This looks to be our most exciting mini-game yet! We absolutely fell in love with it during development. Those who have already played the update have surely experienced this for themselves. The way Lizzara uses her barriers to hold back Cerebrate's attacks, sparing no effort... is something you should see for yourself. Don't forget to share your impressions with us!
After a release, it feels so good - like you can breathe in full. But more importantly, you can now enjoy the fruits of our labor: evaluate our ideas, explore new scenes, and simply enjoy the game.

We're continuing planning for the next update. As we've already mentioned, its core will be the QoB defeated route, which many of you are eagerly anticipating. ๐
Before we start, we want to immediately mention that we are at the finish line! There are only a few issues left to resolve regarding the mini-game, and we are planning to launch the beta test and release today or tomorrow.
Below, we will provide more details about the reasons for the delay and what has changed.
In this update, we decided to take a slightly different approach to testing. Earlier, when the release date was approaching, we could sacrifice details for speed. Now, we are seeking a compromise: we are refining scenes and effects so as not to lose the atmosphere and immersion, but at the same time not to delay the release date.
A beautiful and engaging game is more important to us than simply โgetting it out as soon as possible.โ
Music has always played a huge role in our projects. This time, I thought about taking it to the next level with vertical orchestration.
In short, it's a way to make music more flexible: it can change and adapt to specific moments in the game, enhancing the player's emotions. It may not be implemented in Slutcraft yet, but we definitely want to experiment with this system in future projects.

Of course, we always have plans. All our efforts are now focused on finalizing and releasing the update. And right after that, we'll take a little break.
By โbreak,โ we don't mean a pause in our work, but rather a slight slowdown in pace: after weeks of intense work, we want to allow ourselves to breathe and recharge our batteries so that we can move forward even more productively.
We 've made significant progress in connecting all aspects of development together - essentially, everything is ready and we are actively incorporating content into the game. However, the process is not going as quickly as we would like: we originally planned to finish last week, but we need a little more time.
Even with the release looming, we continue to improve our team's internal processes. Small steps now will help us work faster and better in the future.

We have nothing but good news! ๐ Let's start with the most important one: a broken PC couldn't stop us. Our programmer pulled off a clever trick and literally โrevivedโ his computer to continue working. The main thing is that he's back in action and we're on track!
As planned, we have fully completed work on the script. It is 100% ready and includes everything we love about our project โ intense scenes, unexpected twists, and beloved characters. This update promises to be particularly action-packed.
