just right - but an enjoyable challenge. Plus, I haven't done much with kissing scenes in a while, so it's nice to get commissioned to do stuff I want to do but don't always have time for otherwise!

Still not sure when I'll be taking on more commissions again, this one was half testing the waters for what I can manage, and took a bit longer than I'd hoped it would for myself. But it worked out nicely all the same, so with any luck I'll start finding time to open more slots again in the future.

Molly, Umami, and Aya (profile updates 2020)

Time for another batch of character updates! I've been working off-and-on over the past couple weeks, and now Molly, Umami, and Aya are the next bunch to get updated. Molly as part of a commission project (private for now; some album art), Umami and Aya because the urge simply struck me!

Of the three, Umami and Aya proved the biggest challenge, for varied - yet similar - reasons. In Umami's case, it was the vibrancy of her hair color; I wanted to keep it close to how her images have always looked, but just brighten it up a bit, saturate the colors more. Surprisingly tricky to strike that balance, but I really appreciate how well the newer rendering can handle that (sometimes too well, I had to tone it down a lot). Aya, similar in that her hair was a challenge, though it was in making it less saturated, matching as close to her old color as possible. Skin tone was an extra challenge as well; I've already done some darker tones with Kuchi, but I wanted to set Aya apart a little, not just copy the exact same tone. And in the end it's still very similar, but subtle differences are usually enough for me. ^^

Anyhow! Full-size images attached as usual, two for each character, and my hub website has profiles for all of these as well! Still filling out a lot of actual profile details, but I've got birthdates and heights filled-in for everyone who's been updated, at the very least. Link: https://www.saftkeur.com/characters

Mimi and Umami - kissing practice

What's a little fun amongst friends? Mimi was in the mood to practice her kissing, as she so often is, and Umami is always such a good subject for such things...

Late, but finished! To be quite honest, I've been so out of it lately that I entirely forgot that February is not a full-length month. I was fully expecting that I at least had until the 30th to get things done. At least it means that March starts off pretty well, I suppose.
