Small update on my workflow, given the notable absence of a monthly project so far:
My job's work schedule has gotten significantly busier than previous months, so it's taken up a lot more of my time and energy than it usually would. The few moments I do have to mess around with scenes I'm usually just making short projects, or if you've checked my Twitter alt, getting into modifying scenes even more substantially, like converting traditional sex scenes to docking ones.
To avoid keeping you all in the dark for too long, and since I'm being notably delayed by many other factors, I'm probably going to start releasing projects in "parts". Since my projects are usually a combination of several scenes and several alts, I'll just start uploading individual scenes with alts 1 by 1, so there's at least something you guys can enjoy. This also gives time for sfx editors/VAs to process audio quicker, since giving them multiple pieces over time is much quicker than expecting full, several minute-long audio work on short notice.
At the end I'll put it together in a finalized compilation. This also lets me catch any errors I might not have otherwise, or include new scenes that I felt are fitting but simply did not have access to at the time of publishing. I may also mess around with doing multiple ongoing "series" or themes at a time.
As an example, the next project I have an idea for is finally getting to the tall women batch. I also have some ideas for the opposite, focusing on short, flat, and bottom heavy women (think Shuten, Rikyu, Moses). So I may do something like alternating between either series, or whatever else comes to mind.
tl;dr I feel like I'm arbitrarily limiting myself by only releasing fully finalized, long, projects, so I'm going to start releasing segments to try and be more flexible.
