So the one thing people always ask me, "where can I get the SLEEP trigger?" Here. I've decided to make a basic induction that will work on most people in order to have you getting a chance to install the "SLEEP" trance trigger into your mind. 

We start with a fractionation countdown, leading you into a deepener about trance. Basically, we give you the experience of being hypnotized by me again and again and again, giving you the mental experience of practicing being hypnotized by me in the back of your mind. After all this we then allow you to float in a dark void, while we implant the suggestion to be able to experience trance like this every time I or someone you trust, in a place that is safe and comfortable for you to do so, says "SLEEP" with a finger snap. 

This is perfect for beginners but also for people who just want a solid induction to start something off. There is a wakeup at the end.

Get ready for a relaxing body and mind massage because when we have times of stress we need some time to relax, unwind and just let everything go. This is a fairly basic relaxation induction track with a fractionation countdown leading into a delightful massage relaxation moment. At the end we finish it off with some suggestions to help you remember to take time for self care, I know sometimes we forget that we deserve time to relax so this should help motivate you to take some you time every day to destress and get ready for the next day ahead!

This file will give you a fun new trigger that you can use with others or by yourself. Each time you play a game where you can be defeated or die or hit a game over even you will drop to each defeat and awaken a few seconds later. Progressively as you keep playing, until you release yourself or someone releases you this will keep going. 

I wanted to make something fun for the gamers out there as being one myself I always love bringing my passions together. So, this could be the start of a really fun session with someone else or just using it yourself at home.

The trance has a short countdown fractionation induction followed by visualization linking with the suggestions. The suggestions are "Game On" with a snap will trigger the effect to begin and you will drop each time you are defeated in the game until the release trigger, "Game Off" with two snaps is spoken.

As part of my hypnosis certification I will be learning some new induction techniques, so I felt like I would showcase those and share them with you all!

This is just a quick little induction to take you into a nice trance state. All it's going to do is fractionate you into trance. So, follow along as I count you down from 20 to 1. 

This is a basic very vanilla file. It is suitable for everyone and anyone. 

This file is just a basic induction with an optional wake up at the end. It allows you to choose whether you want to stay in trance or whether you want to count yourself up and back out of trance.
