Hornet - Hollow Knight - Silksong

I actually did that very same poll one year ago, but back then, the only characters she could be paired with were her own siblings — so, for obvious reasons, I didn’t make it. Also, Hornet’s popularity has skyrocketed since the release of Silksong, meaning the results of that previous poll (where I explained the sibling situation) would likely be completely different now — which justifies doing a new one.

She’d most likely be paired with Shakra, as this character feels actually quite close to her, like kindred spirits, and many people already ship them together.

(If you’re wondering about Sherma, he looks too childlike, and Lace doesn’t have as strong a chemistry with Hornet as Shakra does.)

Belladonna (Isabella) - Trials of Mana

Not very familiar with her, but I always found her very pretty! After digging a bit about her lore, I might have a story for her, a furry x human. Although, if this character is popular enough, I might need to dig deeper to see how accurate it would be to the source material.

Belladonna is a demoness of Mavolia, whose real appearance is that of a cat sorceress, servant of the Dark Majesty in Trials of Mana. Yet some rumors say that in another life, she may have been Isabella, a demoness who fell in love with a mortal, the Dark Lord, to whom she laid bare her true nature.

Story idea:
Isabella, an immortal demoness, and the Dark Lord, a mortal tyrant scarred by rejection, dare to reveal their true selves to one another. Their love burns fiercely, yet it is doomed—she cannot die, and he cannot escape death.
