So for my friends out there who are travelling soon and also have issues on planes like I do, this is for you!! 

This file is made with people with a fear of flying in mind. It takes you through an airport and into a bubble of safety to a cloud that chews up fear, worries and stress related to flying, but could also be to do with life's stresses in general. 

This is a file to relax you completely and take you to a cloud where you can relax and feel all the worries and fear surrounding flying (in particular) being sucked away from you and transferred into the cloud. It is designed to be listened to whilst flying and on a plane but if not just find a place to sit and relax while you listen. 

This file has the post hypnotic suggestions that when you are worried or scared, especially while flying, you can close your eyes and imagine the cloud and sitting on it and letting all the fear and worry float into it and just focus on letting it go easily and effortlessly. This also has an optional wake up at the end.

This is a simple file that takes you into trance and gives you a place to put your stress. Nice, simple and relaxing for when you need a moment to breathe in life. 

This file uses a basic confusion style induction and takes you on a journey into your subconscious to relook at the stress in your life, and to install an anchor in yourself to help you conquer it. It has ideas of focusing on the stress and tension and allowing it to drift away as you think about it and as you carry out the instructions given. 

In this file you will focus on your points of stress in your life and be able to put all that stress in a bubble. Whenever you press your bubble button and take a moment to breathe, you will allow all the stress, worry and tension to float away in tiny bubbles. This file uses a mixture of techniques to help you with your stress including watching yourself on a movie screen and taking control of the ability to look at life events that cause your stress and worry.

This file takes you into trance and takes you to a special lake hidden in the back of the hypno room. We then float in the lake of relaxation and comfort. This file will give you a place to go when you need a break from stress in your day even after the file is over.
