It’s been quite a while so it’s time to share some news with you all.
Let’s start with the dev status of Dreamland Wanderer. I was able free myself from work for two days this week after more than 10 days with almost no free time. Let’s be honest for a minute here; IT WAS AWESOME! The feeling to see my characters interacting along the renders, to find back the music, to plunge once more into the story... It’s crazy how prompt we are to forget the small simple things that make us happy…
Thanks to that, I finished another event. That means there's only one left to work on before release \o/. Don’t get overhyped tho, work will keep me kinda busy for the upcoming weeks so Chapter 4 won't release in just a couple of days.
I also took advantage of this time to create the render attached. Have you ever wondered how life could have been if things were different? Well, I do (and not because I regret something specifically, I just love to imagine things before falling asleep…) and sometimes I also do that for my story. Who knows what would have happened if the “Real” world had remained the same as the one we live in? Maybe our girls could have become high school friends, create some club and live more “standard” adventures… At least, that’s how I picture it. I hope you like it.

PS: Special thanks to those who’re asking about how they can support the game, all pledges are currently frozen for both supporters and newcomers but don’t worry about that. Knowing that you’re enjoying my story is more than I could have dreamed of when I started my journey.
It’s been quite some time and I’m sorry for that. I’ve been pretty busy in my IRL job (which isn’t a bad thing, it just means less time to work on DW).
Regardless, the game dev is still in progress and I continue my work on the renders. My latest estimation is that I have around 100 renders plus the 15 animations left to complete before letting you all play the Chapter 4.
Speaking of renders, I’ve attached to this post a pic I love way too much because I think it reflects the nostalgia that you could feel when you remember your late afternoons playing video games at a friend’s place during summer. I hope you’ll like it!
It’s been quite a while, and I think it’s time for a new Dev Status regarding Dreamland Wanderer chapter 4. As a bunch of you already know, I’ve started working as a freelance for a couple of weeks, which is something totally new for me. I’m discovering a new world of freedom and I’m still in the process of adjusting my habits to share my time between my main mission and developing DW. I must admit that it’s quite erratic so far but I’m still happy with the result, both on my work quality and my mood.
As you may have noticed, I froze all Patreon and SuscribeStar payments as I won’t be ready to release in the next few weeks. I’ll reopen these as soon as Chapter 4 will be out!
To be more specific about what’s currently on the table:

I know that you may feel disappointed that it takes so long and I apology for that. I’m still doing all this for fun but I’ll do my best to shorten the delay as much as possible so you’ll find back our favorite team!
Happy new year! This is it, 2022’s end is near and it’s time to move on. Of course, the 1st is just a day like the others. Still, it’s also the opportunity to celebrate both your success and your failures!
I’ll keep it short for tonight and I’ll start with a dev status regarding Dreamland Wanderer Chapter 4. I wasn’t able to do much during the past two weeks as I spent my time to rest and enjoy friends and family. Still, I’ll get back to business on Monday for the renders rush. I still have a lot to do before being able to release so, if I can’t manage to finish before the end of January, I’ll freeze Patreon and SuscribeStar payments (all current supporters won’t get charged until Chapter 4 goes out while keeping their benefits, starting at the end of next month). I’ll keep you updated along the way as usual!
Back to 2022 and 2023 switch now! 2022 was a very special year for me as a lot happened: my first child was born, my hobbies took a big turn and I decided to change my career. Of course, not everything was on the bright side but that’s how you can grow and also what makes you appreciate the little things in life.
I wish you the best for 2023, enjoy what life brings you and become the best you’ve ever been!
Now that we passed the “one-year” mark of Dreamland Wanderer, let’s go back to one more traditional dev status.
I just finished writing the whole chapter 4 (remember that this one won’t be divided in two parts) and, once again, I got carried away. My initial plan was to make something closer to 5 events. I ended up making no less than 8 events for approximately 10K words, 500 renders and around 15 new animations! Speaking of renders, I started working on that part no later than yesterday.
No surprises, that version won’t be released before the beginning of next year as it still need a lot of work and, if there is one chapter that I don’t want to rush, it’s this one!
Of course, I’ll let you know my progress with the rendering process along the way!

Chapter 4 – Dev status and 1st anniversary incoming!
My dear Dreamers,
It’s time for a quick Dev Status! I’ll keep it short to prevent spoilers.
As of today, I’m working on two subjects at the same time:
- The Chapter 4
- The celebration of the first anniversary of Dreamland Wanderer
So far, everything is fine, anniversary surprise should be revealed in one or two weeks from now and Chapter 4 progress isn’t as advanced as I want it to be (as usual…) but it’s still going forward!
Aside from this, thanks to my supporters for their votes in the last poll. The subject of this one was to decide which universe will be the center of the next “Time for Myself” event (Chapter 5) and the winner is… Genshin Impact! I guess you pervs are enjoying what’s released so far and want to see more (with a new cast of course). Fine to me, your desires shall be granted!
One last word about my current IRL professional status. I’ve written about that in a previous post but it’s now official, I’ll work as a freelance by the middle of January 2023. That’ll allow me to reserve one working day dedicated to DW! You can’t even imagine how happy I am about it finally happening…
