A couple of fixes, some performance improvements, and a bunch of Rancher Association activities and items.

Changes:
+ Servants should now only suggest selling items if they are trusted to do so outside the realm (i.e. they can actually head out to do the sale)
+ Fixed autosaves occurring even when disabled
+ Made some performance improvements that may have side effects
+ Added seven Rancher Association activities - Look For Work (activity finding activity), Milk Factory (milking machine parts), Milking Competition (realm opinion, items), Milking It (better milk sale activity), Hucow Rustling (hucow acquisition), Bovimimi Posse (consequence of failed hucow rustling) and Milk Run (realm opinion, matter and energy)
+ Added seven items - Cowboy Hat (simple equipment), Gunslinger's Pistol (simple equipment but with some new stuff), Training Whip (simple equipment), Cowbell Collar (transforms the wearer into a hucow), Fireball Wand (simple equipment, part of the new trait), Lactation Inducer (increases lactation), Partygirl Hat (cursed, causes the wearer sometimes occupy themself and other characters with partying (which is an activity))
-> Added the trait 'trained combatant', and 'swordmaster', 'sharpshooter' and 'combat mage' traits. These are used in a new 'combat capability' check, the specific ones require a relevant equipped item (apart from mage, which has a base level and a boosted with item level)
+ Weakened escape progress speed and changed desire to escape to be affected by more traits

Rancher realm items have won (with > 50% of the vote!) so I'll get a bunch in over this alpha, including the mentioned cowbell.

A bunch of fixes (including many typos from a long list for which I must say thanks, again ^^).

Changes:
+ Fixed a lot of typos and text oddities
+ Fixed Meet The Hero activities not being removed when the villain is dealt with/takes over the realm
+ Fixed character export from the create character screen
+ Limited the effect hair length (and other traits) can have when a character's value is far from the desired value. This will have some effect on character images
+ Fixed a crash that could occur when queued downloads activate
+ Fixed hypnosis personality tasks misreporting the result
+ Possible fix for a remaining case where characters couldn't have requests approved when they should be able to
+ Fixed equippable item temptations ignoring item security vs. their capability to get around item security
+ Characters who are trying to use an item due to a temptation curse now have a chance to shake off the effect instead of working towards stealing it

A lot of fixes, a couple of minor additions.

Changes:
+ Fixed crashes when characters considered transforming someone themselves
+ A couple of fixes for some crashes relating to setting up out of realm body shaping
+ Fixed an issue causing the extra characters images download to not detect that it was done correctly
+ Added an option to prevent characters organising transformations in realm. This will likely be replaced with a realm setting that makes them ask for permission later
+ Characters may now try to organise sales for items in order to make money for themselves by taking a 20% commission on the sale
+ Tweaked how characters randomly choose between actions with similar appeal to make it vary more for a lot of goals
+ Fixed a code hang occurring sometimes when approving a requested bonus
