Renamon - Digimon

I mentioned few times that I'm working on my biggest comic project ever, which would be about Renamon.

Why a Choose your own adventure story? Because of its origin.

You see, I can't help but try to fit the tone of where the characters come from, and it had be particularly hard to find an angle for Renamon that feels right. I did have few short stories in mind, but didn't feel convinced by them.
See, when I write a story about a character, I like to make it so that story can work ONLY with that character and stay TRUE to that character (as much as possible). In most stories I had for Renamon, she was just a strong girl wanting to become stronger by "any mean necessary". Felt a bit too lazy to me, and there was nothing particularly wholesome about it. Not mentioning that she could be easily replaced by any strong girl wanting to be stronger. It didn't feel really true to her, nor to Digimon, especially Tamers.

So, I tried to dig deeper into Digimon lore, and found out the right angle, in my opinion.
Unlike the other licenses I work with, Digimon has started as just a toy, a tamagotchi. The wasn't really a deep story about it until later. That's the core concept I lacked.
Thus why it's the biggest project I've worked so far. Because it has changed the concept of the comic.

Now, this story is supposed to be a NSFW Choose your own adventure story, meaning that the main character is the readers, not even Renamon. The readers could in fact be Renamon's partner in a Digimon World like adventure.

The idea would be to make choices work through polls, so the next page is based on the choice the most voted by the readers. Can't go with "go to page 44 if you want this" because it'd mean having the whole story being already finished from the get go.

Here, the idea would be that the readers choose how the story goes during its creation.

You can see that as a social RPG campaign about Digimon, or here, we could call it a RPC (Role Play Comic).

I think I'd like to launch it around Summer/Fall.

Now, I know Renamon is very popular, but if I make this poll, it's because I'd like to figure how much support I could get for that project. I'm super optimistic about it, but there's also the possibility that I could be too optimistic. I'd like to know if there's a real interest for her, and if I can allow myself to be as ambitious as I'd like to be.
Indeed, I'd like to possibly reach 2 pages per month from the get go with this one, and know if I would be able to afford that 2D animation for specific shots on a regular basis. I know I want to have some that I'm even willing to pay myself, but being backed up would help a lot, since the more I pay from my pocket, the less other projects I can fund.

So, what's your interest about all of this?

Jenna & Balto - Balto

AS ANTHRO, OBVIOUSLY

I have no artist in mind for these two in particular right now, but when I ask artists their favorite characters, Jenna is often around. But I'm not sure how niche (haha, that's funny because "niche" means "doghouse" in French) she is.

I do have an idea for a story. If I find an artist interested by her, with a fitting art style, should I offer them that story?
