I finished post-processing all images, and music is basically done as well. Next up will be sound effects, the story recap, and the image conversion to WEBP. After that it's only more testing, polishing and building/uploading final distributions. So everything should be ready on Thursday for all you Gold tier people 🙂.

And because the question comes up all the time:
The release will be available for Windows, Linux and MacOS, same as usual. There is no official Android release. If you're on Android, you can try to use
joiplay.net. It's an app that allows you to play certain Windows games on Android. BUT: I'm in no way affiliated with them, and I can't offer any support should issues arise there. Previous releases of EI worked well from what I've heard. There are no big technical changes in Episode 6 that should affect compatibility there, so make with that what you will.
NOTE: I won't be able to offer any refunds for people who bought a membership under the assumption that there's an available Android version.

With the upcoming release next week, it's been pretty much exactly one year of development for Episode 6. As many of you probably know, development didn't go smoothly at all for this one. Health issues, technical issues, and just a general underestimation of the amount of work have moved this release back multiple times. I'm grateful for all of your support and the patience you brought with it! Believe me, nobody is more relieved that this chonky episode finally comes out! I also want to reiterate that the following episodes will be smaller in size again, with a release schedule that is much closer to the earlier episodes.
Despite all the issues and setbacks, I'm proud of the new episode. Its size and complexity have taught me a lot in terms of writing, storyboarding and project management. I also learned a ton from the various technical challenges, most importantly working with crowded environments. So, all in all there were many valuable lessons learned in the last year 😊!

After the release on Thursday & Friday, I'll take a bit of time to gather all your feedback and to fix any bugs, typos and other issues. It'll probably take a little time before I properly start working on Episode 7. You can expect the next progress report around the time of the public release on November 14. In the meantime I plan on catching up with some bonus stuff for the upper tiers, and maybe a poll or two.
