April Fools 2026 render gallery

Context is in these two threads, following along with Haydina (an OC from my still-untitled sci-fi setting) and Mabel (as you already know from Paeratopa), respectively!

This year was a fun one, a bit off-the-cuff, as I had only loose plans going in, then had to make adjustments and scale back on a couple parts once I was underway. The goal was to start things off with exploration from the perspective of tinies for a change; the second part of that was wanting to have representatives from multiple settings coming together, since that's part of the fun of a silly non-canon scenario like this ^^

I'll do some proper character introductions sometime in the future! But just briefly, the characters involved were...
- Haydina (human, starship pilot, untitled sci-fi setting)
- May (human(?), naturally tiny in Paeratopa)
- Aii (tentative name; human, naturally tiny due to magical mishap in Thera)
- Mabel (paeran cow-girl, professional April Fooler, Paeratopa)
- Pearl (theran cow-girl, diner waitress in Thera)
- Xae'chie (alien, explorer, untitled sci-fi setting)

Riri and Mabel - gaming

"Are you sure this is how the game works...?"
"Whaddya mean? That's what the card says~!"

Riri brought home some souvenirs from her April Fools trip, and Mabel knows exactly how all of them work! These games are really quite simple, you just read the card and do what it says. And if the text is confusing, you just ignore the confusing bits, of course.

Silly follow-up to this year's April Fools campaign! I had a few unused props from the day of rendering, and it only felt right that Mabel get to make an appearance somewhere in there, applying her 'expertise' to the festivities (and roping in a few other participants to help).

Riri - April Fools 2025

A recap of this year's April Fools "AR" images! This time with Riri, for a bit of change of pace (don't worry Mabel's still going to be around for stuff, she just slept in this year and missed the portal).

The scenario played out on my bsky profile this time around, as well; it's a little nicer over there (and their own April Fools 'joke' was a higher character limit, which made it easier to post) :D There weren't a whole lot of posts so here's links to the short saga!

For the supporters on here, there may not have been any early access or high-res with these (everything is just phone camera resolution), but I'll be sharing some of the process behind making them a little later on, so look forward to that!
