UWWL Foxy Boxing "Rules":
-Fights consist of 12 three-minute rounds, and can only be won by knockout from a slow ten count or a decision after the 12th round. There are no referee stoppages and there's no "throwing in the towel" to stop a fight. There are also no technical knockouts (TKOs).
-Low blows and hits "below the belt" are not only legal, but encouraged.
-Fighters can be disqualified for using their legs, knees, or feet for any attacks, or by removing their boxing gloves or their opponent's boxing gloves. Dirty tactics like biting or head butting result in a warning, and repeated offenses could lead to a disqualification.
-There is a 30-second rest period between each round, and each fighter is allowed one "second" to give them water and rejuvenate them between rounds.
-There's a panel of three judges to keep score and declare a winner if a fight goes the distance. For the Boston Beatdown main event the judges will be one retired babyface (Kumiko), one retired 'tweener (Kerri), and one retired heel (Vicky).
