Hello. This is InitialA. or some may also know me as ffxivinitiala (twitter/ffxivInitiala) and InitialA from pixiv (user/82713435). I'm a beginner NSFW animator. I mainly animate Final Fantasy girls and some random girls I like from the games I play.You don't need my permission to share or dub/voice any of my animations. feel free to do so.
Currently, no. I don't really want to treat this like a job. I do this because it's my hobby. But I'm not closing the possibility of me opening commission in the future. if I ever decided to take one, it could be because I'm in dire need of money. like losing my IRL job and can't pay my rent for some reason.
I'm currently living fine with my minimum wage job over here in my country (around 200usd/month). so not anytime soon. but bad thing like another corona pandemic could happen who knows.
- Do you plan on adding sound to your animation?
Not really, no. and I don't think I'm well equipped for Audio works. I'm also tone deaf. Unless you are fine with low quality work like that, maybe I will try to add sound sometime in the future. I also could pay a VA and SFX artist to do the job, but then again, I'd rather use all your kind donation and support towards me perfecting my craft and hardware for rendering. Visual is what I do best. I'm not a good visual artist, but I'm confident in my VFX learning skill more than SFX.
And I think currently it's good for the community that I provide free animations to sound artists out there to master and promote their craft as well.
- Do you mind if I dub / share your works?
I don't mind. go right ahead. credits would be nice, you don't have to though. after all, I'm doing this for fun.
- Any plan to release your 3D models?
If you are thinking that my rig is as good as those models from talented people on smutbase, then you are wrong. Most of the time I still need to adjust the weight painting as I pose. And those legal stuff is a pain. Fanarts like what I do here is already a gray area to begin with let alone custom models.
but, when I feel like I'm finally good at rigging, personally I don't see why not.
- Do you take requests?
I don't. however, ideas are welcome. but I will choose who / what I animate. i don't want to have any promise/strings attached. if I like your idea I'll do it. if I don't, then I won't. simple as that. unless I'm open for commission.

FF15
I finished rigging FF15's Gentiana last week. I'll animate her sooner or later. And here is the list of my FF15 models that are ready for animation : - Aranea Highwind - Lunafreya Nox Flauret - Iris Amicitia - Gentiana - Young Luna - Sarah (Terra World) Aranea being the most complex rig with quite lot of costumes. Because I love her. To this day, I'm still sad and angry we don't get Episode Aranea. That's the one expansion I've been waiting for the most out of the bunch. I will keep animating Aranea at least once a month. Some of you probably have realized that's how I do things by now.

FF14
As for the next FF14 character, it's gonna be either 'Raya O Senna or 'Zero' from Endwalker. They are not ready yet, I still have to rig them and do some shading. They live rent free in my brain atm.
I never finished Shadowbringers. it has been 3 or 4 years since I stopped my XIV subscription due to IRL circumstances.And since you can't really escape spoilers on the internet, Especially on Youtube, That's what led me to animate Venat and the Twelve. They are all so beautiful so I had an instant urge to rig and animate all of them. I will animate them again sometime in the future of course.
There are probably countless of beautiful female NPCs/Monsters that I don't know in Shadowbringers and Endwalker. If you want to point out specific FF14 waifu you'd like me animate, please do tell me. I might like them enough to start animating them.
And I don't mind animating younger looking NPCs. As long as they are not looking waaaaaay too young like a Lalafell or Khloe Aliapoh. I have nothing against them or people who like them, but I just don't feel comfortable animating them. I hope you understand. but if it's someone like Ryne, Gaia, Meteion, or even Young Lunafreya, I don't really mind. they don;t have a toddler body at least.

Workflow
My current pace is 1 character,3 animations per week. I will try to keep it that way.
so far, it is the most comfortable pace for me. Nothing is gonna change that pace unless I get better at animating / something bad IRL happens.
Things could go faster, or slower depending on the situation.
And That is all.

Uh... I've read some requests about her Shiva form. I put it on the list for now. I haven't even done Gentiana's or Ryne's...or even Ysayle's. oh I wanted to do Ysayle especially but I keep forgetting about her. Next up for rigging maybe? idk. been a while since I rigged a boss character too. but maybe Ysayle Elezen form first. she was so cool in HW after all... no pun intended.
I want to finally add KH3 version of FF character. starting with Aerith.
But I believe only her and Yuffie appearing in KH3. unless I'm recalling it wrong.
Idk why we are getting fewer FF characters in the newer game. They have KH rendition of Selphie, Fujin, Tifa, and even the X-2 Trio in the other games, why not include them? FF cameos is the reason I play the series in the first place ngl...perhaps in KH 4.. it is what it is. would love to see newer FF series character rendition in KH. sometimes, I really wonder how KH Y'shtola would look like. or better yet, Aranea.
Yuffie is the last KH3 character yet to be rigged. And pretty sure it's Aqua's turn to debut at the end of February.
Marie is next. perhaps Yurie will make an appearance too. but no promises. And 7 Rebirth is finally releasing on PC tmmrw. I bet it's going to take me a long time to finish just like 16. perhaps longer with my schedule and workflow.
Like usual, I'm just going to wait for the proper tools. There are still 16 characters in queue anyway. And 7 is super popular, so I have a feeling it will take no time. probably going to end up getting the good stuff before I even play the game. just going to let the talented modding wizard cook while I animate other girls. And that's it. time to get back to animating.

Hi! here I am again. I hope you are all doing great. well... like last year, the first month of XV is Onsen / Inn themed. but with more cast this time. PIXIV MEGA
Also included an extra cameo in the spur of the moment. I was just a lil bit excited for the upcoming 7 for PC. I was on a fence whether to render nude variations on some of the animations. Because their breasts already out in the open anyway. And there is no way I'm having them wear clothes in the water.
And ngl I miss doing a week full of Aranea set. maybe next month for once? I haven't animated Aranea in her winter outfit too. feels like it's the perfect time for that before winter ends. we'll see...
Apparently this girl have quite sum amount of haters idk why. she is still pretty though.
Typical FF fashion. if not bunch of belts, characters would wear uneven pants like Tidus'. And Materia here, she is wearing Victorian dress' cage. ...just the cage. I wish I had that level of creativity ngl. anyway, I don't think there is any Dissidia NT characters left for me to rig....except maybe Shiva.
Dissidia Tifa is everywhere already, and for Y'shtola, I assume people still prefer her 14 version from me which I already rigged and animate couple of times. and I'll continue animating her in the future. She is 14's Icon after all.
It's Jill's time to debut. followed by Nier's Marie after. Haven't had any idea on what poses I should do for Jill and Tarja yet. Solo set is my main focus right now.
but if idea strikes, I'll do both of them together this week at least in 1 video. Oh and I finally finished 16... took me a while. I like the game overall. But not as much as I like 7 Remake or 14. And I know I'd enjoy Rebirth even more especially because of the minigames... which 16 lacks. It might also be because I'm a bit jaded with fetch quests in huge semi open world games. The mini bosses are really fun though. especially Kairos gate. and I'm not even in Final Fantasy Mode yet. idk if I'll ever touch that mode soon since Rebirth is coming up. Just kind of wish I could play as Joshua, Jill or even Dion. well...at least now I know how it feels like if DMC had plenty of fetch quests.

Hello~ I'm back! Starting off the year with FF14 character debut this week. it's Lucia Junius. How is the new year treating everyone so far? PIXIV MEGA
Ah...my weakness : beautiful armored woman. Have I ever mentioned that She is probably one of my top Garlean? ...especially since unlike my other favorite Garlean women, she is not dead (yet?). Not trying to jinx it or anything. well...Dead or not, the only bad thing about most of my favorite Garleans is that they use old 2.0 models.
Especially the armor. Haven't checked Nael post graphic update though. I'd love to do Nael in her armor. Garlean armory just look so cool. the super high ranking ones at least.
Time to add more FF14 character. it's another big sun lover Sadu Dotharl from Stormblood.
Crass & sharp tongued woman is fine too. makes me want to top her in bed more. Which I believe the Warrior of Light already did as the Khagan. (headcanon. I know. sorry)
There are still so many 14 characters to do, and so many to rig. I'd love to do more Elezen women personally. Anyway, I'll continue debuting rigged FF14 characters once a month until the next revisit. which probably be in June. initially, I wanted to do one revisit on Feb, but feels like we had so many revisits lately. got to give the new ones breathing room to debut this time since the queue is getting longer.
And Rebirth is coming to PC soon too. There are some girls I'd like to do. I have to follow the modding community closely. Hopefully it's not as complicated as FF16 to do since it's using Unreal Engine. And given how popular SE's lucky number 7 is, we might get the encryption key sooner.
The first XV set of 2025 and followed by Jill debut after. Yes, I'm still doing XV girls. That is it....Time to get back to animating. I also intend to finish FF16 this week so that I can play 7 Rebirth. I'm at the end of Leviathan DLC, and currently I'm bombarded with end game fetch quests. I swear it feels like I might get a call from a girl praying for me to return to the Waking Sands at any moment.
...Well..just a bit more so then I can play with the FF7 girls in Rebirth.

Hi! And Happy holidays! what a tiring week~ at least for me. anyway, the usual PIXIV MEGA
Did some easy poses for the KH girls since there was some time crunch involved. just playing it safe. It was supposed to be just Kairi, Namine and Olette, but I end up adding extra cameo anyway. I did sacrificed some sleep time for them, but whatever. I'll do their full focused set when they debut just like any other.
Feel like I should do a little retrospect because it's the end of the year, but I feel like I didn't really gain any major improvement unlike last year. I learnt a thing or two about bugs in Blender though. And I'm really grateful that I can upgrade my workstation PC and have better workflow balance this year thanks to the donation and support from you. so, Thank you! m(_ _)m.
I find myself still lacking some knowledge....as I'm still watching works from my favorite animators and still having a hard time trying to learn from them. I'm still watching beginner tutorials too. sometimes I even forget the basics. but I do love animating girls. even though Blender has been a pain lately with the bugs and all. so....Idk how long I'll be doing this, but I'm still enjoying it. I'm not quitting anytime soon. too many girls on queue anyway lol. ...obviously can't please everybody, but I'll still continue.

Back with another one from a dead game. Yurie from NieR Rein. She might be one of my favorite design wise. I almost forgot how to do dynamic shots. then I remember a tutorial that taught me a simple cheat : "just add wind". idk if it works actually.
Anyway, I heard that she is a sister to Marie. I wouldn't know that at a glace ngl. but I did only read the summary...So, a threesome is in the plan for sure. ...if I don't forget...I have a memory of a goldfish after all. So how many Nier Rein Girls rigged up to now? must be a total of 8. 9 with Kaine. which I don't remember if my Kaine model is from Rein or not.
I'll take a break next week. I don't think I can even animate since I will be out of town for couple of days and be too tired. It's new year after all. it's an odd date anyway. I'll post again after I'm back (week after). but I posed some girls already for Jan.

The hardest thing to decide was not her poses, but her expression...I was on a fence whether to have Tarja smile/smirk during the action. She has a good smile when she shows it. which is rarely. Decided to give her a little smirk in 2 of the videos. She is pretty cute when she is in stern mode too. Right now she is my most favorite in 16. I liked both her and Jill at early game, but Jill kind of fell off mid game to me.
Maybe Tarja will make a cameo in Jill debut next month just like how Jill is in Tarja's.
I'd say 1 cameo, but I already lied and have 2 Jills in Tarja debut instead of just 1, so.. who knows how many I'd make. if idea strikes, I'll do more.
...Uh... ngl I forgot about her until someone mentioned her again. might as well rig her now before I forget. It's Xion.
Hmm there are still KH3 FF girls left. and the coming KH4 girls who knows when...hopefully we'll get more FF characters in KH4.
And...didn't expect FF7 Rebirth coming to PC as early as next month. I need to really finish 16 soon. yep haven't finished it... but I did say I'll prioritize animating this month.
My schedule been too hectic lately especially the closer I'm towards the 25th and the 31st.
Some other revisit coming up. especially Rinoa. but I realized I haven't animated her before. so..guess it's not really a revisit. but it's now or who knows when.
Planned KH characters as well. I actually haven't setup the poses for KH girls yet. maybe some easy ones if it's too time crunching.
