August 2022 -- An Exotic (and Erotic) Vacation (M)

Sadly, since I didn't aim for any of the specific award categories, I feel like the fic didn't meet its full potential and sort of floundered, failing to place in any category or as any judge's choice. With such strong competition, however, it was bound to be a tough ask. Combine that with the..."controversial" topic and the limited reach of G5, and I probably pigeonholed my audience of enjoyment too much. It was still fun to write, though, and despite appearances is not zebradom, nor does it involve non-consensual acts or raceplay.

February 2022 Update

September/October 2021 - Questions #143 and Beyond (T) // Question #150 (M)

The fic I've been most proud of in a long time! It definitely has shortcomings with excessively quick pacing, but it was written in the haste of a shipping-fueled haze after seeing the G5 movie for the first time, so hopefully, it can be forgiven under that circumstance...also because I have no idea how to write "slow burn" romance compared to fast-paced clop ^^;

It's been largely well-received despite the pacing problem, so I hope you'll give it a read :)
The first two chapters have been given an audiobook reading by StraightToThePointStudio, here and here, and the M-rated chapter has been given a reading by Mystery Fluttershy Fan/Setzertrancer! 

(Originally, this was a single M-rated story, but for greater visibility, I later decided to split it up into 4 T-rated chapters with the 5th M-rated chapter being a separate story.)

October 2021 - I'm Gonna Zap Everypony with my Horn Lasers! (E)

My first published story on FiMFiction that doesn't have an M rating. This little fic was a lot of fun to write; I've been inspired to write quite a bit more lately by the new characters that G5 provided, and the "clean slate" nature of a lot of their personalities.

October 2021 - Fluttershy's Sanctuary Expansion (M)

Going back to the roots of my fanfiction writing career with Pokemon, here's a raunchy crossover clop with Fluttershy and Solgaleo. More chapters are planned, but I've been juggling a lot of projects lately, so they're mostly just ideas I've jotted down at this stage. Among those ideas are Arcanine x Doctor Fauna (size difference) and Latios x Rainbow Dash (midair), so...make of those what you will, heheh~

October 2021 - Starting Your Quest (T) // I'll Watch Your Tail (M)

September/October was the busiest pair of months I've ever had with fanfiction writing that I can remember, and the beginning to this "magnum opus" G5 adventure story of mine caps it all off! Over a dozen chapters planned, with the 3rd out of those currently being written. M-rated chapters are split into the separate, second story, for the same reasons as they were with Questions.

November/December 2021 - Final two chapters of commissioned story Sparkle in the Night (M)

The second commissioned story I've ever finished. Feels good to finally get this one off my chest, even though I kept getting writer's block with it that extended the completion timeframe to pretty much an entire year. Turns out OC x Canon isn't really my thing when it comes to commissioned stories, so this was certainly a learning experience. I'm glad the commissioner enjoyed it all the same, though!

January 2022 - What Do Pegasi Even Like? (E)

Continuing on from my strong streak of G5 stories late in 2021, I kicked off the new year with an entry into Shrink Laureate's Generation 5 Bingo Prompt Contest! The prompt I was given was somewhat strange to deal with, but for the most part, I think I managed to pull off a believable narrative. I struggled with cleanly incorporating the last 2 parts of the prompt, and it definitely shows, but other than that, I think I did quite well considering my lack of experience with non-clop writing.

What's next?

• LusterUnicorn commission [3.5k written out of ~5-10k]
  • I've been really enjoying writing this one! Lots of exhibitionism, interspecies, size-difference kinda stuff going on here. It's gonna be super hot when it's complete~
• CrypticMetaphor commission [Outlined]
  • Haven't started writing properly on this yet, but I've got an outline done and know the general direction of the story. Some of the kinks in it aren't necessarily my cup of tea, so we'll see how things go.
• Starting your Quest
  • Life's kept me occupied for the past couple of months, and I've hit a dry patch of motivation, but I really want to keep writing more G5, especially with the prospect of more official content coming later this year that might end up conflicting with my own vision for G5's direction. A lot of outline work is done on the rest of the story, I just need to get around to actually writing it. Adventure is a hard genre to write well...
• Getting the Vapors
  • I've definitely kept people waiting a while on this one, and for that, I'm sorry. There are 3 more chapters in my plans; one on the shorter side that's casual and platonic, one that's a preg-fetish harem orgy, and a time-skip epilogue that describes Anon's love-filled life with his many mares.
• Into the Woods
  • This one's probably staying on hiatus, sadly. If I think up Halloween story ideas it's highly possible they'll end up as additional chapters to this story, but other than that, I haven't given this story any thought for several months.
• Another Gulfstream story for Shark Week
  • It's not for a good few months, but I know it's gonna sneak up on me. I've created a "mom" character for Gulf that I'm definitely interested in using in some way, so we'll see where my brain takes me~
• Another "Spike gets all the MILFs" story
  • This one's tentative, but I've had it in the back of my mind to write more of anthro Spike claiming older women for his hoard. I've been inspired by the anthro Spike stuff that Hooves-Art continues to put out...
• Two requested stories, back when I actually took requests
  • The fact that I haven't even put word to processor on these demonstrates why I have trouble accepting requests. If it's not my idea I find it harder to grasp. We'll see if these go anywhere because I do have some interest in writing them, but...yeah.
