Commission: Nichol's New Partner p4
Sonya sighed as she sat at her desk, scrawling notes to replace the ones that Nichol had ruined. Thankfully her memory had kept up after the hours of mind numbing - and crotch aching - rutting she'd been subjected to. Though it was assuredly a good sign that Nichol's stamina hadn't waned any in the time since she sent her off with the would-be cure to her Berserker's curse.
Just thinking about it made her slicken a bit and she fought to keep her mind on track. She had almost completed the recreation of the notes and now was no time to dilly dally with flights of fancy and carnality.
Then as she was about to put arcane infused quill to paper, there was a loud bang. A crack like lightning striking and the echo of a boom that pierced even the sound proofed halls of her sanctum and buzzed in her ear.
Sonya hurriedly set the quill aside and rushed to the guest quarters where she had taken Paksennarion to meet Nichol so many hours ago and just as quickly as she was opening it, she shut it. The fog bank of carnal fumes had come out the door the very moment it had been cracked and assaulted her senses. The humidity and feral musk of it was overpowering, she couldn't help after a pause of the sensory buffet she had just closed herself off to; but to open the door just a crack and peek inside . . .
