Get ready for a relaxing body and mind massage because when we have times of stress we need some time to relax, unwind and just let everything go. This is a fairly basic relaxation induction track with a fractionation countdown leading into a delightful massage relaxation moment. At the end we finish it off with some suggestions to help you remember to take time for self care, I know sometimes we forget that we deserve time to relax so this should help motivate you to take some you time every day to destress and get ready for the next day ahead!

I have decided to do something new for me, combine my favourite induction The Fractionation Induction with my least favourite, The Progressive Relaxation Induction. 

This file is just a basic induction with a little bit of an imaginative element of taking you to a quiet and safe place and then a wake up.

I hope you like it and I'll be keen to hear what you think!

This has been one of my most requested topics as of late. In this file I will give you some of my tired energy and talk you into a nice, relaxing state of sleep. 

This file is all about focusing on the sleepy energy, the idea coming from the sense of tired I've had lately and transferring that to you to help you sleep. It has layers of deepeners added to it and while it starts easily and conversationally it ends with stepping down a cushioned staircase to a comfy bed. 
This is a basic sleep file that deals with stress and transferring energy. It does talk about focusing on the stress of the day and looking for ways to remove it through focusing on breathing. It has a deepener towards the end that leads you down into a nice comfortable place to snuggle down and drop into sleep. There is no wakeup for this file so make sure you are ready for bed when you play it.

This is my final file with the blue yeti mic. I did consider re-recording it and hey, I still might do a re-record of some of older work but I wanted to get this out. 

This is a guided imagery induction that uses the idea of floating out into space to take you down into trance. It's just a nice, relaxing scene that will leave you feeling spaced out and entranced. Pretty simple stuff, it has an option to wake or not at the end. 

In this file you will be guided into trance using space imagery and at the end given an optional wake up suggestion, so this would work for sleep or for stacking files or just by itself.

This is a fun little file that I recorded LIVE on Discord last night. That's right in front of a room of people I decided to create this fun fractionation session, so, if you want to be a part of these in the future, make sure you are part of the discord and also get the tag "shenanigans". With that tag I will ping you each time I decide to record live. 

This file is a great way to begin your journey with fractionation as it focuses primarily on being relaxed, and let's face it that's really all hypnosis is. It is a state of being relaxed, absorbed in what is happening and being open to suggestion. So, follow along and relax deeper as I fractionate you quickly. 

This focuses on relaxation and just take you up and down, in and out of trance. As you come up each time, you come up still relaxed, and each and every time, as the track gets faster, you sink back into relaxation faster. It also again uses the basic "SLEEP" trigger to add to the effects. There is some snapping once it gets underway, but basically it's just a nice, relaxing fractionation session. As always with these files, fractionation may cause a little fuzziness upon the wakeup at the end, and you may find yourself to be a little bit more suggestible afterwards, until you go to sleep next.

This file is very simple, just a gentle relaxation but the audio comes from all around you and will feel as if it's moving around your head. 

This is a basic relaxation fantasy where you are found in an abandoned house by a ghost girl who is going to relax you and look after you, because unlike the rest of the house she is made of pure relaxation energy. 

This is a general file for everyone, there are touch based suggestions some people might not like if you don't like touch, also the audio is very whispery and moves around your head so fo you don't like that idea and ASMR style recording you might not be into this.

This is just a fantasy file where you are relaxed by a ghost girl. She wraps her arms around you and you feel her pure relaxation energy flow through you. This file also doubles as a sleep file as the wake up at the end is optional.
