0.11 progress update

It's been quite a while since I've posted a progress update here and here is the reason why.
First of all, there are some big changes happening right now with my daily job so lately I haven't been getting as much free time to work on my own projects as usual. I won't go into details, but the company is spinning off my department and there is a lot of stuff that needs to be done for our products. Deadlines need to be met and the pressure for that is high. Regardless of that the content for the planned events in 0.11 is done. There are things that need to be polished, but that's not the issue with the release. The issue is that I'm simply not happy how it turned out once I played it. It feels rushed and well... half-baked.
Maybe the cause for this is the fact that I made the plan for the second phase of the game (until the time when you can get rid of Eric), maybe it's my desire to have somewhat frequent releases, maybe it's something else. The fact is that it doesn't feel any more like the project that I started a year and a half ago - something that I can drive on my own speed.
Probably right now you're wondering if BBIS gets cancelled, or abandoned or whatever - the short answer is no. But if you're supporting the game, so you can play monthly updates - what I'm saying is that you need to reconsider your support. 0.11 will be released when I'm happy with the result and have enough repeatable events that reflect the progress with Lisa that you've made in 0.11 - after all that was one of the reasons for the refactoring I did at the start of 2024.
