Finance Capital 0.11.0

A smaller update than usual, but I found a pretty nasty bug in 0.10.1 so I'd rather fix it sooner rather than later. If you recently played 0.10.1, you might want to wait for the next one before playing through it again. Still, there are many small new things here I've been wanting to do for a while.
