Friday Progress Update, August 2: "Simply the Bethst"
Well met.
Sit down and relax, and I will update you about my progress this last week.
So what have I been up to? Where do we stand? Well, I did another animation. We're at 6 and I'm not doing more of'em, so that's it.
Render-wise I was kind of done. I even bragged and boasted on Discord about how I'd be post-working when I wrote this week's progress update.
But the ending of the update felt light and rushed so I decided I needed more script and renders. That's what I'm doing at the moment. Now, this isn't that big of a deal, just a couple of days. If I hadn't told you about it, you wouldn't even have noticed anything.
I'll stick my neck out right here and now. Update before next Friday. There, it's official. Now it can't be unsaid. Unless I delete it and deny it ever existed, of course. Just kidding. I'll dive right into the few questions that came in. Few, but deep.
First, Thermophob:
Ok, is Ice Queen on menu?
She is. Her reception in the last update was pretty good. Most people hates her guts, just as planned. We'll see how she does in the poll soon.
Second, more philosophical. If I remember well, somebody already asked will MC redecorate some room as kind of bdsm plaground/dungeon, but I don't remember your answer. Maybe you can elaborate on that?
I don't think I've replied to that question, at least not with a clear answer. My plan so far for free rooms is that there's room for more girls in the house. There also rooms enough for something like what you mention, but no plan for it. I'm slightly skeptical towards going that far into BDSM in MtP.
Catalina and Beth met, if I remember correctly, in Charles' garage, when thugs tried to brake. Will they meet again soon? Maybe some kind of competition for MC's attention....
Yes, they met after the break-in. Will they meet again? Very likely. Soon? Well, I don't know about that. Soon but not soon enough? Not in the next update at least.

Friday Progress Update, July 26: "Simply the Bethst"
Hello!
It's Friday again. It's hot like an oven. Luckily, thanks to modern technology, I have a freezer full of ice cream and a fridge full of beverages. I'm ready to compose a Friday Progress Update.
When starting a new post on Patreon, the text box has a pre-typed message. For this, I got: "Honestly, write anything. Your followers will love it."
Well, there we go, success achieved. Anyway, progress, let me tell you about it ...
I got distracted bigtime this week. I'm up to 270-something renders but it would have been 300-ish if I hadn't been for a desire to do animations. I think I'm at 5 animations now. The shortest 10 seconds long and the longest 22 seconds short. If that didn't make sense it's alright.
My point is, I'm working on it! I think I'll do one more animation, maybe 50 more renders. Yes, I think we're breaking through the ceiling. When I said 200-300 renders for this update, I was wrong. Again. Rest assured though that we're getting close.
Here's the MC and Beth out for a stroll through the neighborhood. What? Beth seems worried? Naah.
There is another thing nagging at me, and it's not your mother. It's the replay gallery. I need to backtrack to days 1-12 and put in all those scenes. But it'll take days. Weeks maybe. Maybe I'll delay it another update.
Question time!
The champions of questions about Beth and spoilers I won't answer, the Thermophob and the Basementguy were kind enough to supply a bunch:
At the end of the game, will the MC still live at the home of his father? Will the MC create a big harem of girls or will you force to select one or a few of the relationships and make different endings out of this?
Staying in the house: Very likely, yes. It's been mentioned that there are two empty rooms upstairs, and there are a couple downstairs too. The cellar has place for more rooms too. Any size of in-house harem is thus possible. We'll see where we land. It's a game and a fantasy, so an unrealistic amount of girls finding it acceptable to share a man is, I guess, okay?
I know you won't answer this, but I have to ask. Is there a chance that MC didn't understand his Mother and he is actually Charels' son?
No chance. This would ruin a planned scene. Also, you were wrong ;)
Second one. MC is obviously cumming into two girls.. I suppose there is option to impregnate them. I suppose Beth is aware, or at least suspects MC is boning other girls around. But how will other react at hypothetic scenario when they discover MC is goind to have a child with other girl(s)?
Three girls. Four if we include anal. Five with oral. Pregnancy is still on the table. It's one topic where I haven't entirely made up my mind. The timescale of the game make pregnant-belly sex difficult + it's a ton of extra renders for pregnant/not pregnant. But, if girls are in a harem and are okay with sharing the MC, I'm thinking pregnancy wouldn't be a deal breaker.
And finally, when we will have a scene when MC phloughs a girl while she eats Ice Cream?
Or a scene where the MC plows a girl who's at the same time eating an ice cream cone sticking out of another girl's ass, while the MC is at the same time sucking melting ice cream of a third girl's tits? I can't say exactly when, but the laws of ice cream & porn games say it must happen.
Did Miko mention if she gets an allowance from her parents? Iirc her motivation is to make it on her own. +a lot more text!
She's not getting an allowance, she wants to make it on her own. She would no doubt get money if she actually asked her parents for it. She's in the house because it's her choice to be there.

Friday Progress Update, July 19: "Simply the Bethst"
Greetings, friends.
Do I write this progress report because it is Friday, or is it Friday because I write this progress report? Wise men will argue about this for a long, long time.
Whatever the truth; It is Friday, and I spread this, my latest progress, before your feet. Tread softly, for you tread upon my ... Progress report. Bonus points if you know the poem.
So what's new? Well, we're on the floor - 200 renders, which was my minimum for a Beth update. I probably don't even need to say it, but I will anyway: I'm not done. If I need less than 50 more renders, it'll be a miracle. I fear you'll be sick and tired of Miss Elisabeth Winters after the next update!
But we're past the point of no return. There will be no retreat, no surrender. I've also put a 'DONE' mark next to some of those content vote results, if you recall them. I won't say which, and I'm not done. We'll see where we land on that.
Oh, we're also at around 1000 animation frames. I'm probably not done in that department either. Boobs want to sway.
Anyway, let's check if there were any questions asked!
Thermophob, who will not be skipping the next update, asks: Threesome with Beth and Sandra when? Or with Beth and Miko (there is already some buildup for this)
If, not when! There is definitely some Beth/Miko build-up if you're on a Beth lezdom path. And Beth and Sandra are friends, so maybe that's not so far-fetched. We'll see if it happens, I'd never reveal the when of it, obviously.
ADudeInSomeBasement provided us with a question about titles:
Will you implement titles/nicknames at some point? I want Miko address the MC as Master once the father is gone. And Beth be all like "Sir" when she is talking to me. And the MC gives them some nicknames during sex scenes.
So far, how the MC and the girls address each other is entirely points/story-based. I've tried to keep the MC's nicknames of the girls unique. And a sub Beth gets called Gorgeous much more than an aff beth, who's more likely to be called Babe. Miko will Sir the MC more if on a sub path.
Actually setting nicknames though. Call me <X>, I will call you <Y>. Not exactly difficult to do, hmm. I can't give a straight answer to that right now. I haven't really thought about it, but I also don't have any particular objections against it. It's not exactly an asked-for feature either, this is the first time it's mentioned I think.

Friday Progress Update, May 24: "Saving the Princess"
Howdy hey.
Trying to spice up the hello's so it's not the same every week. Welcome to this, the nth progress update for Maid to Please!
So what's up? Well, I'm wading through the pile of renders-to-do at what feels like a snail's pace. Sometimes I reminisce about the good old days when I did tiny updates, and then wrote the whole script for the following update in 48 hours. Ah, those were the days.
Right now I'm doing some Miko stuff. I'll throw in a render down below. It's a pretty big chunk of renders, actually. I've been at it for some days and a lot remains to do. I'll post another soon but that'll be in a subscriber only post because rules about public posts and all.
When you ask for ice cream and she's trying to tell you she forgot to buy some. You're out.
Now I'm going to tell you guys what a harem is. In my opinion, I mean. Which you're totally free to incorrectly disagree with. The question came up when a crazy rabbit asked on Discord if there is any chance for a full harem, and I asked what a full harem is.
He said (I'm assuming gender because I assume no woman has ever played the game) that it's when all the LI's are in a relationship with the MC at the same time. I found myself skeptical. Surely that can't be enough. If I bang Beth on Monday and Cat on Friday, they're just two women I date and had sex with. So this is what I think a harem is:
First of all, the women (I'm talking gender from a MtP point of view) who are in the harem must be in a sexual relationship, or accept that they potentially are in one, with the MC. Duh. Just establishing the obvious.
Secondly, and this is important. A LI can't be part of a harem without knowing about it's existence, and accepting it. She doesn't have to call it such, or know about every other member of it. But unless she knows she's not exclusive, how can she properly be part of a harem?
Thirdly, she must accept AtM with any other member of the harem. Okay, maybe not, I'm making this shit up as I go along.
I think my point is that if the girls don't know about each other, and think they're the only one, it's not really a harem. You're just dating a bunch of chicks at the same time. Bonus points for the harem is if the girls also live with the MC. Not a rule, just bonus points.
So is there any chance for a full harem?
As someone once said, "a full harem is a crutch for virgin Devs that can't write."
Actually that was said today in Discord too. Personally, I find it sort of unlikely but I'm not closing any doors. Since I'm not a virgin Dev, it wouldn't be a crutch for me. Right?

Friday Progress Update, Feb 23: "Partytime!"

Oh, it's Friday again? What a lucky coincidence that I was passing by. I guess I might as well write a Friday Progress Update.
Let's just say that the grind is real. It's forehead down and just push forward through the endless pile of renders-to-do. I was hoping to have 300 renders done by the time I wrote this but I'm at 294. I blame the seven animations I've done so far. But animations are fun! I'm even happy with a couple of them.
Where are we in the update? The party, man. We're at the party. I'd share a render with you guys but I don't think I've made a non-nudity render for two weeks and Patreon don't allow those in public posts. And, no joke, I'll probably be on the fookin' party next Friday as well. But there is an end, I can just glimpse it far, far away in the distance.
So what else can we talk about today? Shit, I don't know. The only topic for discussion that was suggested to me was "Beth".
