I've got one more story to finish up for September, but it's my Super Hot one, so it should be done pretty quickly since I've already got a lot of it finished.

With that, I can say commissions are open again. I already know there are a few of you in line for those spots. So, be sure to reach out to me if I haven't been in contact in a while. For those that may be new, I have a terrible memory and try to write everything down... which works pretty well... if I remember to write it down...

There's a few presumptive spots already taken, or in talks, such as the continuation of this Alleria story, a possible new story, and some other sequels. We'll see what happens.

I think that covers most of what I had to say. I finally finished Tears of the Kingdom the other day, which was nice. Did I do everything? Nope. But I did enough so that I was content after 200+ hours of ADHD exploration. =X

I like how I can work my ass off before a deadline, but as soon as it's passed I'm like, "Uggghhhhhhh, this is soooooo difficult.... why am I like this? Blaaaaaah" Maybe it's like, "Well, I failed. Time to drag this out forever now!"? I dunno. It's a definite area for improvement, though.

Either way, I'm obviously still behind. (Haha, what's new, right?) I'm on my way to finally catching up, though. My current plan is to work on a new, original fanfic piece for Super Hot, which I'm sure is a weird choice to many of you, but I feel like it needs to be made.

That's going to happen after I take care of a WoW commission first, which should be fun if you're into Fall of Darnassus. It's not in the same timeline, but I think it has the same tone so far. There's nothing too weird planned (for the first chapter), but it's going to be rough. So, if you're into that you're in for a treat!

Otherwise, commissions will either open back up the last week of the month, or I might just wait until October. I haven't decided yet. It mostly just depends on how quickly I knock out these two stories, though. We'll see.

Updates: So, this is a random story that popped into my head cause I was sure it was already written by someone else. I went looking--for research purposes--and it turns out, yeah, there are a few iterations of this out there, but none of them were as rough and detailed as I wanted them to be. I think there was ONE story that captured the horror of it all, but wasn't what I was looking for.

There was a lack of smut for this scenario and I took it personally. So, this wasn't even in the queue. It's just a bonus. Which, that means I'm probably going to be a bit late on the stories that ARE in the queue... cause I'm pretty sure I can't do 14k words in a day... and edit them. I mean, maybe I could? Seems unlikely, though... Maybe one of them in a day, sure. But both? Although, I kinda wanna try now... What's the worst that happens if I try? I get partially done? Haha

Other than that, there's a hurricane that passed by today. That was fun. Lots of rain and such. I'm fine. Otherwise, I can't really complain.

Proper Spear Maintenance - Chapter 2 [Horizon: Zero Dawn] Aloy is stuck in place by a machine, naked with a tendril filling her rear. Help is supposedly on the way, but the only thing to arrive is an old friend and further embarrassment. So, I'm making a post before I forget! I might even hit the "publish" button this time! (...even though this post is close to 12 hours late here...)

There's still two more stories to finish out for August, which I hope to have done sooner than later, but the last story might bleed into September a little bit. As always, I'll send a placeholder link out if I foresee that happening.

I anticipate only being able to take on 2 commissions for September, which really isn't that much different than usual, I guess. I dunno. We'll see how things go.

...I don't think I have anything else to add for now, but I'm sure I'll remember it after I publish this update. But, I mean, it is MY SubscribeStar, so if it's that important I could always just make another post... =P

Female Ganondorf x Femboy Zelda and Link

So, now I'm caught up with that content. Just to recap--since it feels like it's been forever--June was a pause month, July SHOULD have been a pause month as well, which is why August is on pause so I can get all that caught up and make things even again.

With that in mind, commissions are open, but I already have two in the queue, with a third in tentative status. So, there's a limited availability since I don't want to risk taking on too much at once.

But, if you have a commission to pitch, then please go ahead and do so. It might be a while before I get to it, but having a placeholder spot is easier than waiting until my availability is wide open. And, placeholder spots are free. I don't start writing until I get paid, so you don't have to pay until I start writing if you're worried about me taking forever. =P And, I think I can kind of finally express what my idea is for the subscription-based models (Subscribestar and Patreon) going forward. I enjoy writing. It's fun. I've been doing it in some way, shape, or form for more than half my life at this point, which is weird to think about... However, I'm an artistic type that's prone to burning out if I do the same thing for too long. I'd like to think I'm 'okay' at drawing. So, I kinda wanna give that a whirl...

Am I going to give up writing in lieu of drawing? Oh, fuck no. I'm wise enough to realize the difference in my abilities with visual art vs purely imaginative art is vast. It's an avenue that I'm really interested in testing out, though.

Will I take art commissions? Eh, hard to say. At this point and time, no. I'm not comfortable with that idea. We'll see how it goes, though. I'm not even sure drawing is something I'll enjoy doing in the long term. I'm just interested in adding something else to my skillset.

Soooo, what the fuck does this mean? I'll probably start sharing sketches here from time to time to get feedback / give everyone a bit of an extra bit of content from time to time.

What style are you going with? What kind of content? Probably just pin-ups to start with. Maybe work in some variations when I feel comfy with that. The content will vary, but it'll mostly be fanart pieces, maybe of some selected scenes from my stories?

When can we expect this to start? I have no fucking clue. It's just an idea right now. I have a few scenes kind of floating in my head that I think would make good pics. I might do a poll for the scenes and see what I should do first... Again, no promises. This is mostly just me testing the waters.

In other news: The future of Patreon~ I've yet to verify my identity with Patreon because I don't trust them. I haven't run into any problems with being paid yet. They've said they're working on alternative methods for verification, but I haven't heard a damned thing about it. I'm holding out to see what they're doing. In the end, though, I might be abandoning Patreon as a platform. It's weird that I even have to verify my identity because they send my money to a Paypal account, which in order to open a Paypal account, requires the individual to be over 18 and have a bank account... sooo...? Like, whyyyyy is this extra level of BS being thrown at content creators...?

I have an account set up on SubscribeStar already (omg, that's here!), although I've yet to really put all that much effort into it (until now...). I probably should, though, considering who knows what's going to happen on Patreon. Anyway, I'll keep everyone posted as things progress. I might end up being exclusively posting here.
