v0.30 Progress Report
Howdy, Futa Afficionados!
We’re zeroing in on the next build of the game’s release, bringing us teasingly close to being able to show you our work over the past months. As you can see from the progress bars above, we’re edging on launch, truly.
For the game’s visuals and sound:
- Nethuum has finished basically all of the build’s CGs. We can safely say that this new build contains the most unique CGs of any build so far, which is pretty radical to say the least.
- Nethuum is in the process of rendering the game’s new location backgrounds. There are three new locations in this build, which are the basis for content in the game’s new Maya’s Sphere events. So, you’ll be seeing them very often, which is why we want to get them totally perfect.
- The UI update has been totally finished, which will bring some nifty improvements to the game’s interface.
- Nethuum is also in the process of sound design, bringing appropriate ambiance to the build’s new scenes.
For the game’s script:
- TeraWatt has almost completed the build’s script, with the exception of exactly one short sex scene that will be finalized very shortly. After this and some proofreading, the game’s script will be 100% done.
- TeraWatt has also commenced work on v0.35, which is inextricably tied to this build. The framework for various scenes in that build is being constructed to maintain continuity between the two builds, which will hopefully reduce script revisions as the next build is developed.
For the game’s technical elements:
- AB is in the process of implementing the build’s mountain of content, including the new characters, locations, CG scenes and script into the code.
- We’re currently preparing the game for playtesting, which those on The Hardcore Fan tier and above will be treated to once we’re ready.
