This is purely an hypothetical tier. How about making it a YCH one ? People enterring it would have the money put in there set aside of a YCH type commission featuring them all (or someone of their choosing !) The theme would have to be discussed and chosen with the other members of this tier of course. Final choice of the artist, and details, would be to the approval of the group so nobody feels like getting robbed by getting a cheaper commission than what their pledge amounted to.
