Custom (Difficulty) Crucible! More details!

For those curious about the Custom Difficulty Cheat I mentioned in last Friday's monthly release blog, here's a bit more detail on the things you can expect.

  • Enemy HP How chonk do you like 'em?
  • Enemy Damage This affects everything that damages you outside of the struggle animations themselves, including traps like the damage floors.
  • Enemy Speed Bonus Changes how fast the enemies move. May cause unintended behavior if set too low or high.
  • Capture Modifier Changes how quickly things are able to capture you. Set this higher if you like to be captured/transformed often.
  • Struggle Time Changes how long it takes to fill the escape bar.
  • Struggle DMG Adds to how much damage you take per tick during the struggling animation.
  • Starting HP Adds this to the HP you start each level with
  • Armor Adds this to the amount of Armor you start each level with

These override the difficulty settings in the menu/new game, but there may be some oddities with how things interact. Ammo/Health changes, for example, will still behave based on the difficulty set on the menu.

This was something that I put together pretty quickly for those at the Tainted tier (or higher), so I am looking to expand upon it in the coming months when I have the extra time to plug in some new variables (outside the cheats that we already have).
