Hello. This is InitialA. or some may also know me as ffxivinitiala (twitter/ffxivInitiala) and InitialA from pixiv (user/82713435). I'm a beginner NSFW animator. I mainly animate Final Fantasy girls and some random girls I like from the games I play.You don't need my permission to share or dub/voice any of my animations. feel free to do so.
Currently, no.Ā I don't really want to treat this like a job. I do this because it's my hobby.Ā But I'm not closing the possibility of me opening commission in the future. if I ever decided to take one, it could be because I'm in dire need of money. like losing my IRL job and can't pay my rent for some reason.
I'm currently living fine with my minimum wage job over here in my country (around 200usd/month). so not anytime soon. but bad thing like another corona pandemic could happen who knows.
- Do you plan on adding sound to your animation?
Not really, no. and I don't think I'm well equipped for Audio works. I'm also tone deaf. Unless you are fine with low quality work like that, maybe I will try to add sound sometime in the future. I also could pay a VA and SFX artist to do the job, but then again, I'd rather use all your kind donation and support towards me perfecting my craft and hardware for rendering. Visual is what I do best. I'm not a good visual artist, but I'm confident in my VFX learning skill more than SFX.
And I think currently it's good for the community that I provide free animations to sound artists out there to master and promote their craft as well.
- Do you mind if I dub / share your works?
I don't mind.Ā go right ahead. credits would be nice, you don't have to though. after all, I'm doing this for fun.
- Any plan to release your 3D models?
If you are thinking that my rig is as good as those models from talented people on smutbase, then you are wrong. Most of the time I still need to adjust the weight painting as I pose. And those legal stuff is a pain. Fanarts like what I do here is already a gray area to begin with let alone custom models.
but, when I feel like I'm finally good at rigging, personally I don't see why not.
- Do you take requests?
I don't. however, ideas are welcome. but I will choose who / what I animate. i don't want to have any promise/strings attached.Ā if I like your idea I'll do it. if I don't, then I won't. simple as that. unless I'm open for commission.

FF15
Ā I finished rigging FF15's Gentiana last week. I'll animate her sooner or later. And here is the list of my FF15 models that are ready for animation : - Aranea Highwind - Lunafreya Nox Flauret - Iris Amicitia - Gentiana - Young Luna - Sarah (Terra World) Ā Aranea being the most complex rig with quite lot of costumes. Because I love her. To this day, I'm still sad and angry we don't get Episode Aranea. That's the one expansion I've been waiting for the most out of the bunch. I will keep animating Aranea at least once a month. Some of you probably have realized that's how I do things by now.

As for the next FF14 character,Ā it's gonna be either 'Raya O Senna or 'Zero' from Endwalker. They are not ready yet, I still have to rig them and do some shading. They live rent free in my brain atm.
I never finished Shadowbringers. it has been 3 or 4 years since I stopped my XIV subscription due to IRL circumstances.And since you can't really escape spoilers on the internet, Especially on Youtube, That's what led me to animate Venat and the Twelve. They are all so beautiful so I had an instant urge to rig and animate all of them. I will animate them again sometime in the future of course.
There are probably countless of beautiful female NPCs/Monsters that I don't know in Shadowbringers and Endwalker. If you want to point out specific FF14 waifu you'd like me animate, please do tell me. I might like them enough to start animating them.
And I don't mind animating younger looking NPCs. As long as they are not looking waaaaaay too young like a Lalafell or Khloe Aliapoh. I have nothing against them or people who like them, but I just don't feel comfortable animating them.Ā I hope you understand. but if it's someone like Ryne, Gaia, Meteion, or even Young Lunafreya, I don't really mind. they don;t have a toddler body at least.

Workflow
My current pace is 1 character,3 animations per week. I will try to keep it that way.Ā
so far, it is the most comfortable pace for me. Nothing is gonna change that pace unless I get better at animating / something bad IRL happens.Ā
Things could go faster, or slower depending on the situation.

Hello there! I hope all is well and good. It's time to debut the Costa Trio. Starting with Fran. PIXIV PIXEL
Quite a chill set for me to do....despite the random troubleshooting session with Blender. And Blender just got updated to v5.0. feels like just yesterday we get v4.0 update. I have to fix my custom interface and addons again. ...And I bet it still have some surprise bugs hidden. welp. Anyway, that's one of the three. pretty sure I rigged 3 of them back to back. so the next one for FF7R December debut is obvious. Fran will also appear again as Cameo.
Alyssa is next. I already pre-posed her for 3 scenes. idk if I want to include another girl in this one. ...But who knows. sometimes surprising ideas presented themselves. in my head....or in comments and DMs. For December FF14 revisit. I want to test my new method of animating boobs on Nophica. Because the mother of harvest got 2 big fruits to play with. Why else.
Maybe adding her sisters too here and there who knows.Ā I want to fit all of them in one scene tbh but.... some of them got big accessories and long hairs that spread everywhere like banana leaf trunks. Which makes certain camera angles and composition difficult without clipping. For me with my skill issue at least. I guess I could still try.... but one look at Azeyma's hair though-... lol.
Welp. that's about it. Also There is a slight chance that I might not have made it on schedule next week or random weeks after the next. if it's getting real hectic irl, I'll just release my stuff on the weekends.

Enjoyed this a bit too much ngl. A date with my main girl. And I've been wanting to animate her in Yor costume again. so that's what I did. No sadistic urge coming out of my brain this week.. well maybe a little bit pour out in there. just a little bit...as usual. Ā
Didn't wanna do her too rough in this. it's supposed to be a wholesome cuddly set after all. But at this point by the ratio, it feels like I only do rough animations on some of the most innocent & kindest girls ever in FF games lol.
Something about them awaken my sadistic side I guess... characters like Ryne,Jote,Jill or Luna. Anyway, idk who's next for December. I understand Yluna is popular as she get asked a lot, but I don't think I can do her too often or make a whole set all about her for obvious reason. Best I could do is maybe insert 1 or 2 of her here and there as usual. Ā
Hmm.. Maybe XV's Sarah next? I haven't done a proper full set of her have I? I did only 1 on her debut a long time ago, and too little revisits.
Fran is next. most of it are solo animations. I'll do Cameo of the other 2 as well, but only in 1 or 2 scenes.Ā When it's time to debut the other 2, I'll insert Fran back as cameo too. that's the plan for now...the majority of the animations will be solo. solo is easier for my brain too. Some rough correction coming up for Alyssa after Fran. ...If I feel like animating her rough that is. I have to feel it first after all. If I'm not feeling it, it's going to end up looking bad anyway.Ā
That's about it. Nearing December already, things have been getting busier irl too.

Hello everyone~ I'm back. and with duo Sphene this time. This is supposed to be the Human Sphene debut, but I guess We can't do it without the Simulant one in the scene. PIXIV PIXEL
In some angles, one girl's head can look bigger than the other. idk why. I have their heads at the same scale too. Probably their hair..or their jaw. or maybe it's just camera illusion....or my eyes getting old. I hope it's not the latter. other than that, I think this is the first time I do DP strap-on animations. might not look as good as expected, sorry. Anyway, I'll do FF14 revisit again in December and begin debuting characters again in January next year. There is still time if you want to suggest characters and ideas.
Otherwise,I kinda miss Nophica and Llymlaen. One of them living in my brain recently giving a paizuri.
Damn... this Nophica rig is so old.. it's so broken. I did such a sloppy job on her.
Time for my personal dose of dopamine. Just want to have chill bar date with Aranea next week. idk if I want to include background people this time though. After that, then FF7R's Fran time to debut. yeah I think I'll go chill route with this one as well. ...or maybe not?? we'll see. And then,...I believe it's time for FF13 Alyssa to debut after Fran. I guess it's time I decide if I wanna fix her rough or not. I.....might be leaning towards the rough fix more ngl lol. Alyssa have the same effect Like 7's Kyrie on me .She needs in a bit of correction.

Hi! it's me again. Today supposed to be a mixed revisits, but I made it into FF16 revisit instead. might as well. I did 2 pairings already after all. (this still render was so heavy!) PIXIV PIXEL
That's the end of October from me. On to November it is. duo Sphene is set and ready to animate. Guess I'll do few strapon scenes with simulant as the bully. though, a reverse situation would be interesting as well. we'll see. Preposing Fran for Nov already. Probably the other 2 will join as cameo as well.
Would've been perfect if the debut was in actual summer, but eh it is what it is. too many queue, too little time. Might do chill theme for Fran. unless I get another sadistic urge.

Hello again. Doing great I hope. it's Priscilla's time to debut. She is a petite one. Unlike YLuna last week, I can't use other girls as Front Cover on Pixiv. so...you know the drill. PIXEL
Quite some of feet request for this one. My feet model is not really the best though. sorry about that. I tried learning and applying procedural wrinkle maps once a long time ago , but it was just too heavy and look bad on Eevee engine. Have to use Cycle engine and high level of subdivision to look good for that one maybe. In the future I'll try to tinker with it again.Ā I'm not really a feet guy, but I do love the poses some artists use to emphasize them. There are some amazing feet artist out there using great poses and camera angles. They are perfect to study and practice on. Especially the PoV one. idk how they can come up with such amazing poses to fit in tight narrow camera frame. And thank you for those reminding me about the nails. If you hadn't, I'd probably just went with the nude body default. Same with Regina now that I think about it. I better double check. might have to re-paint some nails on the girls. Fran should be the next one to debut for FF7R in November. I'm actually kinda looking forward to it. She is really hot after all lol. bweh ===========================================================================

Short update on what's next, Nothing is changing. Next week is FF16 girls revisits. I got an idea about Bene dominating Jill in 1 scene too, but no promise. Because I got to scrap Garnet for that one. Not that I have any good idea on Garnet yet anyway. Or maybe just more Anna and Yjill or Jote and Tarja. I got at least 3 scenes ready for each pairing atm. I could still add more to them. So, We'll see. Still in the middle of pre-posing duo Sphene for Nov's FF14. Strap-on action might be mandatory for this pairing. At least in 1 or 2 videos. uhh....Simulant Sphene should be the one on top right?
