Branded To Fall Dev Update 06/09/26

Hey hey!

Dev updaterooney time! Works been flying ahead on the new update with a lot of fun stuff being worked on! You'll see a fair few new maps coming up, with more fun puzzles and other bits involved! One of these maps has been specifically designed with a series of "fun" CG scenes involved and progressing through it as the player does. This event I've been planning for a while and basically acts as three scenes in one. 

Speaking of three scenes in one, I also may have gotten a bit carried away working on new Irellia content and how that is progressing. It's been a while since our demonic overlord got some fun times, and I feel these scenes will more then make up for it, as well as have some fun new lore and story progression for the players to get their teeth into as well. You can see a fun peak at one such scene in todays banner. I'm sure only the most above board and wholesome of actions are taking place in the full CG. 

While on the subject of art, I want to talk about the latest polls for the side character sprites. For those not subscribed, I've been carrying out a series of polls this last week to see which side characters people would be interested in getting sprites for the game (if any at all). The poll was limited to those who would be involved in CG scenes (some already are) and narrowed down to a top 5(ish as there was a bonus 6th one), to then be voted on the order those would get sprites. As things currently stand, the Maids at the Duke's manor are winning by quite some margin, so I plan to start the outline of their sprites tomorrow, baring any huge jumps in the poll making it look like the dynamic will shift. For these, I want to focus first on Ellen and Head Maid Lillian due to their heavier involvement in things, then next update I will like work on second places sprite (currently the playboy at the bar) before the last two maids, as I don't want to just overwhelm the next 3 updates with maid sprites and no others. Of course, this is all assuming the polls don't shift in the mean time.
