Missy 0.7.1 Public Release


Today marks the public launch of Missy 0.7! You can download it here.
Supporters should note that there have been a few small changes since the exclusive release, so you may wish to download 0.7.1 too.
The changes from the supporter release are:
- You can now be punished by Malia on all routes. Go to her after completing Avenging Angel and confess that you sent the text to do this.- The Dream Sequence now works again even if you've completed Avenging Angel
- A number of Bugfixes.
The changes in 0.7 are:
Major Changes
- Chapter 5 "The Reign of Jess Part 2" continues the main quest line.
- The city of Fivaviana provides the setting for much of Chapter 5 and has many new locations to explore.
- Added the fourth nude photography scene with Miss Paris.
- Strip-wrestling combat has been rebalanced, and a new opponent, Raquel, joins The Pussy Pit, complete with win and loss scenes.
- The new Narrative Mode allows you to skip all fights entirely. It can be activated at the start of the game, when you update or from Missy's room.
Minor Changes
- Added bad girl cred score to the wall in Missy's room.
- Replaced the spanking sound with something more realistic.
- Emma can now be the biology subject if she was caught distracting Miss Paris during the group shower.
- Timeskip updated to allow player to skip Avenging Angel.
- Prevented the player being late to school to avoid the nude apology in Avenging Angel.
- Miss Paris now acknowledges if Missy was wearing red underwear during the moment of madness in Avenging Angel and the game no longer awards the bonus for remaining undetected.
- Reworked the stockade scene for Missy when she is defeated by Nissa.
- And bugfixes. Many many bugfixes.

Missy 0.6.7 Aftermath mini-update Public Release


Hello, everyone!
Today marks the public release of Missy 0.6-Aftermath, the mini-update! You can get it now from my itch.io.
Supporters, you should be fine to skip this one, the only things that have changed since you got it are that the lever in Missy's house is gone and there are some under-the-hood code changes to the dream sequence. Otherwise this is the same thing you got a couple of weeks ago.
While it's downloading, feel free to check out what's new:
Major Changes
- Missy can now be a bad girl, and has a tracker for her "bad girl cred" which determines the level of respect your fellow bad girls have for you.
- A new third break event "Reprisals" shows the fate of some of those who picked the losing side in Avenging Angel.
- There are now many new indignities for Slave Missy to suffer.
- In the tenth history lesson, the girls learn all about environmentalism.
- Reworked Chantelle's encounter in the park with more options after completion of Avenging Angel.
- Reworked Britney's event when you're late to school and added a new scene with slave Missy.
- Added new content to the bullies event allowing you to join them in picking on Mary, plus various consequences for doing so.
- Added new options and dialogue to all repeatable schoolday events that involve the bad or popular girls to reflect the changing situation in the school, and many options for Bad Girl Missy.
Minor Changes
- Various reworks of older code to streamline development.
- Discarding items during fetch quests will now cause a small loss of Missy relationship.
- Missy now gains badass status for defeating the bullies regardless of whether she asks Mary for a reward.
- Greatly increased the chances of Rip Bra and Rip Panties succeeding, though more work on this will be done.
Bugfixes
- Efficiency changes to the schoolyard appear to have fixed the lag problem. Please report any issues.
- Fixed a bug which could cause Chapter 4 to begin while part 1 of Poppy's story was still active
- Overhauled the code behind the prefect scenes, hopefully fixing the North Corridor lag bug at the same time.
- Removed a few stragglers from the yard if Missy is late to school
- Optimised North Corridor for smoother mouse control
- Being late to school now unlocks in the gallery correctly.
- Fixed a bug in which Missy temporarily becomes naked when she's Poppy's maid during the Bad Girls meeting.
- Fixed a bug in which exactly two winners and two losers in poker would result in two sets of forfeits. (Sorry.)
- Fixed a bug which unlocked the wrong things in Mary's gallery entry and streamlined the Bullies event.
- Fixed a bug caused by Lola's quest preventing Sophia from appearing in Queen of the Ring
- Re-coded part of the Dream sequence to ensure it works even after the player has played Avenging Angel.
Notes
- You may notice that if Missy is a bad girl, she does not have her ribbons in older scenes. Adding these is a fiddly and time-consuming job, which adds little to the user experience, so they will be added over time as scenes are modernised.
- There is a known bug in which a second Abbie can exist in her house when you ask her out on the date. This will be fixed soon. Just ignore her for now.

Missy 0.6.1 Public Release

Missy 0.6 brings you better graphics, better quality-of-life and masses of new content. Here's what you'll find in this release:
Major Changes
- A new quest "Avenging Angel" continues Poppy's story.  It requires Chapter 4 and part 1 of Poppy's story to be complete, and also will not start while Queen of the Ring is active.  The events of the story take place before Chapter 4, so Jessica will react to Missy as though none of Chapter 4 has happened yet.
- The strip poker minigame is now implemented. Lisa will invite you to her home at the end of the next school day.
- A new first period event: Locker Inspection.
- A new third period event: Group Shower.
- A new fourth period event: Texting in class.
- A new first period minor event: Stupid question.
- A new second period minor event: Panty Flash
- In the ninth history lesson, the girls learn about the rise of AI.
Minor Changes
- Face sets added for Melanie and new girl Angel
- Important buildings are now marked to make them easier to find.
- Schoolday events will now not repeat until all over events for that slot have been seen since.
- Extended Miss Paris's introductory speech on Day 1 for new players.
- Added various lines of dialogue to handle odd or unusual situations.
- Added entries for Becky, Poppy, Sapphory City, Lady Flower Estate and Saint Alancia's to Missypedia.
- Labelled all events in the gallery to make them easier to find
- Graphical improvements to rendered scenes using new lighting techniques. Some older images have been brought up to these new standards, but the process is ongoing.
- Bugfixes for days.
For supporters, it's worth updating to 0.6.1 for you too as this build fixes a few little bugs, but also has a change to the Strip Poker minigame which makes seeing the double forfeits easier.

A Christmas Karen - Public release

Today marks the public release of the 2022 Christmas special A Christmas Karen.  Join everyone's favourite drunken monster as she tries to have a quiet (and intoxicated) time, in spite of Missy and Stacey's efforts!
Much like Christmas Eva, this is a short holiday special in which you will take control of a different character, in this case Karen, and complete a short story as her.  It's about the same size and should take about the same length of time.  I've worked hard on it, so I hope you enjoy it!
The game's been playtested and has been out for supporters since last week, but if you find any problems, please report them here or on Discord.
Enjoy the game, and a very merry Christmas and Happy Nee Year to all.  The next public post will be on January 4th.

Missy 0.5 Public Release


Missy 0.5 is today released to the public.  You can download it from my itch.io page.
While it's downloading, let's take a look at what's new.
- Entire game upgraded to RPG Maker MZ with new sprites, faces and re-sized, and in many cases reworked 3D art assets.
- The Timeskip Utility allows you to skip any parts of the game you don't wish to replay, since saves cannot be imported.  You also shouldn't use saves from the beta, as these may contain bugs.  Start a new game and use this instead.  You'll find her in Missy's room.
- Chapter 4: The Reign of Jess (Part 1) is implemented.
- Stacey's third hogtied scene is implemented.
- New scene for Poppy. To get it, you'll have to keep her happy by worshipping her at the summer house each day until she's satisfied.  Players on the domme path, or who left Poppy can view it in the gallery.
- Missypedia is implemented, with the first several entries to find.  (This was in the beta version.)
- The gallery is completely reworked, making things easier to find.
- The 8th history lesson is added.  (This was in the beta version.)
- Many punishment scenes upgraded from static to semi-animated, with more to follow later.
- Vast numbers of code upgrades, bug fixes and quality-of-life improvements.
- Additional bugfixes since supporter launch.
This update has been extensively tested by the biggest team I've put together so far, but as always, if you find bugs, errors or even typos, please let me know and I'll fix them.
I hope you enjoy 0.5, and in particular The Reign of Jess, as it's a quest I've been looking forward to making for a very long time.  It came out better than I hoped, and I of course welcome all questions and comments.  An artist loves to know their work is appreciated.

Missy MZ Beta Testing Round 3

Hello, everyone.  This week's public update is a very exciting one!  Over the weekend, my supporters have been the first to enjoy Missy MZ, with beta testing rounds one and two.  Today, it opens up to the wider public.

(Supporters, you've read this bit already, if you'd like to see the changelog, skip to the end.)

I should mention for the avoidance of doubt that this is not 0.5 and there's no Chapter 4 or new events.  There is however, a small amount of new content, in the form of the stuff I've already implemented.  The first few entries in Missypedia are there, along with a few new renders and some extra dialogue.  The 8th history lesson is also added.  I think it's the funniest one yet.  So it's not that there's nothing at all new to see.

A few things to note, firstly, not everything is completely finished, so I just want to quickly run through some of the things that you'll see that aren't right.

The gallery is closed.  This is the last thing in the deployment order, probably just before the release of 0.5.  It's getting a bit of a makeover, and so is simply locked for now.
Face sets - many of these have not been  re-done yet, so what you'll see in the game is just re-sized versions of the older low-res ones.  They're on the to-do pile.
Sprites - The only ones that still need reworking are the dancers, so these will still be VX Ace size, which will make them look a bit ridiculous.  I need to recreate their animations from scratch.  Several of the custom map parts (things like laptops, beanbags, etc) have been resized, but not updated, so will look a bit bad.  Again, this is on the to-finish list.
Images - are all there, but in my rush to finish, some of the re-renders don't have the cleanup that their predecessors did.  You may notice hair clipping through bodies or hands not touching things.  Please wait until the next build to start reporting these, as I'm aware of many, and they'll be redone between now and then.
The timeskip utility is not implemented yet.  What would be the point of that when the whole idea is for you to test the game?

So what should you be on the lookout for?

Crashes - the game freezes or stops working.  My guess is you'll recognise this easily enough.
Errors - Everything from a quest not advancing properly to a character being in the wrong place at the wrong time, saying the wrong thing or anything else that is the game not working properly or breaking.
Lag - The MZ pathfinding algorithm works slightly differently, and can cause lag.  The instances I've found have been sorted, but I have quite a powerful computer, so that might be compensating in some cases.  Please let me know if your game slows down significantly.
General weirdness - Characters walking through walls, being invisible or passable, or just not behaving as they're supposed to.  Anything that looks like something you'd see in Skyrim really.

General playtesting good practice

I need to be able to replicate the bug, so the more information you can give me about it the better.  What was happening, what exactly went wrong and any other relevant information.  Screen grabs help immensely.

If you're on the Mac version, please say so as I'll otherwise assume the Windows version.  It's worth noting that I don't have a Mac so haven't tested this version at all.

Remember to save often and in different slots, especially if you're hoping to keep your saves when 0.5 is released (which I'd not advise, by the way.)  Some of the things that can break will ruin a playthrough, if switches or variables that are supposed to change don't do so or quest lines mess up.

Anyway, with all that out of the way, I do hope you all enjoy your first taste of Missy MZ!  I've worked insanely hard on it these last 4 months and just to be uploading a build of it, even if not completely finished feels like an achievement!  So settle in for more Missy and rediscover your love of the Sapphorian Siren and her improbably humiliating life!

Changelog since build 2:

Gamebreaking bug fixed in Queen of the Ring in which talking to Nissa at the wrong time broke the school day.
Gamebreaking bug fixed in Chapter 3 that could case a freeze on the overlook.
Gamebreaking bug fixed in Chapter 2 which could cause Rosaleigh to not appear on subsequent attempts at the quest if it the player had failed at a certain point.
Removed access to Emily's bathroom to prevent player getting stuck.
Turned off a setting that grouped digits in the thousands.
A few tweaks have been made to the Bad Girl's Bitch Dream Sequence setup.  Please let me know if it doesn't start as it should.
Fixed a bug in the prefect lounge that was causing it to stick on the picture of Missy getting undressed.
Fixed a bug which made the photography scene playable even if Missy has incorrect/no underwear on.
Resized Stacey's tutorial fight sprite so that the grappled status effect icon can now be seen.
Tweaked several fights for difficulty spikes caused by the changes in the MZ combat algorithm.
Fixed a bug that was causing major lag in the slaver base.
Samira's faceset added, dialogue changed for emotional states
Sophia's faceset reworked
Trainer's faceset reworked
Dr Kuntz's faceset reworked
Renée's faceset reworked.
Hid a debug babe that was visible.

Still to be done:
A number of image errors are known about and have yet to be re-rendered.
