Production notes for angel_6
Quark_Yifu Studios has been getting better at making visual novels since 2015 and with the success of Angel_5 (Yay!) Production of Angel_6 has started. This one is going to be a movie.
This will be my first movie and I had to learn a lot about making movies. If you are planning to make your own movie I have some tips for you to save you time.
Everything you need to make a movie is available for free but you have to find it. The whole reason I was making visual novels instead of movies in the first place is because I couldn't find the things I needed and I gave up looking.
If you can make a visual novel it's not a big leap to make a movie. To make a movie instead of a visual novel you just make everything move. The next time you watch an anime you'll see that either the camera is moving around a still image OR the characters or something else is moving and the background is still. You will almost never see a still image with nothing moving. That's what makes it a movie instead of a visual novel.
Here's a few simple ways to make scenes that fulfill the requirement of having something moving in the scene.
Make your characters talk against a still background. Since there is movement that's all you need for that scene.
Scroll the camera slowly across the scene. You can scroll the camera across a still image of characters with their mouth open and add voice to it and that's good enough for a lot of scenes. Movies have to be voiced anyways so good dialogue and music alone will carry much of the story a long way.
