February's Newsletter

Hello, everyone!

I've been quite immersed in Stacy's Got The Wheel and Fertility Festival Of Hera, but I must get this Newsletter out before it is too late in the month!

No fancy fancifulness this time around. Let's just skate into it.

A Memefied Summary Of January

Commissions Reopening?

I previously talked about potentially reopening for commissions around late January (or at least I think I did), so my apologies for not getting around to it.

Yes, I shall be reopening very soon.

Expect a post later this week with the official announcement, but allow me to give a TL;DR preview now anyway: I'll be reopening exclusively for sequel commissions, and at a rate of 25 USD/1,000 words (previously 20 USD/1,000 words). Like last time, it won't be "first come, first serve". I'll receive everyone's requests until a predetermined deadline and then assess each one on a case-by-case basis. I assume the number of requests will be manageable since it's only sequel commissions, but slots may be limited anyway if there are too many.

My apologies to everyone who may have been hoping to commission a new story/series/one-shot. I'm still on a rampant quest to wrap up the quadrillion Prompt Poll series I've accumulated, which is why I'm making this a limited reopening so that people aren't locked out of continuing the series they've already started with me.

Let it be known that none of this is guaranteed as official until I make the proper announcement post.

Have You Settled On The Side-Stories Thing Yet?

Nope! Let me first conclude the batch I mentioned HERE, or at least half of it. I'll have a better idea then. There's still a non-zero chance I ditch the whole idea and replace the Prompt Polls with nothing until I'm ready to bring them back. In such a scenario, I suppose I'd just murder the Merchant tier and lock in on Subscribestar series + commissions.

We'll see.

Where Is The Character Popularity Poll?

If you're wondering why there was no Character Popularity Poll this January, it's because I want to wrap up Stacy's Got The Wheel first. Now that I've committed myself to finale-ing it, I might as well do the poll after having the full thing out.

First-Ever Six Pool Poll (Probably)

With Stacy's Got The Wheel reaching its conclusion in the near future, we will have an open slot in the Six Pool. If you don't know what that is, you can check it out HERE. This will be the first time it happens, so it is uncharted territory for me (and mankind too).

I'll probably decide which story to promote from the reserve pool by running a poll with options of the same genre - non-futa BBC. I haven't yet decided if I should limit it to OC-only or not, since we ARE replacing an OC story, and the other BBC story in the Six Pool is already a fandom one (The Black King Piece). We shall see what future Me decides, but feel free to persuade me either way in the comments below.

I also haven't decided if this will be a poll for all tiers, or just Fighter and above, or just Merchant. That, too, is the responsibility of future Me.

______________________________

With that, this newsletter is concluded. I have kept things more compact this time around. Isn't that nice?

Since I'm making a post already, allow me to hijack this final segment for a quick Degeneration-Log-style update:
  • The next draft of Stacy's Got The Wheel is very deep in the works. Probably about 10k words. By my math, we'll be wrapping this series with a Chapter 7 + epilogue;
  • The Hollow Strength side-story is practically done in terms of writing and imaging, but I'm still wrapping up revising. No, I did not succeed at keeping it capped at 3k words, but the joke is on you since there is nothing funny about this (because funny things usually require some degree of unpredictability);
  • Chapter 3 of Fertility Festival Of Hera is now progressing very rapidly. I am relatively certain this won't be the finale yet. What I'm trying to figure out now is how many Labors I can fit per chapter. Pray for me;
  • We might have a Degeneracy Pit for the next story in the Workflow Central later this month. This would be for the 1st winner of Jul/25's Prompt Poll. Holy crap, I am really backed up with stories.

Very well, I must now delve into the terrors of hardcore Amazonian futanari chaos. I'll try to have that Hollow Strength side-story and Stacy's Got The Wheel draft out ASAP too.

An excellent February to all. Thank you for your continued support!

Start Of Year/January's Newsletter

Hello, everyone!

I deliver to you the first newsletter of 2026.

This was originally going to be an ‘end of year newsletter’, but I figured it made more sense to start the year with it instead, since we were going to have January’s newsletter right after it anyway. In other words, this takes over for January’s newsletter.

First, allow me to state that 2025 passed by FAR too quickly. I shall do everything in my power to slow down time in 2026, but that is unlikely to work, so brace yourselves.

Fast-passing year or not, I had a great time writing tons of bizarre and way-too-large smut in 2025.

For a simple TL;DR, you can skip to the very end to check any specific announcements for this month.

Now, let us review 2025 and look forward to a great 2026 together!

Subscribestar Releases - 2025

I wrote tons of crazy fun commissions last year. But, like 2024’s end of year newsletter, I want to focus on this page and its content.

Below is a look at all the Subscribestar stories released in 2025.

In order of release:
  • Something Is Seriously Wrong With Carrie – Chapter 3 – Finale – 47,5k words;
  • Passing The Sin Along – Epilogue – 6,5k words;
  • Blacked By A Toxic Futanari In America – Chapters 2 & 3 – 13,3k & 20,4k words;
  • Secret Bond – Chapter 1 – 24,4k words;
  • Adding A BBC To The Family – Chapter 8 – 39,8k words;
  • Fertility Festival Of Hera – Chapters 1 & 2 – 14,3k & 22,2k words;
  • Outsourced Bitch – Chapters 1 & 2 – 15,7k & 20,7k words;
  • Momo Is Built For It – Chapters 1 & 2 – 17,8k & 26,7k words;
  • Perverse Bonds – Chapters 3 & 4 – 27k & 18,7k words;
  • The Black King Piece – Chapters 5-8 – 84k words;
  • Wally Pushes Hard – Chapters 1-4 – 81,5k words.

That makes for 480k words of smut, more or less – again, not counting commissions. Though I think it’s a big volume, I am not satisfied with it and wish I had gotten way more chapters done. Still, I am pleased in terms of quality and think I did some of my best work this year.

I hope you enjoyed these stories!

Productivity In 2025

As mentioned above, I think I wrote a lot in 2025, but it’s still far below my desired target.

Counting everything I wrote last year up to the last second, it was +-780,000 words. For reference, 2024 was 1,030,000 words and 2023 was 1,200,000. I had some life-related slowdowns during the second half of the year, but that doesn’t really matter to me.

I see 2024/2023 as my baseline in terms of writing volume, and there are so many series I want to wrap up – hence the whole exclusive-series-slaying arc – so I shall remain eternally dissatisfied with my volume performance in 2025.

Nevertheless, I don’t care to wallow! I gave it my all in 2025, and 2026 shall be a massacre. By which I mean, I shall strive for unknown records of output volume!

Now, in terms of my HF, AO3, and Subscribestar pages, I’m pretty satisfied.
  • HF went from 1,033 fans to 1,373;
  • AO3 went from 1,114 user subs to 1,731 (updating AO3 tags was likely a great idea);
  • Subscribestar went from 473 subscribers to 541 (Free Tier not counted).

I have no doubt that these numbers could have grown more had I kept up the same writing pace as 2024, but hey, I’m still happy with them. It just means I have even more drive to outperform in 2026!

Noteworthy Polls Of 2025

Let’s take a brief but fun trip down Memory Lane. What did we have in terms of polls during 2025?

I did this poll before the finale of Something Is Seriously Wrong With Carrie came out. It’s one of the few times I’ve polled you guys directly on the events of an ongoing series. Honestly, I should do it more.

The voting surprised me a little. Out of 73 votes, 52 (71.23%) were cheering for Carrie to ‘win’ – whatever that meant.

You might be asking yourself if this poll decided the ending of this series. The answer is no, as that had already been long since decided when I outlined Chapter 1 way back when. Of course, things change and evolve along the way every time I write a multi-chapter story, but this one was always slated to end more or less how it did. This poll was just because I was curious if I was going to get crucified for it!

Do keep an eye out for the incoming remaster. I intend to update all the images from the finale as well as the text of the final chapter's last ‘part’ (I’m not specifying more than this because I don’t want to spoil those who have not read it yet, but if you read it, you know what part I’m referring to). Though, don’t expect a different ending. I’m only refining what it already is.

We run this poll every six months, and it might be my favorite. I’m always curious to see what the trends are for the characters in my non-commissioned stories; I.E, Prompt Poll winners.

That time around, Ashley from Perverse Bonds VERY massively led the poll, with Rias from The Black King Piece close behind her. Everyone else was quite distant – and this was long before Chapter 3 & 4 of Perverse Bonds and 5-8 of The Black King Piece.

I look forward to the next results.

This might be the single most surprising poll result for me. I lived my entire life convinced that people listened to music when reading books, smut, or whatever else. As it turns out, almost none of you listen to music when reading smut.

What the fuck. I seriously thought this was a normal thing – which is hilarious, because I also do not listen to music when reading things, so I thought I was the odd one out.

I was curious to know if most people cared for the drafts of the WIP Subscribestar stories. The results were more or less what I expected. 69% said it depends on the story, 15% wait for the full release, and 15% read drafts. If we add the first and last groups, about 85% care for them.

This makes sense to me, as the Fighter tier blew up in popularity after I started posting drafts.

That’s right, they did not always exist! Now you know some Usurpman lore.

Okay, well, this one is self-explanatory, and the result is even more. 93% of you voted that the AI images enhance the reading experience for you.

That’s great, because I agree, and the quality of the images increased a lot after NovelAI V4 and V4.5 came out. I think the ones in the incoming chapter of Stacy’s Got The Wheel are the best yet.

A very small minority doesn’t like them. For you, worry not, as I intend to continue posting image-less versions; and you can always read them on HF/AO3, where no images are posted (only linked).

I posted this poll before releasing Adding A BBC To The Family – Chapter 8. The reason for it might have become obvious to those who read the chapter, or perhaps not.

Chapter 8 features a crossover with Method Acting and BBC Addiction. With Adding A BBC To The Family entering its final arc, I had been mentally exploring/considering the idea of crossovers with other series/characters of mine for months already but was hesitant. Ultimately, I concluded that I reeeeeeeally wanted to do it and it could be cool, so I figured it’d be a good idea to see how many people might even recognize other characters/series in a potential crossover.

To be honest, I don’t know that the poll influenced my decision; and I still have other crossovers to make. Some of the series included in that list are actually commissions, but I made sure to ask the commissioner first. In other words, unless I change my mind between now and Chapter 9, expect to see characters from some of those other series feature into Adding A BBC To The Family’s final arc.

Though, I should note that House Of Temptations has about a 0.000001% of ever being crossed over in that series. I included it in this poll purely out of curiosity. I don't think it fits thematically.

Also, someone might ask, so let me get ahead of it: Stacy’s Got The Wheel is never crossing over with any of those series. Its world/theme simply does not match the others.

Oh, yes, as for the results of the poll: It was actually pretty balanced. I’m always surprised by how popular House Of Temptations is; I am equally unsurprised by how popular Tiffany Goes Back To College is.

I actually expected more of a majority on ‘yes’, but most were neutral. In the end, Prompt Showdowns were born shortly after this poll. I look forward to bringing back Prompt Polls. They have been halted, as mentioned in the last winner announcement post.

With 128 votes, exactly 60% like it, and 36% are neutral.

That makes sense. A time lapse is as much a tool as any other trope. That said, I like them a lot! They’re great for ‘fucked silly’ scenes.

With 168 votes, 58.8% found me through Hentai-Foundry and 35.8% through AO3. 1 person found me through Twitter/X, and 2 through Subscribestar.

The AO3 percentage increased a lot from 2024 to 2025. That aligns with my user subs increasing a lot there too. Updating tags was a great idea. Many thanks to fellow supporter Mikey B for making this suggestion to me.

I won’t delve too into detail here, since I already made posts related to this poll. The summary is that you guys really love The Black King Piece, but I was pretty happy to see quite a bit of interest distributed across my other series too. Noteworthy mentions for Fertility Festival Of Hera, Outsourced Bitch, and Blacked By A Toxic Futanari In America.

As for the less popular ones, I blame time gaps. But they shall return in force and conquer the world.

This one was pretty crazy to me. Momo from Momo Is Built For It was a beast in popularity, followed by Zoe and Kushina. Some noteworthy OCs were Miko from Outsourced Bitch and Rebecca from Adding A BBC To The Family.

I don’t let these polls dictate which characters I ‘favor’ or the direction of their stories, and As a writer, I think this is a strength rather than a weakness.. BUT! I am always curious to see who people like the most.

I look forward to the next poll of this type.

You guys chose Outsourced Bitch over Momo Is Built For It. This result surprised me, but I’m also happy to know there’s love for my OCs.

Worry not. Momo shall have her time to shine.

This was fun to poll you guys on. It was also an absolute massacre, holy shit. Rebecca was REALLY preferred for Front Page and Zoe for Welcome Media. The winning choice had 88% of the vote.

Degenerates united shall never be defeated!

Same as the above poll. You guys were VERY decided on the winning set (Momo for Series Links and Hippolyta for Workflow Central), with 84% of the vote.

Degenerates united shall never be defeated!

The Black King Piece won for the third year and row, and thus was posted on HF/AO3 far earlier than the intended moment. The real surprise was that Momo Is Built For It almost won. The last time, the almost-winner was Hollow Strength.

Gee, I wonder who will almost win next time!

Santa of Degeneracy thanks you all for allowing him to diffuse accountability.

Noteworthy Moments Of 2025

We’ve done polls. Now, let us go through this page’s most relevant moments of 2025!

Some of these don’t have links, as they are simply ‘events’.

  • Usurpman considered exclusive AI images as a Merchant tier perk but totally ditched the idea

Did you know? There’s still a completely worthless “Emporium of Degeneracy” channel in the Discord server. Maybe I’ll revive it for our incoming Bonus Side Content experiment.

As for the idea itself, I was quite enamored with how good NovelAI V4/V4.5 is, but it ultimately isn’t worth the time investment in my opinion. I’d rather just write more. I believe most of you feel the same way.

  • Special feature: AI imagery of Ashley from Perverse Bonds ONE & TWO | by sydlorem

Many thanks to fellow degenerate boonman34 for appreciating Ashley and Perverse Bonds to the point of commissioning AI work of her TWICE. I quite like this series and look forward to writing more Ashley (and Eva, Lexi, and William, of course).

Many thanks to fellow degenerate UnendingBrownie for commissioning a beautiful piece of art involving everyone’s favorite redhead devil. I am well aware that The Black King Piece is a force of its own around here, so I shall do my best to keep it up to par with everyone’s expectations. Look forward to more Tokiket shenanigans. There’s a lot to happen.

  • I updated the tags of all my stories on AO3 and HF

This was back in February, and it actually took a lot of time, but it was worth it. I think it got me a lot more reach (especially on AO3). Once again, many thanks to Mikey B for making me aware that you can write whatever you want for AO3 tags. I thought I was limited by the scroll-down options, and so I never got creative with the tags.

  • Usurpman Land was born!

I had been religiously avoiding creating a Discord server from the very beginning of my ‘career’, worried that it would turn into a second job because of moderation.

Alas, my worries were unfounded – at least so far. It’s been great to have a Discord community, and it’s fun to read everyone’s discussions and memes.

I still reserve the right to completely change my mind and go kaboom on it someday.

Usurpman is so evil!

  • The great March wait for NovelAI V4!

Where were YOU when the world shivered and cried in wait for chapters 2 and 3 of Blacked By A Toxic Futanari In America, but Usurpman evilishly REFUSED to release it before NovelAI V4 came out so he could get better images for the story?

Anyway, I think it was totally worth it. I also think the images got a lot better over time as I improved at using the upgraded generator. We have NovelAI V4.5 now, and I think the images in the incoming Stacy’s Got The Wheel chapter shall be the best yet.

For those who might not remember, I believe I literally skipped sleep to get all the images done in one go and release the chapter ASAP after V4 came out. That was kinda wild.

  • Usurpman promised he would be stricter with story sizes back in March

I’m not gonna say anything. Just laugh.

  • First crowdfunding for a story ever (albeit unsuccessful)

Back in March, there was a prompt that people really liked in the previous Prompt Poll but did not win: the High School Of The Dead prompt. It ultimately won in October.

Before then, I tried to see if people would be willing to ‘crowdfund it’. There were a few backers, but not enough.

Realistically speaking, it’s probably better this way. I am already way too packed with ongoing series.

For the record, I also included another prompt in the crowdfunding effort because I find the premise to have plenty of potential in smut and comedy (and God knows I like random comedy in smut). I’ll include it here again.

  • (OC) At Bronze Bells, Women of any background may come to train and workout without the limits of society and a gaze upon them. Outside of the gym, it’s known as a cesspool of overly violent women held together by shared ferocity and shaded complexions, be it tanned or natural. To others, an exclusive club of dark-skinned dommy mommies. But for one man unaware of the public view, are just a bunch of skittish, introverted, and awkward ladies. (Light/Wholesome, Comedy, Oblivious MC, Interracial, BWC, Tall x Short, Large/Tall Women, Muscular Women, False Façades, Femcels, Girl Failures, Soft Maledom, Femsub, Tall/Muscular/Shaded Female Appreciation, Masturbation, Slow Harem, Orgy, Marathon Sex, Lovemaking, Condomplay)

I am not sure if I’d be willing to crowdfund it anymore considering my current backlog. But maybe?

Femcels deserve love too!

  • The first-ever crossover between two Usurpman series

Adding A BBC To The Family received the generous crossovers of Kimberly from Method Acting and Paige from BBC Addiction. It was my first-ever real crossover, though we did have a minor ‘world’ crossover from Like A Lamb To The Sexual Slaughter in Hollow Strength, as both series are set in the same ‘universe’.

I’m not a big fan of small cameos. I prefer it when crossovers play a relevant role in the story. I hope to do right by this idea in the series mentioned above (and expect more crossovers in Adding A BBC To The Family, if I don’t change my mind).

We also had a crossover in a commissioned series: Teddy’s Depraved High School Reunion was graced with Nina from Nina’s Unique Workday Experience.

  • 2025 innaugurated Prompt Showdowns!

From now on, whenever two prompts have a five-or-less vote gap in the Prompt Election, they move to a 1v1 duel in the Prompt Showdown!

BUT! This matters not anymore, since…

  • 2025 MURDERED Prompt Polls!

Where were YOU when Usurpman pulled a gun and shot Prompt Polls in the face in front of everyone?

I was right there, shooting the gun in question. I mean, it was me. You all saw it.

You see, in 2025 I started the world-renowned exclusive-series-slaying arc (you may have heard about it. It was all over mainstream media and Hollywood). But, apparently, I cartoonishly suck at slaying series. I also suck at one-shots. And so, more often than not, Prompt Polls result in new series and more backlog.

For that reason, we are halting Prompt Polls for the foreseeable future. I love them and I know you all do too, but it had to be done.

Now, of course, there was no need to shoot them in the face with a shotgun, but that was simply for the drama. Please disregard the gore and focus on the ‘I am being responsible’ part of it all.

Prompt Polls were a mainstay of this page, and a key perk of the Merchant and Fighter tiers. I want to replace them with something worthy that doesn’t simply result in the same workload clog from another angle.

I’ve said this a few times already, but my plan is to experiment with the Bonus Side Content idea I mentioned back in December’s Newsletter. Expect to see a post about it in the next few days, as I’d like to start it this month (and hopefully early too).

  • 2025 gave birth to the Six Pool!

Where were YOU when Usurpman gave BIRTH to six little zerglings in front of everyone?!

I was right there, doing the birth-giving.

I know. It was gross, but moderately amazing too. Really makes you think, huh?

To manage the obscene number of ongoing Subscribestar series I have at the moment, I decided to create a small list of series to focus on at a time, with the rest waiting in the Reserve Pool for a slot to free up – I.E, a series to conclude.

You can check out the current Six Pool HERE.

And yes, I played Zerg in Starcraft II. No, I was not good.

  • Usurpman closed for commissions never to reopen again!

That’s slander. I want to reopen very soon, in fact. Since we’re halting the start of new series by cold-bloodedly murdering Prompt Polls, I think I can manage taking commissions again. However, I intend to only open for sequel commissions. In other words, chapters for unfinished series. I don’t like the idea of people commissioning part of a series from me and then not being able to commission the next parts because I am closed.

Note that we’re still talking limited slots, so I can’t take all commissions even if they are all sequels. Also, I will likely raise my rates. They were 20 USD/1,000 words last time. Not sure what the price will be this time.

Let me get a grip on my work rhythm first to see if it’s even feasible for me to open up. Maybe we'll have an announcement in late January.

  • I started using Mega.nz for uploading stories too

It seems that some countries have banned pixeldrain for whatever reason. So, I use Mega.nz now too. All must be able to access degeneracy!

  • There was a bleached revolution

Where were YOU when the BWC/bleached tag shot the BBC/blacked tag in the face?

I was right here, remembering when I used to have to ban the BBC tag to ensure variety. How times have changed.

Maybe we’ll be banning BWC next time around, huh?

Trends in Usurpman land come and go with absolutely no warning or logic. I hope for ebony, lesbian, and femcel love in the future! But I guess we can settle for feet too.

Who the fuck knows? I’ve given up on trying to predict Prompt Polls, and I’m the one running them.

  • Usurpman was BRUTALLY murdered in September and October

Where YOU when The Black King Piece pulled a gun and shot ME in the face?

I was right there, staring down the barrel of the gun.

Fortunately, I rose from the dead with 84k words of- oh my God, I write way too much, someone help me.

Life inconveniences struck me in September, and the next chapter of The Black King Piece turned into a beast out of my control, resulting in a great delay for the final release. I was kind of ashamed of not having it ready as early as I’d like to, and it felt awkward to make repeated posts of ‘I’m working’. Also, I think at some point I announced that the next draft would be the last one, and it turned out to be a RIDICULOUS overestimation on my part.

I ended up immersing myself in the shadows, only to return once the chapter(s) was completed. I believe some people even got worried that something might have happened to me. It was a mistake of me to become one with the darkness, and I shall not repeat it.

I also promised not to write another mega huge chapter again.

The very next story was 80k words again.

Please help me.

______________________

And these were all the noteworthy moments of 2025! I think. Did I forget anything?

Either way, I already wrote too much. Why don’t we move on to my resolutions for 2026?

Hopefully, less murder.

Any Goals, Changes, Or Plans for 2026?

Despite my previously cited frustrations with output volume in 2025, I still think it was a good year for me. Nevertheless, I want 2026 to be the BEST year so far, so here are my goals.

  • I want to bring my writing output way up

Back over 1,000,000! This is the most important goal to me. If I write more, less things backlog, and more stories gets wrapped up. It all stems from here!

  • Experiment with the new Bonus Side Content idea

I’ll work out how these will work and make a post about it in the next few days. It’ll be tied to the Merchant tier in some way or another, but let me figure out the details first.

  • Wrap up MANY series!

So many! Like, all of them! I wrapped up ONE in all of 2025, so I have some pride to recover. Maybe I can start by wrapping up Stacy’s Got The Wheel in one mega chapter?

Oh, God, I am doing it again.

  • Reopen for sequel commissions

This goes in line with the previous goal. There are some commissioned series that I know commissioners want to continue, and I don’t want to leave the series in question just hanging. Thus, I want to open for this limited target of only sequels while continuing my exclusive-series-slaying arc.

  • Be steadier with updates

My shadowy immersion in September made me realize that it's probably a good habit to do regular updates even when I have nothing ready to release. I have somewhat experimented with this already in the past few weeks.

Maybe I'll give it a cute name like 'Degeneration Log' and post weekly.

  • Do my best work yet in 2026

I want my best stuff to be incoming, not already out. I shall bring my A-game smut this year (as I try to do every year)

A General Thank You

Allow me to start the year thanking you all for your continued support in my degenerate writing endeavors. Being able to do this for a living is a huge privilege, and so I must do my best to earn it. I could never have imagined that I'd be in this fortunate position someday. Thank you very much.

I’ll write tons of comedic wholesomeness this year. Maybe I’ll even sprinkle a drop or two of hardcore smut. But not too much! I wouldn’t want to harm my family-friendly brand.

Final Notes For This Newsletter

This is taking the place of January’s Newsletter, so this is the place for a couple of pointers.

Expect a Character Popularity Poll this month. It’ll come after the release of Stacy’s Got The Wheel – Chapter 5.

Additionally, I intend to make a post in a few days about the Bonus Side Content experiment that will, potentially, replace Prompt Polls for a while. I’ll also clarify how it’ll relate to tier benefits and whatnot. Once that’s out, I’ll update the descriptions around the page to keep things accurate.

Of course, if this is to take the place of January’s Newsletter, I cannot end this post without a few memes. I placed them at the end this time so as to not bloat the rest of the already-bloated newsletter.

A happy 2026 to all! Thank you for your continued support.

December's Newsletter

Hello, everyone!

I am mildly (extremely) shocked that it is already December. Did the year pass by far too quickly for anyone else?

In the name of said fast passage of time, let us pass through the newsletter with equal too-quickness.

A Memefied Summary of November

I have a few more, but I don't wanna bloat this long Newsletter too much, so I'll put them in the Discord.

Incoming Prompt Poll This Month

We shall have our 30th Prompt Poll this month. The fact that there have been 30 Prompt Polls already is so unbelievable to me that I didn't really notice it until it was pointed out to me a couple months back. That's a LOT of prompting, voting, and smut-writing.

I feel very fortunate that so many people have an interest in my interpretation/writing of their story ideas, and that so many people are invested enough to vote and even argue (in a friendly manner, as classy degenerates).

In this month of giving, I'd like to do some giving of my own in this Prompt Poll. What I'm thinking of doing is allowing the free-of-charge re-submission of any prompt submitted in the last three Prompt Polls, with a limit of three prompts per prompter. In other words, if you submitted more than three different prompts in total, I'll have to ask you to choose which three you prefer to re-submit free of charge.

Those who are Merchants can still add one more prompt as part of their tier benefit, provided we don't run out of slots too obscenely. I am willing to be more flexible with the number of slots this time around, considering the occasion.  If there are still enough slots after all that, Fighters can add the usual 1 prompt for 5 USD as well.

I am also considering making this an OC-only Prompt Poll. Our last winner was a fandom prompt (the much-desired HOTD one, that I still have to queue in the Workflow Central), and I have worked on a streak of fandom series recently. There's a bunch of OC stories queued in a row after Fertility Festival Of Hera, but still.

I haven't really made a decision yet, so feel free to persuade me in the comments below. Everything is up for change until I make the official Prompt Poll announcement post.

Last year, we had two Prompt Polls for a big end-of-year finale, but I can't do the same this time around. I'm way too packed with ongoing series, and there are still a few Prompt Poll winners to get through.

I'll actually talk a lot more about this a couple of topics below. So, let us continue!

EDIT: If you submitted fandom prompts in the last three Prompt Polls, don't worry, you won't be missing out on the free-of-charge re-submissions. You can keep the free slot and replace your prompt with whatever OC one you'd like. Of course, this is assuming I make it OC-only in the first place.

Santa Of Degeneracy

The yearly Santa of Degeneracy poll is a must! For those who don't know what this is, it's a poll where subscribers vote to make a currently-exclusive chapter publicly available on HF and AO3. A degenerate gift to the world, one might say.

...Though, the Black King Piece wins every time, so maybe I should change something or take two winners.

Incoming AMA

When I did that first AMA last year, I didn't really mean to make it a twice-a-year occasion, but it sort of ended up happening anyway.

Why not maintain tradition? Thus, we shall have an AMA later this month.

Commissions Reopen?

Alright, big topic here. I get poked relatively frequently about when I might reopen commissions, and it's about time I had an answer. I told myself (and the world) that I'd reopen after slaying at least a few of my ongoing Subscribestar series, but I haven't been quite as effective as I'd have liked to.

I write heavy word counts, there is a steady influx of new stories/series due to Prompt Polls, and I have had a slower-than-usual final stretch of 2025 due to repeated life inconveniences - this isn't to make excuses, but to be descriptive. I am happy with the quality of my work, but I hate delivering less volume than I wanted, whether there is a 'valid' reason for it or not.

I bring this up to say that I am considering a halt to Prompt Polls after this month's big #30. The steady influx of new stories/series affects how quickly I can get to progressing the ongoing ones, and I can't deny the snowball growing larger. Also, I don't think anyone likes reading the start of a new series they want more of, only to have to wait a significant time gap for the next chapters.

The very reason I came up with the Six Pool strategy was to address this problem, but it doesn't work quite as well as I'd hoped with new series constantly being born, and God knows I suck at one-shots. Plus, even if each next Prompt Poll winner turned out to be a one-shot, it's still a hefty workload.

Don't misunderstand any of this as complaint. I love going crazy in each story and I am always excited to write Prompt Poll winners - exhibits A & B: the word counts and the full use of Usurpman spice (whatever that even means). But, I don't think I should keep kicking this growing snowball down the road. I had hoped to outpace it by closing for commissions and going all-out, but that seems to require a too-ideal scenario of productivity to be realistic for me.

The conclusion I have reached is to maybe curb this snowball problem by halting Prompt Polls after this month. This is something I have thought about for a while, and I don't really want to do it, but another factor is influencing my decision here: I HATE being closed for sequel commissions.

I have several commissioned stories that are not one-shots and that I'd love to continue/conclude, and I HATE the idea of people commissioning part of a series from me and then not being able to commission the next chapters.

So, what I am considering is to halt Prompt Polls until the very large number of Subscribestar series has been significantly trimmed down, and reopening for sequel commissions in the near future. Sequels are easier/faster to write since the 'foundation' is already there. Plus, accepting only sequels is a filter of its own to prevent too much workload increase, and I'd still only open limited slots anyway.

As I said, I haven't come to a decision yet. However, one obvious question is: what happens to the Merchant Tier? And no more fun, gory polls?

If I do go ahead with this decision, it opens up a good moment for experimentation. An idea I've had in mind for a while now is a monthly 'Degeneracy Pit' (name pending) exclusive to Merchants where they suggest bonus content ideas for ongoing/concluded Subscribestar series, and then I take the ones I like and put them in a poll - no idea if it'd be for all tiers or just Fighter and above.

By 'bonus content ideas', I mean short-form side-story scenes that are not part of the official chapters themselves, but could be just as canon; or maybe even brief what-ifs. I don't think these 'prompts' need any specific rules other than being built for short scenes and being attached to ongoing/finished Subscribestar series.

Random examples of what 'bonus content ideas' could be:
  • A peek at Sona's research on total neuronal activation of Black males (The Black King Piece);
  • What does Carrie visiting Ross looks like over the years? (Something Is Seriously Wrong With Carrie);
  • Joshua's and Erika's wedding (Passing The Sin Along);
  • A peek at Azula & Zuko or Azula & Mai before the events of Azula Has Changed take place (Azula Has Changed);
  • A peek at Pyrrha's periodic collaborations with the FaunusBurpNetwork (The Pride Of Mistral Gets Blacked);
  • That one time Zoe accidentally took Ritalin and ascended (Blacked By A Toxic Futanari In America);
  • What if Laura's plan does not go so smoothly/Sophia spills the beans to Claudia? (Christmas With The Devil And The Beast);
  • What if Rebecca had successfully domesticated Deshaun? (Adding A BBC To The Family);
  • A peek at Melinda reminiscing over the therapeutic conclusion of former patients (Gaslighting Therapist);
  • A peek at the five freaks' first group gooning session to Rachel's dad/Rachel's first solo gooning session to her own dad (The Sisterhood Of The Green Cock).

These are just off-the-cuff examples to showcase what I mean by 'bonus content idea'. Some of these are what-ifs, others are more comedy than smut, some are canonical prequel/post-epilogue scenes, some are canonical side-stories. AND, they are all built for short-form content/peeks.

The general idea is small scenes suggested by Merchants and maybe decided by majority vote; or maybe I just pick the ones I like. As I said, I haven't really decided anything for sure yet. If someone suggests ideas that I do not want to write for whatever reason, I will simply refuse them - after all, some may already be planned to feature in the main chapters of the series in question, or maybe I am not willing to write a certain what-if or side-story. And, obviously, any idea too big for short-form writing is auto-rejected.

I think this could be an interesting concept, but I wonder if it's good enough to replace Prompt Polls for a while? What do you think? Since I haven't come to a decision either way yet, I remain open to suggestions/feedback.

Once I do, I'll have a clearer idea of when I might reopen for commissions.

Pending Ideas For December's #30 Prompt Poll

There were two other ideas I also had for a 'big Prompt Poll festival' this December, but I think it'd be irresponsible of me to follow through with them after talking so much about a snowball problem. I totally wanna mention them anyway.

Idea number one was a Prompt Poll with all the prompts *I* submitted throughout the year. I am sometimes asked which ones were mine, so that could be entertaining. Maybe I'll reveal them anyway after this month's Prompt Poll?

Idea number two was me hand-selecting a prompt that did not win in 2025, but I kinda liked and wanted to win. Evidently, I'd pick one that wasn't submitted by me. A variation of this idea was doing a Prompt Poll with a selection of these.

Both of these ideas mean adding to the snowball problem. Assuming I halt Prompt Polls after this month, I could sorta see it as a one-time big bang before the grand halt, but I don't know if it's a smart thing for me to do.

As I said many times in this newsletter, I haven't fully decided anything. Feel free to give me your thoughts.

___________________________________________________________________

With this, December's Newsletter is concluded. Thank you for reading my random ramblings. Let it be known that there should still be one more 'newsletter', as I intend to have an end-of-year letter this year as well (is that what I call it every year? I gotta check).

I've included memes about this page/my stories with every newsletter for over a year now. Should I take 'fan meme submissions' for the end-of-year letter this time around? I wonder if this is something people would like. Obviously, they'd have to be related to the page/my stories, not just random '2025 memes'. What do you think?

I now return to the shadows to wrap up Wally Pushes Hard - Chapter 3 and get that first Stacy draft out before I am murdered by waiting fans. I'll have Santa of Degeneracy up this week, the AMA right after, and then the official announcement for this month's Prompt Poll sometime later.

As always, thank you all for your continued support! I shall do my best this end of year!

November's Newsletter

Hello, everyone!

The year is getting a little too close to its end, oh God. There is so much I want to get done still, so I'd like to ask Mr. Time to slow things down.

Thanks, Mr. Time.

With time slowed down, let us now proceed through the newsletter, which has been released early in the month unlike certain OTHER newsletters.

A Memefied Summary of October

I made way too many memes. I'll put the rest in Discord.

Man, I Am PACKED With Series!

Did you know? Rumors exist that Usurpman - Mr. Usurpman, some call him - is incapable of writing one-shots.

Obviously, there is no credibility to these claims. Please spread the correct word to combat this dangerous misinformation.

On unrelated news, my next release is not going to be a one-shot again. Wow. Crazy.

*points gun* Ignore the evidence of your eyes and ears, fellow degenerate.

On a more serious note, I seem to truly suck at keeping prompt winners down to one-shots; both a good and a bad thing depending on perspective, I am sure. I always tell myself that I'll be careful and make sure the next one is a one-shot, but then go wild. I have come to accept that this is simply how I am built, but it does leave me packed with series to get through, and I do want to reopen for commissions eventually.

I am not really sure how to approach this problem. I have considered that maybe I should slow down on the Prompt Polls, but they've been a mainstay of this page since forever, and I like them as much as you guys - plus, I don't know what I'd do with the Merchant Tier. I guess we'll see what future me does.

Regardless, the next Prompt Poll occurs this December! As I mentioned in the Winner Announcement post, I have no idea if fandom, BBC, or any tags/themes will be restricted. That, too, depends on the whims of future me.

(also, even though it is the #30 Prompt Poll, I have nothing special planned. If anyone has great ideas, feel free to suggest them)

Random Usurpman Writing Notes #2 - Clarity Through Writing

Once upon a time, I did a small segment about the very random topic of how I thought corruption is best when it occurs non-linearly; I.E, asymmetrical peaks and valleys toward degeneracy, not too unlike a stock chart.

I called that segment 'Random Usurpman Writing Notes #1'. I had nothing else to put here and the newsletter felt too short to conclude, so let's have another.

Did you notice? I totally gaslit you. I have no idea what the name of the segment was, but I don't want to go back and check. How devious.

In any case, my random and brief ramble today is that it is very important to outline the general plot beats of your story before you begin writing it; AND it is extra important to have the general direction and ending of the story preset in your head so that you know where to take it, as everything you write must be in service of that; BUT, I don't think it is necessary to have every detail outlined right away.

Maybe this only applies to me, but I think a lot of things only take form after you start writing them out. An outline/theme/character may look/feel a certain way in your outline, but after your put them to paper, they take a clearer form. This is immensely helpful in guiding the outlining of the next details of the story; a foundation of sorts.

Something that happened very often to me back in the day was that I'd outline the whole story first, usually with great difficulty. Then, after I began actually writing it out, I'd greatly deviate from my own outline as the story took a clearer form, and essentially have to re-outline - in essence, most of the outline had been a big waste of time.

Thus, I suppose the conclusion of this ramble is: outline as much of your story as you can, but if it starts getting foggy/difficult to proceed, it's okay to start writing it out to see how things feel in practice. You can then adjust your outline and add to it from there. BUT, you MUST always have your general direction, major plot beats, and ending in mind, or you might wander aimlessly, which is an even worse waste of time.

Thank you for joining me in the Not-Random Usurpman Writing Notes #2. Yes, I am gaslighting you again. Okay, I'll stop.

With this, November's Newsletter is concluded! I must now return to the shadows, where smut is forged. Keep an eye out, as we'll have a degeneracy pit for Stacy's Got The Wheel - Chapter 5 very soon.

October's Newsletter

Hello, everyone!

This is the latest I've ever released a newsletter. My apologies for that. I was having a training montage in the shadows (but with writing).

September screwed me with life inconveniences, so I have a lot to catch up on. Thus, this shall be a short Newsletter as well.

Let us zoom through it.

A Memefied Summary of September

Prompt Poll Incoming

We will have a Prompt Poll this month.

I'll make the official announcement in the next few days, but know that this will probably be a free-for-all.

Part of me wonders if I should establish a rule to prevent repeated fandoms from winning. For instance, we already have a High School DxD story, so maybe no new High School DxD prompts? I am unsure. Let me know if you have thoughts on the matter.

Either way, keep an eye out for it!

...Also, if you may recall, the rules have been adapted to prevent revolts against my tyrannical dictatorship, so it'll only be 1 winner no matter what.

*Points gun*

September Vacuum

You may have noticed no stories posted in September. As I alluded to a couple of times in previous posts and at the start of this newsletter, I got screwed by life inconveniences in September. This made for a poor mix with the tons of writing I needed for the latest release of The Black King Piece. At the end of September, I made a post with a Google Doc link for all the people who subscribed only that month to still be able to access the story after their subscriptions expired in October.

I don't like long periods without posting stories because I don't want anyone thinking that I take their support for granted and am lazing it out, or that I disappeared (which is, unfortunately, all-too-common with content creators). At the same time, it feels weird to make 'I'm working' posts without having posted a story in a while. Maybe the best solution would be to have posted partial chapter releases along the way, but I refrain from doing so in case I want to go back and make small edits while still in the drafting phase.

For what it's worth, I did make update posts in the Discord channel. I try not to pollute this page too much with random posts, but maybe I'll be a little more active with 'update' posts that I can just delete soon after? Not sure.

In any case, I shall do my best to prevent this from happening in the future. I hope the length/quality of the chapters make up for it.

Also, for those that may worry: nothing serious happened in September. It really was just time-consuming life inconveniences.

_______________________________________________

And that's it!

That's right, I'm keeping it brief this time since it's a later-than-usual newsletter. I still have tons of writing to catch up on! I want to start getting out drafts of the next story ASAP, and start the next one too, and the next, and then the next, and then all the others!

Oh, but don't worry, I'm not talking about sacrificing quality to rush through the writing. I'm way too uncompromising about including all the crazy stuff I want in every story, which is how we end up with an 84k+ words chapter and 16 series. I am, in the end, myself.

I shall now merge with the shadows. Let's see what I can get out still this month.

As always, thank you all for your continued support! A smutty spooky month to all!

September's Newsletter

Hello, everyone!

We enter month 9 of the year known as 2025. With it, a new letter is born. Thus, I come to you all with a Newletter-

Oh, that's not it? Oh, it's a letter that has news? So, a Newsletter, not a Newletter? Oh, okay. That does make sense. Yes, I understand. Got it.

I've been on a great work rhythm/momentum recently. Allow me to maintain that by getting this month's Newsletter out early for once!

A Memefied Summary of August

I got carried away and made a bunch more memes, but it'd take too much space here, so I'll just put them in the Discord server.

Prompt Poll Next Month

Alright, fellas. Now that the memes are out of the way, let's get down to the serious stuff.

We're not having a Prompt Poll this month either, as I mentioned in a previous post. We're definitely having one this October, though. I am picking up momentum and clearing through the vast number of ongoing series, so I appreciate everyone's understanding (and we did have two winners in July).

Also, for those who may have missed it, I've already queued the two previous winners in the Workflow Central. I want to get to them quickly!

Outsourced Bitch Wins

As I've announced several times now, I've organized my large list of ongoing Exclusive Series into six to focus on, with the rest waiting in a reserve list for eventual promotion. I've nicknamed this list the 'Six Pool'.

You can learn more about it HERE.

The sixth slot of the Six Pool was still empty until a few days ago. For variety, I wanted to fill it with a Bleached series. So, I made a poll for those in the Fighter Tier and above to choose which one of our recent Bleached stories should take the slot: Outsourced Bitch or Momo Is Built For It.

Both got heavily voted, but Outsourced Bitch ultimately won with a 41-30 score.

I've already updated the Workflow Central to reflect this result. Fret not: As soon as Outsourced Bitch is concluded, Momo Is Built For It will get promoted to take its slot. I aim to get there quickly!

Character Popularity Poll Results!

I'm always curious about the results of Character Popularity Polls. We had some VERY dominant picks this time around, and some were more surprising than others.

Let us get into it.

Important note: There are likely to be spoilers for the series mentioned below. If you haven't read them yet and don't want to be spoiled, do not read my comments.

1: Momo (Momo Is Built For It)

Momo is a very popular waifu from the very popular shonen My Hero Academia. I have no doubt that this result was influenced by that, but I also like to think it had to do with her degenerate portrayal - for lack of a better term - in Momo Is Built For It.

I think there is something to watching a character behaving eccentrically with seriousness and intensity. Sometimes, these characters don't realize they are being odd; Other times, they know they are being odd but do not care or cannot help themselves; There are also times where their awareness goes back and forth. All of these scenarios can be entertaining in a variety of genres, from comedy to horror. The character's eccentricity clashes with the 'normal' world around them and creates disruption or tension.

In this story, Momo is definitely this eccentric character behaving seriously and intensely, except that she is interacting with a world that is also eccentric - and still, she disrupts it. Her primal fascination for White men and cocks is so intense that it shocks and impresses even those in a place where it is 'normal'.

So far, Adam's Heaven has not corrupted Momo by breaking her, but by unleashing her. If anything, she's the one doing all the breaking - this might be my story with the most CBT and male mindbreak thus far.

I'm happy that you guys enjoyed reading Momo losing herself in the villainous and lecherous Adam's Heaven. I look forward to writing the next chapter!

2: Zoe (Blacked By A Toxic Futanari In America)

I actually don't know if I am surprised or not to see Zoe getting so many votes. I could easily see her at a top spot. At the same time, it's impressive just how voted she got.

Zoe is a very fun bull character. Though her impulsiveness is humorous, she is also ruthless in using women for hedonistic recreation - both by turning a cute, innocent girl like Orihime into a bimbo for her black cock as well by fucking her silly for hours.

She is pathologically laid-back, impulsive, and hostage to her primal urge for vice, but she is also highly emotionally intelligent and physically attractive (and tall and absurdly hung). When these traits are mixed with absolute shamelessness, we get Zoe: a sex beast fuckgirl who is unrepentant about manipulating, cucking, and corrupting - all while still being likeable and 'goofy'. Her unabashed selfishness does not detract from her seductiveness; It adds to it, creating the toxic aura that captivates those around her.

I look forward to Rukia meeting her.

3: Kushina (Secret Bond)

It doesn't surprise me to see Kushina on this list. Everyone loves the main mommy in Naruto, and I'm happy that fellow degenerates liked her in Secret Bond. As for why, it's not hard to figure out.

Who doesn't like a stacked MILF obsessed with being bred by big black cocks?

Kushina is BRUTALLY broken at the very start of the story by a very strenuous, very harsh, very long gangbang. Hinata goes through something similar years later. That experience awoke them to a primal desire that cannot be forgotten or ignored, and they are the only ones who recognize that in each other; AND, Kushina is the only who understands Hinata's desperation to satisfy the birth-giving craving frustrated long ago.

Thus, the Secret Bond. I look forward to writing more of it.

4: Mirko (Moko Is Built For It)

Okay, well, I DO think the character's innate popularity from MHA did some heavy lifting on this one. Mirko does not appear for very long in the two current chapters of Momo Is Built For It, but she does play a pivotal role.

Her status as the No. 5 hero validates Momo's fantasies and ego; And, her being put into penitence leads Momo to find Adam's Heaven. Moreover, it's just hot seeing a powerful muscle mommy desperately debasing herself to satisfy superior males.

We shall see Mirko in the next chapter, doing her best in penitence. Anything for Adam.

5: Tie between Miko/Diana/Hippolyta (Outsourced Bitch/Fertility Festival Of Hera)

I easily saw Diana or Hippolyta being here. They're both mega tall roided-out muscle mommies with gigantic futa cocks who fuck like beasts and inflate sluts with liters of cum. Of course, Hippolyta is even more 'mega tall' and 'roided out', and also much more ruthless in sex - and has an even bigger monster futa cock. The sexual spectacle she gives at the beginning of the festival is so brutal that it intimidates and arouses all the women watching. They are afraid to be fucked that rough; And they need it, so they want to make it to the end only to be destroyed by the Amazonian cock that they are afraid of.

Diana has quite the challenge ahead of her if she intends to beat her mother by the end of the fertility festival. Though she is more powerful than any other Amazon by a long shot, she seems to have a self-control problem once the action get good, hard, and rough - Lois learned that very well. I wonder how that'll go?

The last character in this tie is Miko, and I am actually a little surprised to see her. Outsourced Bitch was very well received, but I would have bet on Izumi appearing here instead, not just because of her 'superior' proportions but also the chapters' focus on her gradually slutting out to the man she is repulsed by - particularly when she is supposed to be a proud lesbian.

Miko is very fun to write, and I did rate her as one of my favorites in the Character Popularity Poll post. I wonder if most of this result had to do with her moaning under Izumi's stacked body during hardcore lesbian sex; Or the way she acts and the things she says with a girly, wholesome smile; Or with her manipulatively serving up Izumi to the massive, fuckboyish Noah.

Alright! These were the main results I had to talk about. These polls are just for entertainment, so don't assume they affect my vision for the stories in any way! All I ever promise is Usurpman weirdness.

Here, have one more meme I cooked up on a whim.

Updating Images Throughout The Page

I was waiting for the Character Popularity Poll results before updating the images around the page since I use the most voted characters as reference. To be clear, please note that I only use OC characters for page images. I'd rather not associate anything to already existent characters/fandoms.

I think I might run a couple of polls to choose which images go where on the page. I'll likely reuse them from already-released chapters. We'll see. I'll get to that once I find a break from writing and revising.

______________________________________________

With this, September's Newsletter is concluded!

As I've mentioned a couple of times in the past few days, my rhythm has been great recently. Chapter 5 of The Black King Piece is getting very deep into writing. I hope to have drafts soon. I want to see quick progress in the Six Pool.

I now return to the shadows to continue writing. As always, thank you all for your continued support!
