"forBitches" lookbook commission

Safe to post now, here's the finished pieces I was commissioned to do for the forBitches lookbook! Mimi, Amelia, and Chelsea all showing off the "bow bag" in the line, in some various colors. :D

What an interesting project to work on, I've done a few projects for the more fashion/aesthetic side of things, but this is my first lookbook contribution, I think? Certainly a fun experience. I must admit it still goes over my head a bit, why the more "weird" and fetishy stuff has fashion appeal now too - at least my 3D take on it - but I can't complain about having a wider audience than I'd expected!

Amelia (profile update 2020)

Happy birthday, Amelia! I can't remember how many years old she is now - I think I made her at least 4-5 years ago? - but she's been due for a treat for a while, and the opportunity to update her on her birthday was too much to resist! ^^

I'm really enjoying seeing these characters revamped like this, and getting into a rhythm pretty well. Amelia needed very little actual attention here, though I'm happy to have fixed up a few smaller details and generally tweaked her design; nice and bright and happy, just as she should be~

edit, 9/17/2020: she was looking a bit too young for my comfort, so some minor tweaks to face and body to make her look her own age a bit more! (early twenties or thereabouts)

Amelia (profile update 2019)

Well that went faster than I expected! As I said just yesterday, Amelia was on my to-do list for long-overdue updates, and here we are now. ^^

From 2015 to 2019, there was a fair bit in need of fixing. A bunch is just general updating; changes to head scale and body shape (so she looks a bit less young/cartoonish), materials updates, general color fixing and lighting and all that. The only "big" changes came to tongue shaping - same overall shape, but better detailed - and facial expression, getting a bit of a playful smirk like I imagine she's usually got. :D

On that note, her character! Chiiname/faerie hybrid, though all that's kind of lost details by this point. She's got a pretty long tongue and she's real good with shrinking magics, basically! She can shrink people quite small, and while it'll wear off given enough time, that can only happen if she's not near, and she likes to keep her snacks close. She's playful and upbeat, a friendly tease and jokester. Nothing mean-spirited, oh no! She's just fun-loving, and why simply gobble up a tasty treat when you can have a good time first? Or better yet, bring said tasty treats back home to play or tease her housemate/friend/partner Elie with. Bit of a vague relationship there, but the long and short of it is that she shares a home with Elie, and the two of 'em are quite comfy being friendly and intimate with each other. Even if Amelia tends to enjoy the playful teasing a bit much between them.

Not sure yet if I'll have new scenes for her just yet, last time she had one was... also 2015. Maybe something simple and fun with a big lollipop. Or, and this idea is growing on me, take a trip back to her very first image and just see how much I've improved now, all these years later!
