Recently Subscribestar accidentally wiped a lot of user's billing info saved, messing up recurring subscriptions to creator pages on the site.

We kindly ask everyone to double check your billing info and active subscriptions just to make sure everything is saved still and seems to be working.

You can check by clicking the Main Menu > Account Settings > Billing Info.
(Some users have suggested, even if the page shows your saved information for payments, it might be worth removing your info on file, and adding it again freshly.)

Besides that, checking if you're still active. You should be able to see this post linked below if you're actively supporting for March, if you can't access the post, it's probably a sign that you aren't an active supporter and might have to setup your recurring subscription at whichever tier again.

[Our monthly funding is about $400-500usd below our previous averages in past months. This won't impact new game content being released, but that is a gap in funds that'd normally help with CG art and other areas for game development. So, we'll continue to do our best within these limits, but we're trying to be open as to why you might be seeing us mention this a lot recently in the past week.]

[Despite this being Subscribestar's mess up that many creators and users are dealing with headaches due to it.. Our team is personally going to provide any $5+ supporters who are active, or join during March, early access to our next release v0.24! We're also busting our butts off to get most of the female protagonist content for episode 1 all ready and playable with this release. Originally we were looking at only getting 4-5 written scenes ready within our time frame, but we're pushing ourselves a bit more this month to make up for Subscribestar's mistake.]

We hope these extra bonuses and goodies for March make up for these issues.

[~Urgent Warning!~]

Very tiny public warning for any supporters, to please double check if your account still has your payment information saved. Supposedly earlier today, Subscribestar mentioned that user's information on file for payments was wiped clean and I think they're trying to solve, and fix it on their side?

But, just to be extra sure! If you notice that by March 3rd, you weren't charged for March at whichever support tier you normally choose, you may want to just double check and make sure your information wasn't wiped for payment details.

(This is all assuming you plan on recurring payments, if you're someone who prefers to support a bit later into the month with more posts and downloads, you can kindly disregard this stuff. This is mainly for those who prefer to have it automatically process everything each month.)

It's possible Subscribestar has already fixed this issue they presented, but I figure I'd be extra safe as I saw other posts from adult creators on Twitter mentioning and warning their followers for similar reason. <3
