Heyo, subscriberland. We're leaving this as a public post as we want to let you all know that we're going to be ending our substar campaign. The last 3 years have been a wild ride, but we no longer have the time and energy to write consistently, and we do not feel comfortable continuing to take payments when we can't guarantee when we will have new stories finished.

We will have one more story posted to the $3 tier before the end of the month (we're busting ass to finish it), and on January 1st we will be putting this into a semi-permanent vacation mode. We don't want to delete it so our existing subscribers have time to get the last couple stories, and so that if things change (like if we lose our job) we can reopen it easily, but we don't anticipate that happening.

Thank you to everyone who has supported us over the years. Your support helped us through some tough times.

This will not mean the end of our writing. We will continue to work on Year of the Phoenix, just at a slower rate, and without the stress of trying to push stories out monthly. We will not stop until our story is told. This is simply a new chapter in our lives.
