Part 4: Animated GIF Captions (Google Drive link since it's way too big to upload directly.)
The fourth entry in the LMC! caption-making video series, this video looks exclusively at making animated (GIF) captions in GIMP, mostly, with some PowerPoint along the way too.
The post includes the final products as really rough examples.
