So, since we are trying to reduce the amount of animations per scene, we are making up for it by adding more stills for flavor. Stills are infinitely faster to make than animations, but that doesn't mean they are not as good.

As for the update, it's hopefully coming within 2 weeks or so. These weeks have been pretty challenging, a ton of shit that detriment the development of the game, but well, we are never giving up. I have to also mention, that's a tentative date. There are still a lot of things to do, so even though I will try my best to deliver by then, it isn't guaranteed! But the announcement is to say, we are almost done!
