Hey everyone! Just wanted to give you all a little update on as issue some of you may have already noticed—my switch to the 16:9 image ratio a while back. The idea behind it was to open up more creative possibilities with poses and hopefully boost the overall image quality.
Well… after a few weeks of testing, troubleshooting, and way too many headaches, I gotta be real with you—the results were kinda disappointing. The image-usability-ratio (yeah let’s call it that) has been way worse with 16:9 than it ever was with my usual 1:1 ratio. The images kept throwing out more quality issues, weird body parts, prompts that got totally misunderstood, messed up proportions… you name it. Some of you probably already spotted that in a few sets where I wasn’t on my A-game with double-checking.
Right now, I haven’t been able to fully fix those problems. And with my injury still slowing me down (seriously, bodies are so fragile, 0/10 would not recommend), I don’t see myself being able to reliably solve it anytime soon. So to keep things rolling and avoid wasting hours just to delete 9 out of every 10 images, I’ve decided to switch back to the 1:1 ratio after I wrap up the sets I’m currently working on.
That said—don’t worry! If you have a commission set that isn’t far along yet, I’ll still send you preview images in both ratios so you can decide which one you prefer. The 16:9 ratio isn’t gone forever—I really do believe it has potential to bring you even better content, and I’ll keep working on it behind the scenes until I can get it right.
Also quick sidenote: the quality improvements I’ve been working on actually shine way more in the 1:1 ratio. So fingers crossed you’ll notice the upgrade and enjoy it!
Really hope you’re all okay with this switch, and as always—thank you so much for the support. It means the world to me. I’ll keep you posted as soon as there’s any news on my end! ❤️
