What's new in the B12 build?
* Wrote and added a new Christmas themed scene for if you have Misaki living in the mansion.  4k words of content sponsored by TheTealDragon.
* Wrote and added a new Christmas themed scene for if you have the Santa costume.  Scene can appear from December 1st to December 24th.  1.3k words of content.
* Wrote and added a new scene for Roberta in the Drinking Donkey.  Continues her romance path.  1.4k words of content.
* Wrote and added a new scene for Roberta to the Drinking Donkey.  .4k words of content.
* Wrote and added a new location to Pendleton, a Christmas Store.  This should appear in the same place as the Halloween store.  .4k words of content.
* Wrote and added eight small scenes for the Christmas Store.  One can happen in all of December, three can take place up to the 23rd, two take place only on Christmas eve, and the last two only appear after Christmas.  .8k words of content.
* Added Santa Costume to Christmas Store for sale.
* Added a temporary version of the Christmas Store to the map system.  Two images, light and dark mode version.
* The usual assortment of spelling, grammar, and other minor fixes.  Thank you to everyone who sent in reports, you're an amazing community and all of you help make this game what it is.

* Did a minor rewrite to the MC Santa Costume scene so it more naturally triggers from anywhere in the mansion.  .1k words of content.
* Did a minor rewrite to the MC Santa Costume scene to account for if Eve knows there is no Santa.  .2k words of content.
* Updated the current Victorian style bedrooms so they can be interchanged as desired.
* Added the ability to remodel/build rooms instantly to the Cheat menu.  Under the tab "Instant Construction."  If it's in the game so you can pay for the remodel, you can change it here now.
* Submitted Mistuko Scene 38 was added to the game incorrectly when originally received.  Should be triggering as intended now.
* Fixed an problem where one of Robertas scenes had some link issues.
* Added four new Christmas Store images to the game.  Only two currently in use.
