Defending Lydia Collier is now on Steam!

Defending Lydia Collier has now been released on Steam!

v.0.15.1 will be uploaded and available to everybody shortly in the next day or two which is a bug fix patch. I'm doing some further fixes and changes and adjusting how updates are done so it will just be a single file going forward rather than folders etc, which should prevent the problems some people had with v.0.15's update only file and make it a bit easier for everybody.

Steam Release!
Hello everybody!
Great news!
I woke up this morning and the final check from Steam has been passed and I'm now clear to release Defending Lydia Collier on Steam.
So the Steam Release will coincide with v.0.15's Release which is planned for November.
Please if you can wish list the game on Steam, it is free to do and the more wish listed a game is, the more recognisable it becomes through the algorithms making other people more likely to find it.
The game will be priced the same as it is on itch.io and SpicyGaming.net where you can buy it currently, at $20.
Now, for everybody that is already a financial backer here.
If you are on a plan with Day 1 Access (Barrister, Solicitor, Premium Supporter, Ultimate Supporter, Trainee Solicitor or Paralegal Tiers) at the time the game releases on Steam, and you've been one for at least 3 months beforehand, you'll qualify for a free Steam key as a thanks for helping me get this far.
If you are on a plan with Early Access that is not Day 1 (Supporter, Law Student, Legacy Follower) at the time the game releases on Steam, and you've been a Patron for at least 6 months beforehand, you'll qualify for a free Steam key as a thanks for helping me get this far.
If you're on a plan where you have pledged annually to any tier with some form of early access prior to the game releasing on Steam, you'll also qualify for a free Steam key as a thanks for helping me get this far.
Going forwards with DLC drawing to its conclusion I'll re-adjust the tiers, but this is the plan for now.
This is not automatic. You will need to message me asking for one and I'll send it to you, there will therefore be a slight delay as it is just me doing all the admin side of stuff at the same time as making the game and doing everything else. Don't do this until the release date is set please! I'll remind you in that post.

Hey all!
The next update of Defending Lydia Collier will be v.0.11.3 Au, the audio update!
This update will be released on Sunday 29th of August 2021 to Early Access Tiers!
This update will add long requested sounds to the game and will feature:
2 New Radio Shows to play at different times of the day whilst in the car, with custom sweepers, adverts and licensed, vocal songs to listen to whilst driving!
Over a dozen different background music tracks, no need to continue listening to the sound of silence whilst your character is working!
Over 50 different sound effects, from cameras, elevator chimes and car doors, all the way to gunshots, these have been positioned throughout the entire game to increase immersion!
Improved transitions in the earlier scenes, as I've been working with the audio, I've been adding fades and improving transitions through earlier scenes to make the game play smoother!
Bug Fixes, this update will also include the update that was originally planned this weekend!

Defending Lydia Collier v.0.11 Release Date
Hello, hope you're all well!
Defending Lydia Collier v.0.11 will be released on the 31st July!
I'm going to be releasing the Alpha slightly earlier in the week and fixing any problems beforehand to avoid the confusion of v.0.10, so it will be available to Early Access on the 31st!
This update will be a very large one, with over 1000+ renders!
You'll get the games first mission, the beginning of Steph's transformation, the start of Vanessa's holiday and some scenes with Ellie and Lydia!

Hello!
Just to let you all know that v.08 of Defending Lydia Collier will be released tomorrow!
I just have a small bit of editing and testing to complete which tends to be far more successful in the mornings rather than late at night, so as soon as that is complete the update will be out. Hopefully about mid-day but definitely before dinner time!
