Cum Slave Interaction Overhaul
Non-Married Cum Slave Story
A dedicated story arc has been added for cum slaves who are not married. Previously, single cum slaves had no story progression. They now have a full sequence, including a forced marriage ritual scene that binds them to their master outside of conventional ceremony.
Breeding Stock Option — Fixed for Single Cum Slaves
The breeding stock option previously failed silently when the target cum slave had no husband. This is now fixed — the option works correctly regardless of the slave's marital status.
Interaction Visibility — Reworked
The is_shown condition has been simplified. The interaction now displays correctly based solely on the cum slave relation, removing the previous spouse/courtier exclusion logic that caused it to disappear in valid scenarios.
1-Month Cooldown Added
A 1-month cooldown against the recipient has been added to the cum slave interaction.
Marry Option — Spouse Slot Check
The marriage option now verifies that the actor has an available spouse slot before displaying. It no longer appears when the actor is already at capacity.
Feminization Overhaul
Alliance Restoration
After MTF transformation, both the feminized character and her former ally now automatically attempt to re-establish their alliance. The social bond persists through the transition.
Truce — Dazzled by Feminization
The Dazzled by Feminization truce is now granted to both parties.
Progressive Beauty
Fembois now become progressively more attractive with each milestone. Beauty scales with transformation progress.
Blonde on Full Transition
When a femboi fully transitions into a female via the Tincture of Genesis, she becomes blonde. This is listed as a side effect of the elixir in her modifier description.
Breast Growth by Milestone
On the first femboi milestone, the character gains the smallest available breast size. Each subsequent milestone increases breast size. Growth is tied directly to milestone progression.
Religion Overhaul
Tantric Sex Added
Tantric sex has been added to the BNWO faith. It carries a cooldown of 1–2 years to prevent repeated use.
Convert Own Religion — Fixed
Converting your own religion into a BNWO-aligned faith now correctly applies all intended doctrines and tenets. Previously, the conversion was incomplete.
Game Rules
Character Interaction — Ruler's Birthright (New Option)
Added as a new option to the existing Character Interaction game rule. When selected, only rulers can initiate BNWO character interactions. Non-ruler characters cannot act, only observe.
Barren Lands (New Rule — Disabled by Default)
When enabled, only the player character can possess BBC and its transformative effects. All other male characters become inert for this purpose. The Discover Your BBC decision is locked behind this rule when active.
Note: Allow 1 day at game start before this rule takes effect. The engine treats the player character as AI on the start date — the rule corrects itself after the first tick.
New Title
Hegemony of Africa — "Alkebulan"
This hegemony-level title can now be created in-game.
Bug Fixes
- Converting own religion to BNWO faith now applies all doctrines and tenets correctly.
- Breeding stock option on cum slave interaction no longer fails on unmarried targets.
Localization
- New entries added for Ruler's Birthright, Barren Lands game rule, and Immersion Mode.
- bno_elixir_genesis_desc updated to include the blonde side effect.

Interracial Takeover 3rd Edition — Changelog (v2.5)
All changes listed below reflect development after the v2.4.5.2 release tag.
New Major System: BNWO Conqueror — Paragon & Empress
The most significant addition in this cycle. What began development as the "Independent African Ruler" story arc was fully redesigned and rebranded into the BNWO Conqueror system, with gender-specific titles and entirely distinct gameplay identities:
BNWO Paragon (male BBC) — An independent BBC ruler marked by Nyx as the living embodiment of Black supremacy. Must remain independent, maintain a capital in Africa (unless a BNWO culture head), keep an all-BBC spouse roster, and actively purchase and maintain MAA from personal gold. The Paragon title represents the pinnacle of male BNWO power.
BNWO Empress (female slut) — A slut ruler whose spouse roster consists entirely of BBC husbands, marked by Nyx as the sacred vessel of the new order. The Empress represents supreme feminine submission elevated to divine governance.
Both titles share the underlying bno_bnwo_conqueror trait with gender-branching names and descriptions handled through male/female localization keys.
BNWO Paragon Candidate / BNWO Empress Candidate — Characters marked by Nyx as potential successors walk the Path of the Conqueror XP track. Candidates prove themselves through war victories, interracial sex, title acquisition, and cum slave creation. A character who fails or loses their candidacy can never gain it again. Candidates are restricted to close family of the current holder. Both player and AI can participate in the candidate system.
Empress vs. Candidate Story — A full rival storyline where the Empress faces off against a challenger. Includes Divine Duel and Champion Duel invocations — both are lifetime interactions, chosen permanently. Dozens of branching scenarios and modifiers. AI participates fully.
Paragon vs. Candidate Cycle — An ongoing story cycle with a 10-year quest indicator, numerous scenarios, and the full candidate scoring system. AI will always target the weakest Paragon when dueling.
New Stories & Events
The Breaking of the Crown An unmarried slut ruler under BNWO governance is raped and forcibly wed to an ideal BNWO male courtier from within her own court.
The Natural Selection Identifies and removes a slut ruler's non-ideal male husband, replacing him with a BNWO-worthy spouse.
Cuckold's End Targets non-ideal male vassals within a BNWO realm and replaces them with BBC-aligned alternatives, reshaping the vassal hierarchy from within.
Nyx Mandate — Reforming the Old World Nyx issues a divine military mission: wage war on non-BNWO neighbors. Pairs with a culture decision that hybridizes your culture with BNWO culture rather than overwriting it. Vassalization and fealty offers are automated for Empress and Paragon.
Nyx Disapproval Two triggers: a BNWO vassal practicing a non-BNWO faith, or an Empress sharing her bed with a non-BBC husband. Nyx intervenes.
Tithe of Flesh Vassals arrive bringing tributes. The Empress receives them in person. If unavailable, the Paragon's wife accepts on his behalf. Participating vassals receive Nyx's Blessing.
New Traits & Trait Tracks
African Blood Lineage — A new 6-tier trait track applied to every character in the world, replacing the old discrete African blood traits. Tiers are:
- Pale Stock (Tier 0) — The unawakened baseline. Applied globally as the new default.
- Lesser Race (Tier 1)
- Barely Mixed (Tier 2)
- Mixed (Tier 3)
- Mostly Black (Tier 4)
- Black (Tier 5) — Equivalent to the former Pure African trait.
Skin color now dynamically scales with blood level. Characters with darker original skin retain it; lighter-skinned characters darken progressively as African blood rises. The old discrete bno_full_black, bno_mostly_black, bno_mixed, and bno_barely_mixed traits have been removed and consolidated into this unified track.
Race Traitor's Pride — A 5-stage XP trait track measuring a character's mixed BBC children count. Stages progress from Aspiring Collaborator through Blessed Apostate, Matriarch of the New Blood, Unbroken Vessel, and culminating in Mother of Legions. Virtuous under the Church of BBC. Bull trait simultaneously reclassified as a virtue.
Cum for Glory: Deified — New apex tier added to the Cum for Glory progression, above Glorified. Represents a character transcending mortal limits entirely to become a sacred instrument of BNWO truth.
Caged XP Track — Caged and Caged Futa characters now accumulate XP monthly and whenever their wife is unfaithful. Cock size scales with XP. At 100 XP, a special event fires.
Systems & Mechanics
MTF (Male-to-Female) Transformation — Full Overhaul The feminization pipeline now operates cleanly across all character types. The old male character is immersively removed from the UI and family tree as though the female self always existed. Specific fixes include:
- Adopted character inheritance resolved
- Adventurer support added
- Chinese Minister MTF fully functional
- Trait XP perfectly replicated for single-track traits; 100 XP granted per trait
- Currencies and barter goods transferred from prior character
- Feminized character does not inherit former children
- Femboi characters under a futa liege retain a 70% chance to stay femboi
- AI femboi characters now autonomously shift to gay or bisexual; will actively seek BBC if bi or gay
Chastity System — Expanded Three new character interactions added: Apply, Unlock, and Escape. AI characters can now attempt escape using the same logic as the player, with a scheme breach sound on failure. A 6-month cooldown applies per recipient after any chastity interaction. Pregnancy while caged drops below 1% but never reaches absolute zero unless fertility itself is zero. Equipping any chastity artifact without using the interaction now counts as self-application. Vanilla eunuch and beardless eunuch traits now correctly excluded from chastity cage equip eligibility.
Cum Addiction Scheme — Rework AI now actively targets neighboring realm owners and their wives directly. Fixed insta-fail bug. Fixed global targeting caused by inactive immersion mode. Cannot target another BBC's wife; your own wife remains valid. Scheme fails instantly if target marries a BBC. Force marriage story added as downstream consequence.
Cum Slave — Expanded Interactions Full interaction suite: force her into your court as a direct courtier or marry her outright, with automatic handling of divorce and concubinage removal. On-death handler added to the cum slave relation. Enhanced localization throughout, new relationship icons.
Lactation System Breast volume scales dynamically with milk production. Overflow decals applied as breasts fill. Lactation ends with a gradual return to baseline rather than a snap reset.
Penis Scaling — Reworked Entirely new scaling system integrating with the Caged XP track. Castration properly accounted for.
Hormones System Male characters now develop musculature through hormone exposure. New game rules for hormone and lactation control added. Significant performance improvements across the system.
BBC Camp — Rebalanced All three camp tiers reworked. Knight limits and MAA limits removed. New bonuses per tier:
- Tier 1: +0.05 development growth, +0.05 diplomatic range, +0.02 county control growth, +0.01 dynasty prestige
- Tier 2: +0.10 development growth, +0.10 diplomatic range, +0.05 county control growth, +0.02 dynasty prestige
- Tier 3: +0.15 development growth (and scaling equivalents)
Camps now function as development and diplomatic infrastructure rather than purely military.
Great Replacement Speed buffed. Scaling now accounts for total BNWO courtiers in the realm. Religion conversion added to the replacement pipeline. BNWO courtier contribution now reflected in tooltip.
AI Artifact Scoring All mod artifacts (chastity cage, chastity piercing, tincture of genesis, elixir of the black womb) now have AI scores set to -1,000,000, preventing AI from auto-equipping them independently outside of proper interaction logic.
Purification Faction New frequency game rule with five options from Immediate Correction down to Not Needed. Game concept added. Fixed instant invalidation of Purge of the Unworthy. Fixed Purification War spamming the Declare War menu.
Immersion Mode New game rule governing proximity requirements for events, interactions, and schemes. When enabled, Interracial Takeover events and AI Cum Addiction schemes require physical proximity to trigger.
Character Interaction Game Rule New rule controlling whether character interactions are available to both player and AI universally, or restricted to player only.
Face Lift Game Rule Applies aesthetic improvements to all characters globally by default. Can be set to exclude the player character.
Onyx Diadem & Ebony Crown Succession Both elective succession types now available beyond slut/BBC restrictions. Any BBC can apply Onyx Diadem succession to any title. Full elective systems implemented for both.
Breeding Court Tradition True Equality parameter added. Divine Mandate Law added. Icon updated.
Holy Orders Any Holy Order aligned to a BNWO faith is now all-female by default regardless of decision state.
Sneak BBC Now auto-accepts to resolve the misleading tooltip.
Whoring Massively optimized at the engine level. Frequency game rule reintroduced.
Tribute System Tribute returns home even if parents are dead. BBC Lord actively pursues marriage, concubinage, or divorce actions when tribute is pregnant. Story ends if the lord is imprisoned; inherits to province owner on death.
Balance
- Pussy Mileage and Race Traitor traits rebalanced
- Whitegirl trait rebalanced following hostility/syncretism tenet implementation
- Shoulder scaling removed from slut body modifier set
- Stress gain/loss standardized across IR to values of 10, 25, and 50

- to be a sissy you need to consume Elixir of the Black Womb
- progressing the Sissy trait will transform the body according to the XP
- XP will be gain by participating in the Femboi/Sissy scenarios and having sex with a BBC will give you Sissy XP
- when the sissy reaches the last milestone, she will be given an option to turn into a female
- MTF transformation is seamless, and should not give you game over screen:
- your children will be adopted to your new female self
- your spouses will be married to you still
- you will still keep every title and vassal
- you will keep every trait you have as a sissy (if the trait has XP, sadly they re now instantly 100, because PDX scripting is bad)
