About our project: A visual novel set in a magical world with many similarities to the popular and well-known story about a wizard from England. It features a multitude of characters such as teachers, students, and ordinary residents of a magical city. The game includes branching dialogues and various mini-games to tell a story. Gradually building your own Magical Academy.

So, what's new in this update?
Rose's dialogue model has been updated and animated. All dialogues featuring her have been readjusted to display new emotions.
Fixed incorrect speaker attribution for a couple of lines.
Added the option to not take an additional card as a battle reward in Journey mode.
Fixed the trigger for Rose's 4th character quest.
Lilian and Dragongirl now have their own pages in the journal panel.
Journey map generation has been changed so that a path to the boss and portal always exists.
Discarding and redrawing cards is no longer available while selecting a target for a card (previously, this allowed playing cards without enough mana).
Added additional clarification for Dragongirl's quest.
Analytics have been disabled (we were receiving too many events due to the large number of players).
Added a comic for the Wolf-Paladin.
Added a comic for the Cat-Rogue.
Updated Lilian's second scene.
Added a quest series for Elizabeth's character development.
Added a new quest continuing the cultists' storyline and leading to an encounter with the Dragongirl-Artificer boss.
Added a comic for the Dragongirl-Artificer.
Added a CG scene for the Dragongirl-Artificer.
We are now starting work on Audrey's content, who will receive a similar update to what Rose previously got – new quests and scenes.
Additionally, we've already started building the new interface, but we're not including it in this update yet.

This build held up well, and we didn't find any major new problems. We did fix the mana logic for card casting – now mana gets spent first, then the spell fires off.
Right now, we're pushing ahead with the next big update and also working on character animation revamps. Check out the preview of Rose's new look at the top of this post!
Right now we’re busy fleshing out the romantic storylines for the characters. Rose will receive her first content in the next patch.
Romantic content will be entirely optional—characters won’t show up in your office unannounced. Instead, each available character will gain a new dialogue option marked with a heart; clicking it will launch the relationship‑building content for that character.
In the journal, on each character’s card, you’ll see how many relationship‑progress quests you’ve completed and how many are currently available.
Because fully exploring a character may require quite a few events (and scenes), we’ll be adding content in installments—otherwise you’d have to wait too long between updates.
We're happy to finally be back to our normal routine and resume working on our project. However, due to a chaotic past month, today's update will be a little unusual.
Card Discard: Discard unwanted cards to gain 1 mana.
Card Draw: Draw additional cards for 2 mana.
Deck Builder: A new feature allowing you to create custom decks from your unlocked cards.
Post-Adventure Unlock: Unlock one card encountered during an adventure for use in the Deck Builder.
UI Overhaul: Reworked the adventure preparation screen and the equipment selection panel.
Equipment Rework: Each piece of equipment now contains fewer cards but provides a unique effect that can modify your stats or game mechanics.
Recipe Drops: Equipment recipe items can now drop during battles.
Recipe Tracking: Once you find a recipe, information about it will appear in the equipment selection panel.
Crafting: After finding a recipe, you can craft the corresponding item and use it in future adventures.
Card Elements: Each card now has its own 'element'. Your equipment can affect the efficiency of different elements.
Combat UI Widget: A special widget has been added to the combat interface to display effects from equipped items.
Censor Option: A 'Censor' option has been added to the settings: enabling it will skip all 18+ scenes. (Skipped scenes can be viewed later in the Pensieve).
Also included are some minor fixes:
Now, in the character window, any influence you have on their personality is displayed as '+' to avoid confusion. You are simply tipping the scales of their personality one way or the other.
Fixed an issue with animation selection in the Elf Monk scene.
Fixed a bug that broke the save panel if you had a very old save file.
Fixed several errors in dialogue attribution pointed out by players.
Fixed the non-functional help button in the adventure window.
Fixed the ability to open the in-game menu during combat.
Starting next week, we'll begin working on the romance arcs for our characters. Additionally, we've finally started tackling the overhaul of the game's user interface.
