   Well, it's been a wild week. You've probaly seen my post about the whole NSFW situation, and if you haven't, I really encorage you to go give it a read, it's important !

   Also, small annoucement, to say that these dev blogs will now be public, but I have no idea how often I'll do them. Probably 1 or 2 for each version, something like that. If you're interested in more in-depth infos, well, the weekly Screw's News are here for that, accessible to all paying tiers. It's a good amount of news and seeing the progress I'm making. And hey, it's good reason to support me if you like my content ^^

   Anyway, let's dive into the meatiest part of the post, let's talk about the next update for BOOBS, the 0.13 update ! What can we expect in it, exactly ?

The content of 0.13 :

   The 0.13 update is focused around three new additions :
-An alt version of all the scene with Illonia, featuring her pregnant body is she's pregnant
-A new Erotic Status option in the menu, displaying plenty of infos and stats about our character, as well as some lovely closeups
-And a new Achievement and Titles system, featuring a lot of fun littles challenges and checking the overall "slutiness" of our characters

Let's dive into each of these a little more in detail, shall we ?

   So for once, there won't be proper new scenes in this update. Because redoing an alternate version for all the scene with Illonia was already quite a lot of work ^^' But you've got more than 10 scene redone with the occasion, and also including all the pictures and small event here and there. Overall, after 0.13, Illonia's pregnancy will be up to date, and each time Illonia appear, it'll correctly display her pregnant version if her belly is full ! She have a lot of content, and that's why I decided to keep the scene for this version instead of doing everything at once in 0.12. But with this, the first part of the pregnancy update will be done !

Also, I still need to do 2/3 more scenes (because I forgot about them, honestly ^^'), one being the "Relax a bit skill", used whenever you need to recover on the map. And I was thinking of doing various scene depending of her outfit and shape. So hey, maybe we'll have this as new scenes !

   Concerning the Erotic Status pages, you've probably seen a bit of it if you checked my stuff lately. It's a very cool plugin, used in a lot of NSFW games, and I was thinking about adding something like that for some time now ! Well, here we are ! You'll be able to access these info via the main menu, in a new "Erotic Status" section.

Illonia gets three full pages, with the first being about various sexual stats (Dicks sucked, cum drunk, favorite partner, etc...), the second is just some close up of her body (that will change after she transforms, and when she's pregnant), and a third one focused on her pregnancy stats (pregnancy chances, number of births, favorite father, etc...).

Lothar will get two pages, the first one kinda like Illonia, with plenty of stats, and the second as a central point to check all the girls' exclusivity score, as well as the allegiance for the factions.

Lastly, all the female and futa characters also get a page, with the number of times they fucked Lothar and Illonia, and closeups of their body. I didn't do it for male characters, as I felt I didn't had much to shown, and that it wasn't what most people where interested into anyway.

   IMPORTANT : Due to the implementation of this plugin, older save won't work. Sadly, I have no way around it. You will have to start a fresh new game, but in case you want to get to the most recent content, saves will be provided, as always. I don't like doing this, but I had no choice, and I think what it brings makes up for ithe troubles. And since I've also started tracking a lot of stats, better get it from the start too. But yeah, sorry for the inconvenience...

   Okay, lastly, the Achievement and Titles ! What is it, and how does it work ? Well, you will now find an "Achievement" section in the main menu (so that's two new menu sections in one update, yay !). In here, you'll have plenty of achievement, some easy, some harder, and some with various tiers. For example, one that requires Illonia to suck 10 dicks, and its next tier requires her to suck 50 of them. Overall, there's three categories of them : story related, side content related, and sexual stats related.

The first category is tied to story content, like if you killed the Ogre, fucked with him or got beaten by him, for example. The second is pretty diverse, needing to get 5000 gold or use transformations spells 30 times in combat. And the last is purely based on the sexual stats you can see in Lothar and Illonia's Erotic pages, like how much vaginal sex they had, or their number of humans partners.

   So whenever you complete an achievement, you unlock the Title tied to it. Titles are a new kind of item you can equip, that will do some small stat changes as well as having a cool factor. Their Titles will also be displayed in their respective Erotic stats pages, and might appear in dialogues in the future. So having one with good stat is nice, but one with a cool name is also a good option. I tried to give them so fun stat changes, for those who like optimizing their characters, but not too impactful either, so you can just choose to wear the title that feels the best to you, for those who enjoy more the RP part.

   The Titles are each time only for Illonia or Lothar (so no, you can't equip a "Best Slut" title to Lothar, sorry xD), and tied to achievements more centered around them. Also, each Achievement is tied to a tier, as I said before, depending of how complex it is to get. For the one tied to the sexual stats, you now have the first two tiers. I'll add the last tiers and more Titles later on, but for the moment, I didn't wanted to encourage endless grind with some really long objectives. So expect to see more of those at some point (but maybe not too soon xD).

A few last things about the Achievements. While most are visible, so you know what to do, some are hidden until you complete them. Mainly to avoid spoilers, of course, but some are also some fun little challenges, and a little reward for doing something unusual. Also, take into account that you cannot get all the achievements on the same run. Because some are tied to the story and your action, and some are mutually exclusive depending of your choices.

   But how many Titles are there ? Well, I planned for 20/30 at first. Then I got motivated and inspired, that's why there's a total of 80 Titles, and 74 achievement (some achievement give a title to Illonia and Lothar at once, and they get a title from the start). So yeah, have fun getting them ! :D

   Sadly, the Achivement plugin have some limitation i couldn't get rid of, so their's some infos I do'nt really care much but can't remove (like a point system, and the date where you got the achievement). I also have a popup for it that is right in middle of the god damn text bar, and once again, can't move it. I'll see after the BETA if people find it too annoying or if it's okay.
Oh, and lastly, I removed the "Status" option in the menu, as it was getting too crowded, and this option felt really useless.

When is 0.13 coming ?

   Well, good news, it shouldn't be too long ! The Erotic Status, Achievements and Titles are all fully implemented and working ! I have all the pics for the scenes too (expect the few I forgot, I'll skip them for the BETA), and as it's only implementation, it shouldn't be too long to make.
So my plans are to release the BETA at the end of this week, around Friday if possible. And from there, the full release will be 2/3 weeks after, depending of how long it takes to do everything.
So yeah, we're getting really close ! Get ready for it ! :D

   On another note, I'll be out for 8/9 days starting next monday, as I have a big event, and am taking a well deserved break. So another reason for me to make sure I have the BETA ready before the end of the week ^^ But yeah, if you don't see any new from me, that's normal, I'll be out !!!

   Well, before closing, I just want to talk quickly about the Suggestion post, for the Milestone ! I've seen plenty of really cool ideas, and it will be a super interesting poll for sure !    Finally, as promised, here's a big public post detailling everything that's coming into the 0.12 version of Ballad of Outstanding Bimbo Sorcery. Sorry for the perpetual delay on this one, I had plenty of unplanned events popping on, changing my plans. But nothing bad, don't worry. Anyway, let's dive into it !

What's 0.12 about ?
   You probably know this answer if you've been checking my news and all, but let's say it again for everyone to know :
0.12 is bringing the long-awaited pregnancy mechanic to the game ! Of course, it's a really big mechanic, that require a lot of work, and not everything is already done.
For the moment, only Illonia can get pregnant, as she got herself more picture than all the other girls combined, it was already a huge chunk of the work.

   And even that is not fully completed, as only her talking pictures, and all of her actions during combat (base pose, attacks, anims) are done, not the scenes. So no, you won't see her big belly in the scene  for the moment, sorry, that'll be for 0.13. Same for birthing, that'll be for later, for now, she just magically get back to her basic shape.

   But the pregnancy system is functionnal, so she can get impregnated in any scene her pussy get pounded, and from any kind of creature. And I have a way to know who did it, to change some dialogues options, and later determine the look of the baby.

   Since showing Illonia pregnant meant redoing all of her pictures to fit this new look, I decided it was a good opportunity to give her more clothing options, to vary a bit. So when she's pregnant, she'll have another dress, specially made for pregnancy. And she'll also unlock a nice cow bikini that she can wear at all times.

   Coming along this pregnancy changes are two big repeatable scenes that can play at your base, with one being the way to get the cow bikini. Both of these scenes, as well as all the rest of the content of 0.12, will be unlocked after finishing the first story arc, that ended in 0.11. So if Illonia doesn't get pregnant immediatly, that's normal, you just haven't progressed in the story enough for the moment.

   0.12 also feature a new character, Margaret the minotaur alchemist. Not only she has the biggest pair of boobs of all the girls, but she also needs to be regularly milked, else they keep filling up, becoming even bigger ! Which means, a small repeatable scene. She's also a very talented alchemist, specialized in pregnancy control. She'll be selling a bunch of new potions related to Pregnancy.

   These potions will allow you to "permanently" change the girl's pregnancy chance (until another potion is consumed), from being completly sterile to having a 100% chance of getting pregnant. There's 5 of these potions, to have a chance that suit you best (knowing that the base pregnancy chance is 40%, as was voted by my supporters). You'll also be able to speed up the birth cycle, or just abort and remove that unwanted baby. So plenty of options around pregnancy, you'll ba able to have it work as you like !

And with that, we should have everything covered in this new update. It might seem a bit short, but redoing all the pictures and animations with Illonia was an insane amount of work. To give you an idea, the total number of pictures in the game went from 3700 in 0.11 to 6600 in 0.12 !
That's also why it took so long between the BETA and the full release, I had to redo all the anims, and it was a ton of work (around 80 new animations).
But hey, that's gonna be glorious !!!

What remains to be done ?
   Not much, thankfully ! All the pics and anims are done, and most of the gameplay is implemented and working, as people can attest after trying the BETA !
I need to implement all the new animations in the game, and make sure they're displaying the correct one. Coding like this is a bit boring and slow, but nothing too hard.

   I also need to do a sprite for Margaret, as I just made a placeholder for her in the BETA. I always like making sprites, even if I always end up wondering why I spend so much time on details you can't really see xD But hey, I guess that makes the game stand out a bit more ^^

    And lastly, there's the dreaded playtesting part. Everything seemed to go smoothly in the BETA, but I'll have to take a bit more time replaying it to be sure everything is working. With it will also come the usual of making the Android port, bringing new saves to the save folder for those who want it, and also updating the walkthrough.

   So in the end, still quite a few things to do, but nothing too big. I'm aiming to have the full release done at the end of the week. That means it'll be accessible to all of my 5$ and higher supporters. As always, it'll be accessible to the 2$ tier three days after it's done, and it'll go public one week after ! So overall, it's very close !!!

What's next ?
   Well, as always, this part is subject to change. I'm trying to balance the size of updates and the time between them, and also vary a bit the new content, but there's always new things to add, delays, and new ideas,  which makes this part obsolete in a few month. But here's my current plan :

   0.13 will be fully focused on updating all the scene featuring Illonia so you can see her in her full pregnant glory. I'm not sure how much work it'll be, but I hope it won't be too much. I also want to give her, and maybe the other girls, a nice status page, where you can see her look, and various stats about her, maybe some little details too. I also want to add another merchant character, selling some stories. I've commissioned quite a few lewd stories that comes along some pinup pics or set I did, and it would be nice to add this all in the game !
Overall, I envision this as a smaller update (famous last words), justy completing Illonia's pregnancy, and adding a few little things on the side.

   0.14 will be a small break in the pregnancy cycle. I'm glad to work on it, and it's gonna be a great addition to the game, but just redoing the same scene isn't the most exciting for me. So to change a bit, I'll focus this update on all the scenes that won the game scene poll. I'm super late on those, but adding them at the same time as a major gameplay feature has proven to be quite a lot. So I'll try to catch back as much as I can and put it in this update !

   0.15, we're back to pregnancy ! Time to add the system to all the others girls ! And with all the scenes brought in 0.14, they should have much more opportunities to get pregnant, so it'll be a good continuation, I feel.

   0.16 should be the end of the pregnancy cycle, bringing birth and kids management. I have plenty of ideas for that, and I'll see how far I go with it. I'll do polls and more post about all that when we get to it. But yeah, it's gonna be fun !

   And that concludes my overall plans for the moment. I'm still aiming at a release every 3 month approximately, so I'd like to be done with all of this in a year. But as always, plans change, I might add things, cut some, split updates in two, etc... But you get the vision I'm following ! It's gonna be a good year, filled with huge bellies and milky boobs !
