Hello. This is InitialA. or some may also know me as ffxivinitiala (twitter/ffxivInitiala) and InitialA from pixiv (user/82713435). I'm a beginner NSFW animator. I mainly animate Final Fantasy girls and some random girls I like from the games I play.You don't need my permission to share or dub/voice any of my animations. feel free to do so.
Currently, no. I don't really want to treat this like a job. I do this because it's my hobby. But I'm not closing the possibility of me opening commission in the future. if I ever decided to take one, it could be because I'm in dire need of money. like losing my IRL job and can't pay my rent for some reason.
I'm currently living fine with my minimum wage job over here in my country (around 200usd/month). so not anytime soon. but bad thing like another corona pandemic could happen who knows.
- Do you plan on adding sound to your animation?
Not really, no. and I don't think I'm well equipped for Audio works. I'm also tone deaf. Unless you are fine with low quality work like that, maybe I will try to add sound sometime in the future. I also could pay a VA and SFX artist to do the job, but then again, I'd rather use all your kind donation and support towards me perfecting my craft and hardware for rendering. Visual is what I do best. I'm not a good visual artist, but I'm confident in my VFX learning skill more than SFX.
And I think currently it's good for the community that I provide free animations to sound artists out there to master and promote their craft as well.
- Do you mind if I dub / share your works?
I don't mind. go right ahead. credits would be nice, you don't have to though. after all, I'm doing this for fun.
- Any plan to release your 3D models?
If you are thinking that my rig is as good as those models from talented people on smutbase, then you are wrong. Most of the time I still need to adjust the weight painting as I pose. And those legal stuff is a pain. Fanarts like what I do here is already a gray area to begin with let alone custom models.
but, when I feel like I'm finally good at rigging, personally I don't see why not.
- Do you take requests?
I don't. however, ideas are welcome. but I will choose who / what I animate. i don't want to have any promise/strings attached. if I like your idea I'll do it. if I don't, then I won't. simple as that. unless I'm open for commission.

FF15
I finished rigging FF15's Gentiana last week. I'll animate her sooner or later. And here is the list of my FF15 models that are ready for animation : - Aranea Highwind - Lunafreya Nox Flauret - Iris Amicitia - Gentiana - Young Luna - Sarah (Terra World) Aranea being the most complex rig with quite lot of costumes. Because I love her. To this day, I'm still sad and angry we don't get Episode Aranea. That's the one expansion I've been waiting for the most out of the bunch. I will keep animating Aranea at least once a month. Some of you probably have realized that's how I do things by now.

FF14
As for the next FF14 character, it's gonna be either 'Raya O Senna or 'Zero' from Endwalker. They are not ready yet, I still have to rig them and do some shading. They live rent free in my brain atm.
I never finished Shadowbringers. it has been 3 or 4 years since I stopped my XIV subscription due to IRL circumstances.And since you can't really escape spoilers on the internet, Especially on Youtube, That's what led me to animate Venat and the Twelve. They are all so beautiful so I had an instant urge to rig and animate all of them. I will animate them again sometime in the future of course.
There are probably countless of beautiful female NPCs/Monsters that I don't know in Shadowbringers and Endwalker. If you want to point out specific FF14 waifu you'd like me animate, please do tell me. I might like them enough to start animating them.
And I don't mind animating younger looking NPCs. As long as they are not looking waaaaaay too young like a Lalafell or Khloe Aliapoh. I have nothing against them or people who like them, but I just don't feel comfortable animating them. I hope you understand. but if it's someone like Ryne, Gaia, Meteion, or even Young Lunafreya, I don't really mind. they don;t have a toddler body at least.

Workflow
My current pace is 1 character,3 animations per week. I will try to keep it that way.
so far, it is the most comfortable pace for me. Nothing is gonna change that pace unless I get better at animating / something bad IRL happens.
Things could go faster, or slower depending on the situation.
And That is all.

Hello again! the usual XV routine~. Just a little Idea I had in my mind. but...it turned out really different from what I envisioned...as per usual. PIXIV MEGA
There is actually one missing Aranea animation this time. It took me a lot of time trying to fix this one. but in the end, I decided to scrap it and get some extra sleep. got too frustrated fixing it ngl. maybe I'll finish it another time. It's just not up to par with what I envisioned in my head. ...I still need to study more. perhaps even rig her from scratch again. or it could be just because there's too much chaos recently.
Still no idea what's for next month's XV yet, but perhaps more Aranea. the scrapped one above really makes me want to animate a full Aranea set again. I need my Aranea fix. Maybe with a cameo or two if stars aligned. we'll see.
I read Cissnei here and there, so she's our girl this week.
Unlike CC Cissnei, Rebirth Cissnei's hair a lot more red for some reason. different bang, and a little bit taller too I think?
I think Cissnei deserve more animations. She should get more love than Jessie imo. I really want to see more of her from bunch of crazy talented animators out there. Especially because of what she did in CC covering Zack and Cloud. girl is an angel despite being a Turks. ....so yeah perhaps more of CC Cissnei in the next revisit.... I'll debut the Rebirth one right on queue though. But basically just means more Cissnei incoming. And I need it. I want her.
Next week, I think I'll go rig 14 character next before I continue rigging the rest of side characters from 7. an Elezen is high probability. especially the one I keep wanting to rig but get pushed to the side by new characters every patch. And an update to Sphene model perhaps. I could add the new hair and costume easily no problem.
I'll just make another save for the new Sphene. 2 Sphenes in 1 scene scenario I keep hearing doesn't sound bad to me. I haven't catch up on the lore though. Hopefully I'll remember to watch the new 14 lore and not just Blender tutorials and WIPs on Youtube.
Vivian is next. I had her solo in mind, but a cameo or two would fit the frame just fine. only if idea strikes. After Vivian, I'll animate Fran. the Fran with FF14's hands and feet. Penelo making a cameo also sounds nice. as usual, no promises. The difference in model quality will be really apparent. and if I remember correctly, I didn't even add Penelo's costume to her rig.

Hello!! it's another petite drill this time, Alma! can you believe FF14 Ivalice raid released 7 years ago? or was it 8 years ago? ..but anyway, it's Alma Laxentale debut. MEGA
..Among all the petites I've done so far. She got the most distinctive head to shoulder ratio. her head is so big and her shoulders small, no matter what camera angle I use, she will look like she's smaller than she actually is. not to mention her babyface. So I gave up trying to fix her and just roll with it.
I don't think I can render her tactics variations without sacrificing some time slots. clothed and nude versions already took most of the schedule. didn't know why I thought at the time it's possible to render all 3 variations in time lol. maybe sometime in the future.
Also somewhat regretting that I didn't use Allagan tomestone phone model in one of the videos. the use of tomestone phone didn't even crossed my mind up until the videos uploaded. welp. me and my goldfish brain.
It's one of many Tifa Fans. Amina I like her mole. should I add another one on her breast?
Yes I like beauty marks. especially on girls with Hime cuts like Gentiana or 14's Yotsuyu. mainstream design choice I know, but it still activates my neuron. now..., who's next from 7? Jenny? There is also Myrna and Eleanor. oh...I almost forgot about the new Cissnei too. how about Rhonda as well? damn...
...Or I could rig another FF14 girl. I'm almost running out of 14 characters to debut. I believe only 3 left to debut. is there any new 14 girls from the new patch? I know Sphene is coming back with new costume but what is the difference? if there is no difference in hairstyle, I'd just make her wear skimpy costume in June revisit. last Sphene set was really popular judging from the amount of likes and bookmarks. so she is a returning character for sure.
The only ideas I had in my head last week about 15. nothing unusual, but might as well go full set. may still do another Winter Aranea too. if not in that attire, then maybe something else.
I've decided I'll debut Seven for the extra week. if stars aligned, Sice as a cameo would be nice... recent happenings make my head a bit blank on ideas ngl. probably just need some extra hours of sleep.

I wanted to include more Fang in the action, but I ran out of time. so I only able to reworked 2 of the poses. 2 of those are the ones without any clothed version. If I didn't make any mistake, I'd probably be able to render the clothed variations or perhaps produce 1 more animation of them both. alas, my skill is still lacking and I wasted time fixing the usual problems. plus, the bad luck I had last week lol.
Regina is our Queen for this week. and unlike certain Queen from Balamb, She is not charging us 30,000 Gil pay to win card game money. Or maybe she does? I'm not that far ingame yet.
That said, despite the save scumming and the annoying rules. I think Triple triad is still the best imo. Queen's Blade is close second though.
I haven't even met her ingame yet. yes, I'm slow. (still free roaming outside of Junon).
Well, I guess Amina is next...apparently she is a Tifa fan. I don't blame her. Tifa is perfect....if not too perfect... it's almost scary. I know YoshiP saved the franchise from 1.0 doomsday scenario, and Tifa? She saved Final Fantasy just by appearing in a public meeting once... I'm not even surprised if younger generation got introduced to Final Fantasy just because of that stunt and the memes that came after it.
..Old ancient joke aside, I wouldn't mind animating Amina and Tifa in 1 scene one day. or would that be out of place? I remember an unusual request of having TeenTifa and AdultTifa together in 1 scene. would people rather have that? We are going multiverse plot anyway with 7 Rebirth. .....Oyakodon of Aerith and Ifalna is also interesting...gah! I need to focus on debuting girls.
it's Alma! another petite drill it seems. idk about rendering the Alma Beoulve variation of her. I'm afraid I'd have to reduce the amount of animation if I do that. so maybe I'll just do her 14 version. Alma Lexentale for now.
April got an extra week on the calendar, so maybe I'll fill it with another character debut from outside 7,14,15 and 16. or, I could use the extra week for a break and play 7 Rebirth!. but...too many girls on queue, so I'd probably just fill it with a debut.

Now that I think about it... my favorite girls usually from the enemy side. ..but I digress. Anyway, I wanted to do Ana a little bit rougher, but I lost the motivation midway because something bad happened irl. but I pushed through anyway. Hopefully it's not reflected too much in the videos. There are 2 options for her. top, or bottom. I opted to go with the latter.
If I wanted Ana to be on top, I think I'd let her do it with Y-Jill. it just fits the lore just like Gentiana & Y-Luna. god knows what kind of thing she makes Young Jill do behind Clive's back. .....maybe in revisits.
After I'm done with FF16 debuts, I'll switch the time slot for FF7 Rebirth girls. I believe we still have 3 left to debut from FF16. Vivian, Bene, and an unnamed mother.
I think I'll skip Kihel after all. I still don't know what makes my Kihel model look different from the ingame look.
I was actually looking for MAI in the files, but I can't find her anywhere. I assume she only exist as pre-rendered videos ingame.
Chloe here is way more shorter than I thought. perhaps even shorter than Yluna. can't believe the little tiny blob from the OG have a face now. I remember I had a hard time trying to see her due to the model blending with the pre-rendered background back then in the OG. and my TV was really small too.
...welp she is another petite category then. so, the usual drill when the time comes. there are still more from Costa to rig. either Amina or Regina. we'll see.
I guess it's Vanille time. And I said I'll include Fang as a cameo. maybe I can mix her in the action as well just like Sadu. but I need to redo the poses if that's the case. Well that's about it. a lot been going on behind the scene. and I need some sleep.

Some didn't end up like how I pictured it in my head sadly. and I said I'd finish the ideas I have for them this time, but actually, I still have some ideas left for them...but then I ran out of time. however, I plan to have bride theme set in June. maybe then if I don't forget.
idk who is next for next month's 15 yet. but I saw some Tennis highlights on news recently and it gave me some ideas. by ideas I mean I just want to see someone in tennis mini skirt. And so far I can only think of Luna in one. could still add more though. ngl been wanting to do another Aranea in Gym attire too. but I still have some ideas for winter Aranea as well...hmmm decisions decisions... ===========================================================================
NEW MODEL
Well the last but not least of the Costa Trio. It's Yorda this time. that's all three. unless you count Jenny,Regina and Amina as well...uh..they definitely count as Costa girls too huh? ...I guess it's not over yet.
As expected from Square's Lucky number 7. There are so many characters. not to mention the possibility of Sephiroth's mother appearance in part 3. I'm not talking about Jenova btw. well we still have couple years of waiting for that.
Also, more people suggesting me their favorite lesser known girls from other games for me to animate. well....once I ran out of FF girls outside FF14 to rig, why not. or whenever I'm in the mood.
Believe me I love Monster hunter or Dragon's Dogma too, I just don't really have the time to play too many games nowadays to know anything about the characters. best I can do is watch their lore on Youtube. I haven't even finished 7 Rebirth. and that's the only game I play currently. (enjoying it so far though, perhaps more than I enjoy 16).
Anabella is next to debut. Vanille is next after her along with Fang as cameo. that's really all the plan for this month.
Next month, according to the order it should be Alma for 14's debut...is it really another petite? and it's Vivian for 16's debut in April.
