This is progressive muscle relaxation made sexy. Very heavy on the ASMR with lotion rubbing on the ears, waves crashing and lots of deep ear whispering. The hypnosis is a sexy, sensual, relaxation hypnosis. Starting off super gentle and really focusing you on the waves, as they crash over you. There are references to sinking into the water and floating out to sea so keep that in mind. If you don't like water or swimming, this isn't for you. I have decided to do something new for me, combine my favourite induction The Fractionation Induction with my least favourite, The Progressive Relaxation Induction. 

This file is just a basic induction with a little bit of an imaginative element of taking you to a quiet and safe place and then a wake up.

In this file we. take you down into trance and install a trigger to bring you back into trance. 

This is a really basic relaxtionation induction so it's really great for those who want to experience trance for the first time or for a nice relaxing break during your day. 

It is also for anyone who needs the "SLEEP" trigger for all the later fractionation files and some of the other files too.
