Upside-down Picasso
I got into Drawing on the Right Side of the Brain, and one of the earlier activities in that piece was to copy this Picasso image upside-down in order to understand that art is about lines and not about symbols. It's an interesting concept, but sadly the book is more about observational art than it is about creative art.

BDC Sketch
In this sketch, I give the first attempt at doing boes, and then I decide to re-draw the main characters of a really old comic I made 15 years ago, when I first tried to get into art. It was called "Badly Drawn Comix," and it was about a lazy king who was in charge of a kingdom where the best artist would be crowned king, and so he had to train his skills.
I certainly bit off more than I could chew back then. Now, I'm working on my fundamentals.
