Personality: Eugene keeps a perpetually optimistic attitude despite his circumstances, often joking that his future will forever be bright. A parkour enthusiast and extreme sports junkie, he has a particular penchent for ‘radical’ 80’s memorabilia, fashion, posters, and magazines which has become all the more prevalent after his transformation.
His ever enthusiastic personality served him well during a stint as a retro-themed TV personality called Geigerman, informing children and pre-teens about both the dangers and benefits of nuclear energy as well as general wellness and fitness. As one of the first major outlets to interact with others following his time of voluntary isolation and subjection to study and experimentation, it permanently colored his personality with an over-exuberant, bombastic, showman sort of personality.
Powers Origin:
Following the Delta Incident, Eugene along with several others were sent into the heart of the facility to gather samples for testing. Unfortunately, a containment breach caused cascading failure for all their suits resulting in their rupture. Whilst Eugene was able to utilize his parkour skills to escape alive, the contaminated air got into his skin and lungs, turning him into a low level nuclear reactor.

Nuclear Energy Absorbation/Generation; can absorb and emit energy across the electromagnetic spectrum
Radiation Immunity; unaffected by anything pertaining to nuclear and atomic energy
Needless; does not need to eat, defecate/urinate, or breathe and only ‘needs’ water for the comfort of others
