Nancy and Momoe - picnic pals

On a nice sunny day, there's little better than finding shade under a tree and enjoying a big picnic with friends! Plenty of food for everyone, big and small; even if it's mostly the big ones doing all of the eating~

Lighting for outdoor scenes is a tricky thing, but something I'm happy to continue to learn ^^ And a picnic scene has been on my wishlist for a while! Super fitting for Nancy's first scene, and a lovely excuse to bring Momoe back out for something again too.

I was in a particularly Momoe mood today, so I ended up spending most of it bringing her back up-to-date, with some "upgrading" as well! (plus a bonus doodle render from when I was working on her )

My only real addition to that now is a bit of trait trivia, which is that she can not only shrink and enlarge people, but she can do the shrinking to a much larger degree than most, enough to bring even a tall human down to a little less than an inch! She tends to prefer having a bit more to play with, but she also has a tendency to slowly shrink people she's playing with (or even just hanging around with) without noticing she's doing it, so sucking on a tiny person like a candy might actually make them dwindle down just like a real candy. :3 She can return them to their previous size once she notices, but... It's usually much simpler and feels more natural to just swallow, once she's tired of slurping on them...

Yet another character update! This time around it's Momoe, and like most, she's been overdue for a bit of touching-up. Some simple shaping tweaks, slight improvements here and there... I was already quite happy with her look, there were just some little things in her renders that I felt needed some fixing.

And since I've got some extra space to fill, a brief summarizing of her character (which hasn't changed much since her inception, so here's a copy+paste)...

Friendly, laid-back Momoe is always happy to spend time with friends new and old, just as much as she enjoys spending time alone tending to her garden or caring for any animals she comes across. She does find it hard to resist indulging in the flavors of her more human friends, however, and though she doesn’t always set out to eat them, she’s loathe to pause her meals long enough to pluck them out of her food before she finishes it all.

She's good friends with the likes of Momiji, Annika, and Lissa, as well as being particularly close with Uzuri despite some of their differences. It's a bit more rare that she is friends with any humans; certainly not for lack of friendliness, but simply the fact that she is so casual about their consumption.
