Hello. This is InitialA. or some may also know me as ffxivinitiala (twitter/ffxivInitiala) and InitialA from pixiv (user/82713435). I'm a beginner NSFW animator. I mainly animate Final Fantasy girls and some random girls I like from the games I play.You don't need my permission to share or dub/voice any of my animations. feel free to do so.
Currently, no. I don't really want to treat this like a job. I do this because it's my hobby. But I'm not closing the possibility of me opening commission in the future. if I ever decided to take one, it could be because I'm in dire need of money. like losing my IRL job and can't pay my rent for some reason.
I'm currently living fine with my minimum wage job over here in my country (around 200usd/month). so not anytime soon. but bad thing like another corona pandemic could happen who knows.
- Do you plan on adding sound to your animation?
Not really, no. and I don't think I'm well equipped for Audio works. I'm also tone deaf. Unless you are fine with low quality work like that, maybe I will try to add sound sometime in the future. I also could pay a VA and SFX artist to do the job, but then again, I'd rather use all your kind donation and support towards me perfecting my craft and hardware for rendering. Visual is what I do best. I'm not a good visual artist, but I'm confident in my VFX learning skill more than SFX.
And I think currently it's good for the community that I provide free animations to sound artists out there to master and promote their craft as well.
- Do you mind if I dub / share your works?
I don't mind. go right ahead. credits would be nice, you don't have to though. after all, I'm doing this for fun.
- Any plan to release your 3D models?
If you are thinking that my rig is as good as those models from talented people on smutbase, then you are wrong. Most of the time I still need to adjust the weight painting as I pose. And those legal stuff is a pain. Fanarts like what I do here is already a gray area to begin with let alone custom models.
but, when I feel like I'm finally good at rigging, personally I don't see why not.
- Do you take requests?
I don't. however, ideas are welcome. but I will choose who / what I animate. i don't want to have any promise/strings attached. if I like your idea I'll do it. if I don't, then I won't. simple as that. unless I'm open for commission.

FF15
I finished rigging FF15's Gentiana last week. I'll animate her sooner or later. And here is the list of my FF15 models that are ready for animation : - Aranea Highwind - Lunafreya Nox Flauret - Iris Amicitia - Gentiana - Young Luna - Sarah (Terra World) Aranea being the most complex rig with quite lot of costumes. Because I love her. To this day, I'm still sad and angry we don't get Episode Aranea. That's the one expansion I've been waiting for the most out of the bunch. I will keep animating Aranea at least once a month. Some of you probably have realized that's how I do things by now.

FF14
As for the next FF14 character, it's gonna be either 'Raya O Senna or 'Zero' from Endwalker. They are not ready yet, I still have to rig them and do some shading. They live rent free in my brain atm.
I never finished Shadowbringers. it has been 3 or 4 years since I stopped my XIV subscription due to IRL circumstances.And since you can't really escape spoilers on the internet, Especially on Youtube, That's what led me to animate Venat and the Twelve. They are all so beautiful so I had an instant urge to rig and animate all of them. I will animate them again sometime in the future of course.
There are probably countless of beautiful female NPCs/Monsters that I don't know in Shadowbringers and Endwalker. If you want to point out specific FF14 waifu you'd like me animate, please do tell me. I might like them enough to start animating them.
And I don't mind animating younger looking NPCs. As long as they are not looking waaaaaay too young like a Lalafell or Khloe Aliapoh. I have nothing against them or people who like them, but I just don't feel comfortable animating them. I hope you understand. but if it's someone like Ryne, Gaia, Meteion, or even Young Lunafreya, I don't really mind. they don;t have a toddler body at least.

Workflow
My current pace is 1 character,3 animations per week. I will try to keep it that way.
so far, it is the most comfortable pace for me. Nothing is gonna change that pace unless I get better at animating / something bad IRL happens.
Things could go faster, or slower depending on the situation.

The hardest thing to decide was not her poses, but her expression...I was on a fence whether to have Tarja smile/smirk during the action. She has a good smile when she shows it. which is rarely. Decided to give her a little smirk in 2 of the videos. She is pretty cute when she is in stern mode too. Right now she is my most favorite in 16. I liked both her and Jill at early game, but Jill kind of fell off mid game to me.
Maybe Tarja will make a cameo in Jill debut next month just like how Jill is in Tarja's.
I'd say 1 cameo, but I already lied and have 2 Jills in Tarja debut instead of just 1, so.. who knows how many I'd make. if idea strikes, I'll do more.
...Uh... ngl I forgot about her until someone mentioned her again. might as well rig her now before I forget. It's Xion.
Hmm there are still KH3 FF girls left. and the coming KH4 girls who knows when...hopefully we'll get more FF characters in KH4.
And...didn't expect FF7 Rebirth coming to PC as early as next month. I need to really finish 16 soon. yep haven't finished it... but I did say I'll prioritize animating this month.
My schedule been too hectic lately especially the closer I'm towards the 25th and the 31st.
Some other revisit coming up. especially Rinoa. but I realized I haven't animated her before. so..guess it's not really a revisit. but it's now or who knows when.
Planned KH characters as well. I actually haven't setup the poses for KH girls yet. maybe some easy ones if it's too time crunching.

Holla! it's December XV already?. felt just like yesterday when I started learning animation just to put more Aranea content on the internet. PIXIV MEGA
so..Uh...yeah at this point, I don't think uploading a petite character on MEGA is a problem (maybe) But just in case, I better search for a new ISP next year when I move to another rent.
I'm still a bit sick, so there might be some mistakes that I missed. And there was also actually another Gentiana & Young Luna animation, but didn't make it in time. I used the time fixing the extra first which took way longer than I thought....so another time.
So many requested her, so better now than later. it's Yaana from Dawntrails. At first I thought people refer to her boss version. not gonna lie Yaana boss version is Hrothgar territory for me. I don't have anything against Hrothgar, it's just not my thing. also, skipping Neyuni for obvious reason. for those suggesting me to make Neyuni as tall as Meteion, I..uh have to think about it. I'll do Eutrope eventually though.
If it's Queen Bee, I don't mind animating the Boss variant.
There are some people also requesting Pandora, but I can't find her in the game files. probably a new structure or something. a friend told me Pandora model is streamed into the game instance. so there is no model of her offline. so the only way of getting her is through Ninja Ripper. If this is the trend going forward, I might have to re-sub to FF14 instead of relying on trial.
I'm able to afford a 14 resub if I want to now, but it's bit daunting to play ff14 If I don't play the game that much. I rather watch the story on youtube and animate more. (for now)
Tarja is next. I'll slip in 1 Jill as well.. it's just the threesome POV from the wallpaper a while back. like I said, I'll do a Jill focused animation in Jan. a full set like any other debut.
And after, there is Rinoa but I haven't decided on who to animate beside FF8 characters. perhaps 1 or 2 Olette-Namine-Kairi 4 some or something. I've been wanting to do them together for a long time ngl.
Well that is it. I still need more rest. I'll get back animating tomorrow.

Hello!! I know it's really early for anything Holidays related, but it is how I do things. starting with popular characters from 14 this week. PIXIV MEGA
I merged Meteion to MEGA as well this time. usual problem. huft. I still have ideas for the 3some girls, but I ran out of time with all the posing set up for the upcoming girls. I overestimate my ability a bit during all this. so I'll save it for later on.
There is still shadow flickering problem in 4.3 Eevee. honestly I'm getting tired of it. I did my best to hide them, but still noticeable if you look closely enough. I won't tell where, but it's there. And some characters I didn't manage to include, I'll do them in the next revisit. probably Feb or June. though, it'll be of different theme by then.
Sice is our girl this week. that makes 3 of 7 Type-0 girls done If I'm not wrong.
Just realized Type-0 girls have a really distinctive head to body ratio. all of them have big heads. They look okay clothed, but I might broaden their shoulder a bit so they look more proportional nude. I know I'll do Sice and Seven threesome at some point. I'm not really a shipper, I just want to bang them both together. Just like how I still want to do threesome with Fang and Vanille sometime in the future or Lightning and Serah....and many more. Perhaps after their debut, or when one of them debut. we'll see.
It's dec XV next, followed by Tarja after. I may slip 1 video with Jill in Tarja's debut because why not. I'll do fully focused Jill set in Jan instead. Then, I have an Idea of doing Rinoa. with Selphie and Quistis. but mainly focused on Rinoa.. and perhaps 1 or two more revisit characters from other FF or games along with them. idk who yet. perhaps another KH or NieR chars. And I might have jinxed it in my last post, but my nose is a bit runny right now lol. I'll take it easy if it escalates into a fever.
Well I better rest for now. I'm really sleepy.

I noticed some have been asking for Rinoa as well. I'll just include her in next month revisit after another FF16 debut in December. I never rigged Rinoa since there is already a 3D NSFW model of her on Smutbase with better features than mine. so I'm just going to use that one when I animate her.
Another one from a dead game. it's MFF version of Sarah Cornelia.
Never played the game or care enough about the story since gacha is not my thing, but as long as SE keep coming with beautiful girls, I'd do what I do. Her attire kind of reminds me of Elly from Xenogears at a glance. Oh how badly I want Xenogears remake. ...but I digress. Who else from Mobius? Sophie and Echo? however, like Meia, I'm not able to replicate her ingame shaders. Even if I'm able to replicate the shading in Blender, it wouldn't look good in final render anyway. as they didn't really have good character lighting in the game to begin with.
FF14 characters for the first revisit of December. I could still add more girls, or perhaps add more animation to the existing line up. we'll see. The plan next month are 14, 15, 16, and another revisit. I hope I don't catch a fever during all this. It's starting to get really busy IRL too and it's not even December yet.

Hi! doing well? the cute engineer of 16 is here for this week. PIXIV MEGA
She is tall.. as tall as Clive If I'm not mistaken. ..Spent quite sometime messing with her hair. ended up re-rigging the whole braids manually. and I'm still not happy with it. cloth sim didn't produce the result I had in mind, and dynamic bone is just jittery mess like how MMD and Unity handle bone physics. ...so back to manual it is.
Feel like I could do couple of extra animations if I'm not stuck with her hair for hours lol. well I'll save the idea for another day.
It's Prishe time. saw her coming? well I rig her mainly because my DM is flooded with request of her. so here she is.
Not debuting her anytime soon though, I better get back to the original debut order. I already cheated Sphene's. but at least I got her rigged asap. I don't know much about 11. I only know her through Dissidia.
I'm lucky enough to have a PS2 back in early 2000, but online gaming??? that's only for the crazy rich kids back then. at least where I'm from. I saw the pretty pictures on gaming magazines though.
I did touch the game a little when I was already playing 14 as an adult, but the game is already way too old and clunky for me. not to mention 14's and 11's subscription combined was way too expensive for my wallet at the time. so, I didn't get too far ingame.
.....er....I assume people prefer her original looks instead of her boss model, but if you want her boss model to get animated too at some point, just let me know.
There is not much difference between both versions if I animate her nude though. like Gaia.
Sorceress Edea is next along with her Matron look or Mama sensei if you're playing the JP version. After her..uh...FF14 revisit for the first week of December.
And then we are at the end of the year again. oof...the perfect time for time compression I'd say.
