Introduction
Hey there, I'm Orane Pluto. I'm working solo on Domitum Fortress, a sandbox roleplaying game about BDSM in a post-apocalyptic world.
I have many plans for Domitum Fortress that I'm eager to bring to life, even if currently I'm limited to only working on the game during my free time. Your support will enable me to gradually prioritize its development over my day job as a freelancer programmer. Beyond getting early access to the next update, backers are able to shape the future of the game and help decide development priorities.

How often can I expect releases?
I aim to release an update every three months. However, please bear in mind that as a solo developer with a day job, there may be occasional delays.

Devlog #7 - Basic Core Loop implemented
Hey folks! I hope you're all having a good day or evening.
In case you missed it, V0.0.4 has been publicly released, and V0.0.5 is available for backers. You can get the builds here:

With the new mechanics in V0.0.5, we now have functional versions of all the core gameplay mechanics described in Devlog #1! This milestone will be marked by the next update, V0.1.0. If you want to read about what comes after the implementation of the core loop, check out Devlog #3 - What Comes After the Core Mechanics.
For the next update, I plan to polish and integrate all the systems we have, creating a solid game loop that will serve as a foundation for all the other features we want to add to the game.
Two features that I consider essential for V0.1.0 are an improved movement system and a player character model with a creation window at the start of the game.
I'll give more details about the next update in future devlogs and polls.
I'm working on adding body morphing to the character models. It's a challenging task and almost certainly won't be ready for the next update, but once it's done, it will be the best solution for adding body shape variety to the game.

Devlog #6 - Small Delay on 0.0.5
Hey everyone, I hope you're all doing well.
I wanted to give you a heads-up about the upcoming update. Unfortunately, I'll need to delay its release by a few days. This is a big update and I've just finished implementing all the new systems and content. Now, I just need a few extra days to squash bugs and make sure everything runs smoothly for you. I'm confident you'll find the result worth the slight delay.

Devlog #6 - Release Schedule Announcement
Hello everyone! I hope you're all doing well.
I'm glad to share that progress on version 0.0.5 is going smoothly, and if everything stays on track, it will be ready for release at the beginning of June.
Speaking of releases, I'm pleased to announce that moving forward, I'll be following a three-month release schedule for updates. I think this timeframe strikes a good balance, allowing each update to offer something substantial without keeping you waiting too long.
By the way, thanks for the participation in the polls! They've been incredibly helpful in understanding your expectations for this game and where your interests lie. For instance, based on Poll #5, it's clear that there's a strong interest in bondage. As a result, this aspect of the game will be expanded in this update (with ball gags and chastity devices) and the next ones.
I'm also looking into ways of adding more character variety in next updates. While I have plans for the ideal version of this, which will take some time to realize, I recognize there are steps I can take to increase variety in the meantime.
