Regarding Oni Shinsha

Alright ya'll, confession time.

I've been thinking a lot about it and I have decided that I will not be continuing Oni Shinsha.

The personality Rosie shows in the comic is very non-canon versus how she's developed in the last year. I was also originally writing the story to make someone else happy, but I'm not even friends with that person anymore. I was hoping to rework or rewrite the ending to accommodate that change in my personal life, but I don't feel up to that.
My art style has changed a lot since last year, and my personal tastes and interests have changed way more. The original script for Oni Shinsha called for 32 pages, and I left off on page 10. That's too much of an investment for a story that isn't true-to-character and was being made for someone else and  that I had stopped having fun with.

The kind of stories I like are ridiculous and silly and fun where everyone's horny and having a good time. That's not really what Oni Shinsha is, and I don't want to go back to trying to "fix" a project that doesn't work for me anymore when I can just take that time and energy and pour it into a comic about Iris eating someone to get a fat ass so she can learn how to twerk properly. I don't wanna take myself or my work too seriously these days, and Oni Shinsha was 100% me trying to be too serious.

I'll try to schedule some time to sort of "wrap up" what's there, with a written explanation of the original plan for the script and a compilation of all the concept work and everything that I put into it. I'll release when that's available.

I understand if this is a letdown for ya'll, but this is what's best for me and, ultimately, the best direction for the kind of content I feel able to produce going forward. Hopefully you guys can stick around for the fun stuff I plan on creating in the future!!
