DEVlog: 0.0.10 news and the Holidays

Just wanted to give everyone a little update on what will be coming in 0.0.10 as well as some WIPs! The major plan for 0.0.10 is to have a BASIC "greybox" of the town center area alongside a few shop interiors. Basically we just want to figure out the placement of everything and tune it before adding details. So bare with us as all the 2D and pixel art is worked on.

Just wanted to give everyone a little update on what will be coming in 0.0.10 as well as some WIPs! The major plan for 0.0.10 is to have a BASIC "greybox" of the town center area alongside a few shop interiors. Basically we just want to figure out the placement of everything and tune it before adding details. So bare with us as all the 2D and pixel art is worked on.
Of course, we'll also be implementing non-CG introduction scenes with the characters featured in the banner up top: the blacksmith, Loraine and our grizzled orc pal, Uzul. Now... on the subject of CGs. Our next CG will be a voyeur-style scene between Hilda and the blacksmith from Emma's POV. Unfortunately, due to the holidays and the complexity of this CG it won't be finished by the end of this month. I just wanted to be transparent about this fact as so far we've had a new CG in each of our other two updates.

Due to this the plan is to release the update without the CG before New Years Day and then once the CG is done we'll drop it as another small patch.
Holiday Plans
That all said both myself and Mrs. MegaloDEV will be flying home for the holidays this weekend to visit the ol' family. We'll have a decent enough laptop so I'll still be working on the game while we are gone.
