Well hello there! Thank you kind stranger, for either purposefully or even accidentally stumbling upon our SubscribeStar page! We are Stray Dream Games, a collective group of game devs and artists that previously all worked together. We came together to make our own game studio, and are funded by our generous supporters via this very page! Our mission statement is to produce some of the highest quality adult games out on the market. Here you'll find a number of Behind the Scenes previews, in-depth posts from Devs on progress, and exceptional customer feedback!

What is Stray Dream Games currently working on?

"Dark Dimensions: A Spiritual Successor" is a parody game depicting the world of Danny Phantom as explored through the lens of an 18+ adventure.

'After saving the world from hostile spirits time and time again as a half-ghost superhero, Danny Fenton’s life has settled down into a semi-normal routine… until an alternate dimension's tyrannical ruler sets their sights on Danny's world! Now our hero becomes drawn into a battle to save not only his own friends and family, but an already conquered world's remaining human survivors and resistance members! Can Danny Phantom free the “Dark-Verse" and stop the coming invasion of alternate reality ghosts before it’s too late?’

Navigate between your original town and the ‘Dark-Verse’ as you meet classic characters from the show, and their alternate dimension selves! Friend becomes foe! Villains become heroes! Enjoy dozens of high-quality lewd scenes featuring fan favorites, both human and ghost! A returning cast of characters and brand-new faces, never been lewded before! Rich storylines and character interactions inspired by the classic TV show!'

What does Stray Dream Games have planned down the road?

"Monster Manor" is an original 18+ breeding-farm simulator game involving medieval and fantastical creatures and characters.

’After defeating the terrible Dark Lord and his army, a troubled hero who brought peace to the lands expects to be granted a castle, fortunes, maybe even a princess to marry for all his troubles... ...instead, the poor hero is bequeathed an ailing monster breeding ranch with the help of a lonely, widowed vampire! Can the player turn this troubled farm into a booming success and find peace at last in the tranquil country life? Or will they succumb to the growing debts and growing concerns of the locals, ever skeptical of the monster practices?’

1.) -A host of monster characters, each with unique personalities and designs for the player to meet and romance! -Rich artwork and high quality, animated lewd scenes!

2.) -An immersive storyline about one person finding peace after war… and hot monsters!

3.) -Relaxing, fun, Sandbox VN gameplay with mild mini-game elements!

I think I wanted to just make this move on my own, as I'm the main social media guy and poster for all the stuff you guys see. And I'm realizing that I'm sorta bad at it.

So again, any complaints on either the state of the game, or the state of the posts that get put out, whether frequently or non frequently, that's really on me. And for that I apologize.

What I wanna get to talking about right now is this whole Unifans situation. It's really an issue of "Do we currently need this thing right now?" and "Is it something that ultimately might just hinder our development?" What am I talking about exactly? Let me just say that more or less, anytime that I've got to post something like say, this, I've got to also post on the other according places. That requires some reformatting, some annoying copy and pasting, figuring different tag/caterogy systems, etc. Don't even get me started on Itch.io's terrible web formatting for general posts, there's a reason that place doesn't see update news.

So in general, when I've gotta make a post on something, it just feels like it's extra work, and I might even forget it anyway, and ignore the areas that are important. The important stuff being here on SubStar, partnered with Kofi's ability to be less credit card difficult for certain members, within the special supporter channels on Discord.

So it's just an annoying sorta thing I'd rather not deal with. So we're gonna remove the page from public view, HOWEVER. I do need some help first. I need like a volunteer of like 1 or two people who are willing to switch over to Unifans in the mean time, for like a month or so, so that we can generate enough funds to actually withdraw the funds we've accumulated. I need about $30 on that site for it be worth withdrawing.

If you're interesting in doing so, DM me directly on Discord, and we'll hash out the details.

But yeah, just expect updates on this page and in the Discord channels if you subscribe to here or on Kofi.

Delay announcement

Hey guys, we just wanted to let you guys know we're unfortunately going to have to delay the latest release.

Between people juggling the holiday season already slowing down the work, (which was to be expected), one of our staff members has been dealing with a medical emergency for a close family member.

Given we are a small team, this has pretty much made hitting the release date impossible.

We can't apologize enough, but we hope the updates when we arrive will make up for the delay now. To avoid risking raising and dashing hopes again like this, we're no longer publicly going to announce release dates until we're sure we're ready.

More posts are to come soon. Once again, we're disappointed we haven't managed to get this out in time, and will be getting it out to you all as soon as possible.
