How's it going, Kitty? 💕

Hello my dear kitty cats 💖

It's been a while since my last update, but life has been busier lately.

As I keep working on my programming and illustration skills, I keep my creative engines running in the back of my head with stories, situations, characters and more. I wish I had a hundred arms with a thousand fingers to keep up the rhythm, but... Well. We are human after all.

Having said that, I wanted to thank you again for your support, which means the world to me. Not only because I know each dollar you put into my work has come from your effort and sweat, but also because you keep independent art alive, and allow people like me to bring their vision alive and work doing what we love. So again, THANK YOU!

About SX-ULTRA

Now, feelings aside, I must admit I hadn't been able work as much as I would like in SX-ULTRA lately, (although I'm dying to write Morgan once again!). Besides usual life going on, I am starting a little creative project on the side (this one being SFW, but still adult oriented). It has nothing to do with writing or video games, so I won't be getting into it right now.

If despite this, you're still curious, well... Let's just say you will know when the time is right. But only if you want to 😉🖤

In any case, I actually have started writing new events with Morgan, as well as working on the new skill-tree to make it mechanically interesting and cohesive within the main story. I actually really like were this is heading, and despite it could take me a little more time than I thought at first, I am convinced that you will also like the way the transformation mechanics will end up blending in with the main story and the "multi-frequency" logic. I will do my best to bring this vision to life as best as I can during this next month!

You will be hearing from me again! Perhaps sooner than you think. I'm sending you all my love.

How's it going, Kitty?💞

After a well-deserved break over Easter, we’re back with exciting news about sx-ultra... and more! A familiar face is returning, eager to get to work, and we’ve been brainstorming and exploring new ways to make our projects more creative and fun.

PROJECT SX-ULTRA:

The Lord and I have been working on a new aspect of SX-ULTRA that will focus specifically on gameplay and role-playing. That is, incorporating new mechanics such as INFLUENCE (QI), the discovery of new frequencies, and the acquisition of new assets for The Agency. This new decision tree, which will unlock after completing Mission 2, will give you the ability to unlock new skills, as well as open up new dialogue options throughout the story depending on the build you choose.

While you’ll be able to unlock it in Season 1 and start building this build using the IQ points you earn during missions, the full weight of its consequences on the narrative is expected to have a truly noticeable impact in Season 2. In any case, if you’re playing a saved game, we’ve made sure the map displays correctly and awards you the appropriate QI points based on where you are in the story.

SPECIAL FORCES: Rapture Division

On the other hand, in this very special post, I’d like to share some more good news with you about one of our projects—one that’s very dear to us but has been somewhat overlooked lately. That’s right. We’re talking about SPECIAL FORCES: Rapture Division.

The Lord and I have decided to completely overhaul this latest project, discarding almost everything you saw in the demo and completely reimagining the concept of SPECIAL FORCES. Although it started out as an essentially narrative-driven adventure, the next update you see for this project (which will likely be renamed) will be VERY different. We’ll be turning SFRD into a game focused primarily on gameplay and combat, giving it a new lease on life as a Roguelite Deckbuilder!

For now, we have a prototype set up that we plan to test later this month, and if all goes well, we’ll begin breathing new life into SFRD, which is set to launch sometime this summer. Unlike the current demo, the new one will be open to the public. However, future updates will be available exclusively to members of The Colony and subscribers, at least for the foreseeable future.

We can't wait for you to try out these exciting updates for yourselves! We're hard at work, and we'll see you soon with more news.
